Scripture Reading: Isaiah 8:11-22, Isaiah 9:1-21, Isaiah 10:1-19, Matthew 4:12-17
When we sit down to pray or read Scripture, we bring everything with us—our lives, our bodies, and our worries. When I sat down to read this passage from Isaiah, I brought the weight of the world.
Maybe you did too. We bring all kinds of longings and fears, from family and health struggles to community conflict and frightening headlines. Some days, it’s just too much.
Today, I found an unexpected gift in these words from an ancient Israelite prophet.
“Do not call everything a conspiracy
that these people say is a conspiracy.
Do not fear what they fear;
do not be terrified.”
—Isaiah 8:12
Once again, the prophets and poetry of long ago are more than a historical curiosity. Isaiah reminded me that humanity has always faced fear and darkness beyond our control. We’ve always been tempted to grasp for power, steer our destiny, and survive at all costs. And we’ve always known “distress, darkness, and the gloom of affliction” (Isaiah 8:22). The kind of darkness that makes you wonder if God has walked away and left us to fend for ourselves.
I was struck by the resilience Isaiah displayed as he watched his community give up, collapse into their fear, and careen toward certain judgment. Yet instead of despair, he declared, “I will wait for the LORD, who is hiding his face…” (v.17). Despite the darkness, he continued to trust that God didn’t mean to abandon them.
Perhaps we all know this next great prophecy by heart.
For a child will be born for us,
a son will be given to us,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
He will be named
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
—Isaiah 9:6
It’s a big shift in the midst of doom and gloom, but I’d like to think these words came as a gentle surprise. What could be more disarming in the face of destruction than the birth of a child? Perhaps Isaiah thought of his own son’s laughter as he wrote those words. His great prophetic poem radiates all the joy in the breaking of a sunrise, the destruction of war machines, and the rejoicing of a harvest.
This is a story of tensions. God is the sanctuary and the stumbling block (Isaiah 8:14), the compassionate Father and the Lord of Armies. We still live in a world of birthdays and funerals, weddings and wars; joy and sorrow walk alongside us, sometimes at the same time. We still wait for the Prince of Peace to make all things new.
Isaiah knew this tension, and so do we. But when we are tempted to fear and despair, we can borrow some of his resilience and face the future. Maybe then, we’ll catch a glimpse of the sun slowly lifting over the horizon.

I love how the Word of God is alive and active!
Isaiah is hard to read! I am gripped by the dawning of the light, this abundant joy is coming. I find it odd that one day this world will be no more. It will be a barren wasteland. For all the years of creations, one day this will be no more and we will be looking at it from the other side of the veil. Weird thought of the day!
Yes, we need not listen to those who cry conspiracy for we have a God who is trustworthy and honest with us
I do love Isaiah, but it is a hard read! So happy to take it in and then have some lovely words to bring it all together. Thank you She Reads Truth writers ❤️
Same here!

Amen ❤️
This re-reading of Isaiah is falling so fresh in our current world, my personal situation, and this season of Lent. May we all live in the tension of the here and the to come with hope we share
I have really loved digging into the book of Isaiah this Lenten season and it has felt so timely! I was not sure when I first started, but this has been exactly what I have needed to read!
This devotional give me so much hope; that in the midst of all the unknowns in this world right now, we know that Jesus will come back one day to make everything new again. He will come back to us just as he did 2,000 years ago.
This…..this was amazing. Wait on the Lord.

Isaiah 8:12 made me stop in my tracks and I highlighted it as I was reading. What a timely message. Thankful for the Wonderful Counselor who encourages His people today with words spoken so long ago.
Jesus is like the beautiful sunrise after a long dark night. My prayer is that in times of goodness and in times of trial, I always remember that Jesus is near.
“They will look toward the earth and see only distress, darkness, and the gloom of affliction, and they will be driven into thick darkness.”
I gave up the news this week. We listened only to music, and focused on our little lives. It was such a blessing in this time of great turmoil. While I do believe it’s important to be aware of what’s happening in our surroundings, if we don’t do so in the perspective of children of an everlasting, all knowing, promise-keeping, grace-filled God, we will surely be doomed to despair. And while we are all seeing great darkness right now, we can be confident there is a Light greater than the darkness that is destined for victory!
❤️
Good one to go to sleep on

Matthew 4:12-17 shows Jesus fulfilling Isaiah’s prophecy, bringing light to those in darkness. It’s such a powerful reminder that God’s plan of redemption has always been in motion, calling us to turn to Him and find hope.

