Day 14

Weekly Truth

from the Exodus reading plan

Exodus 15:1-3

BY She Reads Truth

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry His Word with us wherever we go.

This week, we will continue memorizing the Israelites’ song in Exodus 15:1–3 by adding the remainder of the first verse, which points to the Lord’s work in rescuing Israel from their enemies.

1 I will sing to the LORD,
for he is highly exalted;
he has thrown the horse
and its rider into the sea.

2 The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
This is my God, and I will praise him,
my father’s God, and I will exalt him.
3 The LORD is a warrior;
the LORD is his name.
—Exodus 15:1–3

    I love this and find it so funny. It was only a short while ago they were saying that god took them out of Egypt because there was no graves so they will die in the dessert. They had so little faith and were so rude. Despite this good still delivers them. It’s not by my works because I tell u right now I am