Such great insight and encouragement from your thoughts today, ladies. Thank you. Have prayed for those requests, heartaches and burdens shared. Mis Faith holding you especially close❤️
So often the things the Lord directs our eyes to is just so timely. We are in the throws of conspiracy theories, political unrest and the tension of joy and sorrow. I think often times we get caught up in how broken and messed up things are now, that we forget that its always been broken and messed up – just read Isaiah. Praise the Lord, we do not have to fear (be terrified!)what the world fears; He is faithful, Sovereign, present and true and we know the Prince of Peace.
I appreciate your prayers for me – thank you❤️
Thank you, Wendy B!
I love how in Isaiah, there’s all this doom and gloom, but then God, in His infinite mercy, provides a promise, a hope, a reconnection.
I love the part about rebuilding in Isaiah 9. What a promise. Many of us have had our lives torn down by something. But God promises a rebuilding. The torn parts of our lives is not the end. The rebuilding is what we look forward to. It may take a while, it might be hard work… but there is a rebuilding – and who rebuilds so it is worse than before??? no one!! we always rebuild to make something better. So look up with hope. God is a God of rebuilding!!
(I realize that in this particular scripture, it’s the evil people boasting about rebuilding…) but I know our God is a God of rebuilding, restoring, reconstructing our lives into something far better than anything we could ever do ourselves. I’ve seen it over and over again in people lives, the girls at the recovery home who were slaves to drugs but who are now free in God’s grace, people who experienced extreme hardships but who are now living victorious lives due to God’s perfect plan for them. AMEN!!
These scriptures represent the spirit of a prophet and how we should be expectant and trusting of God’s promise. He has always been faithful and kept his promises. I decree and declare his prophecy over and over regardless of the destruction. In the face of destruction I will be still and at peace because with everything that is destroyed God shall birth a new creation even more stronger and brilliant than the fire that destroyed the last thing.
Amen!
Amen!!
Jen Yokel noticed some of the verses that really stood out to me too. Hubby reads the headlines (on the computer… the algorithms reinforce what he is “looking for”) and it can make you fearful. Jen said, “Isaiah knew this tension, and so do we. But when we are tempted to fear and despair, we can borrow some of his resilience and face the future. Maybe then, we’ll catch a glimpse of the sun slowly lifting over the horizon.”
.
Amen!
Amen Adrienne. I came into reading this devotional very worried due to headlines and conspiracies on YouTube that all of a sudden seem more credible and those verses leapt out of the page at me.
Is 8.22 They will look toward the earth and see only distress, darkness, and the gloom of affliction, and they will be driven into thick darkness. Whew! Ain’t it so? But thanks to the prince of peace we can LOOK UP! To Gods instruction and testimony (8.20)
Lord help us to seek the city that is to come! Not this earth and the darkness all around us. May we be women who BIND to your testimony. Thank you that we have a refuge to flee to.. a shelter and relief… a secure dwelling place.. a PLACE to flee to.. Jesus, our only refuge! Give us eyes to see you in the darkness. Amen.
AMEN KRISTY!! Praise the Lord, the light breaks through the darkness!! We must live in the light!
I have on repeat this morning the song by Phil Wickham and Tiffany Hudson “Psalm 23.” I love songs that sing scripture.

Thanking God for our Prince of Peace! The heaviness of this world has me down today and while today’s reading reminds me this world is not my home I still feel the weight of it all. Praying that I can wait on the Lord! Also wanted to share an amazing book that really shows Gods glory in one of the most horrific times “the hiding place” by Corrie Ten Boom. This is her account of leading an underground resistance during WWII and highlighting Gods provision during her life. It is so good and really inspiring!
Good to “see” you Allison! Yes, Corrie Ten Boom’s story is amazing! There was the documentary of her life as well on Prime, not sure if it’s still there. I am always fascinated with all things surrounding WW2 of what people went through and endured!
Wonderful book recommendation :)
Praying for all of those experiencing heartache. I ask for prayers for my husband and my MIL & SIL as my FIL went to be with the Lord yesterday. Prayers of thanks that he is now healed and free from his dementia.
Keeping your family in prayer.

Once again you guys did it! You shared from your heart and how this lesson spoke to you. Because you shared it spoke to my heart.
God just keeps reminding me that he is in control that he is the God of angel armies, the Prince of , wonderful counselor, mighty God, and everlasting Fathee!
Lord, help me to not be caught up in all the craziness that is going on in this world. Help me to keep my focus on you, sovereign Lord!
You are faithful to your promises and you are in control. I surrender all my worries, fears, and anxieties. I know you’ve got this!
Praying for all. Mia face lifting you up today.
Please forgive any typos. I’m either typing with my left hand or dictating on my phone. Learning to be creative with this broken wrist! God is good and teaching me to be patient and flexible!
Have a blessed day, ladies.
It’s funny how we take for granted the simplest things! Glad you are staying positive!!
My husband is a deep thinker and the state of the world can really get to him which is interesting because he has such a strong faith. I am going to send him the verse about not buying into conspiracies. Funny thing is when he starts telling me about his concerns for the world, I’m like “I’m just thinking about what we are having for dinner”. lol Figuring out the state of our world is above my pay grade. I wish I could do this with other areas of my life, my kids, my brother…
Same, Tami, same!
Thinking of you, your family and your brother, Tami. Prayerful that life is being kind and that the Great Physician is ever present to hold you all in good spirit..He is God and He is good.
Continued prayers for you all.❤
GM She’s!
What a timeless devotion! The ups and downs of life is constant. Highs and lows, mountains and valleys, joy and sadness, whole and broken. There is no way around it. But isn’t it this juxtaposition that makes us question life, to look beyond ourselves to the greater meaning, and the whys and what’s? Without grief and afflictions we are the captains of our destinies. I was proud and self-sufficient of my happiness…until I wasn’t. Until we realize we are NOT in control. That we will hit our knees and say- how did I get here? Where do I go from here? Who can I turn to? Where does my hope come from, do I have faith?
We call our ladies in jail our butterflies because they are at a time in their life where they can go back to their same old ways and life…OR they can chose to use their time there to be transformed into something new! It’s not fun to be in the cocoon, the place of death, but we CAN BE transformed there, only by Jesus, to come out a new and beautiful creature!! One lady seem to want to argue that we will all be in a cocoon and will emerge, but unfortunately it is a choice of what we turn to in the cocoon. We could choose our go to’s of alcohol or drugs to battle, or the wrong person to sooth us, or any other crutch. Others have taken their very lives. So it’s imperative to keep our faith in the true living God so when adversity and trials break us…we KNOW that there is One that SAVES. One that loves us beyond measure, the Prince of Peace, the Lord Almighty, the Eternal Father!!!
I couldn’t make it without Him. I couldn’t have faith in the world today. Or hope. Happiness will always be fleeting, but Joy and Peace are everlasting. I know when I am left with ashes, he will make beauty. He will turn my tests into testimonies, and my messes into messages! I have to share this good news! I have to share the Light that conquers the darkness!! For there is NO other answer than Jesus. Let us share this powerful message every way we can. Even holding our sisters arms up when they are tired and weary, they have and know the hope, but find themselves weak.
A beautiful song plays right now “Healer” by Casting Crowns! We need a healer, not another hero. Beautiful.
Praying for our sisters that need our arms underneath them today @Lynne and @Faith, @Taylor, and others. Keep your eyes on the Healer! But know that we are praying and giving you a hug.
Amen! I love that song! ❤
Rhonda you are so passionate and inspiring! When will we see you on the pulpit???
Amen to that!
Do not be terrified. Sounds so simple! In this present day when we are confronted with bad after worse, I cling to words like this. May it be so.
Can I get an Amen SRT!! I have asked the Lord to guide me and let me see what it is that he wants me to see, hear what it is that he wants me to hear, feel what it is he wants me to feel and live the way he wants me to live! Just a short time ago, I picked up the Bible and it was so full of gibberish and made no sense at all but now I pick it up and sometimes weep at the words and phrases that jump out at me as I begin to understand my prayer has been answered! I set out a goal to read the Bible last year with no success yet in November I set out a goal to let me see you Lord in the Bible and he sure delivered!
AMEN, Jenn!!! What a blessing! Thanks so much for sharing this answered prayer! ❤
Yes! Amen Jenn! Isn’t it the most amazing thing?! God wants us to seek Him, and sometimes just making ourselves read the Bible without “wanting” Him, can seem fruitless, but He loves an earnest and seeking heart!! “Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, Knock and the door shall be opened!!”
Thank you for sharing with us!!! When we share it builds others faith!!
❤️
There is hope and no need to fear for the Lord our God is near!
Joy and sorrow, sometimes at the same time. When you are a caretaker of someone that has a chronic disease you experience this.

Oh BUT GOD
~
He walks with us. How lovely a picture that is. Side by side.
And His hand is outstretched still makes me wonder is it an invitation to come to him?
WONDERFUL Counselor, MIGHTY God, ETERNAL Father, PRINCE of Peace! A gentle surprise as Jen puts it this morning! So hopeful for today and for us to keep our eyes forward know that one day, some day, perhaps today (but as last week on the podcast maybe Jesus is waiting so that more can be saved), JESUS is coming back for us. Ironically, last night we had a pastor come talk to our youth about Heaven an the end times, answering questions. Our youth had VERY good questions! And as we talked in our small group of junior/senior girls, my heart was filled with JOY knowing that they LOVE Jesus and are seeking to drawer closer to HIM! One more thing, as you know I love to run on the trail near by there is some one out there beautifully writing scriptures in colored chalk and this is another verse that has been on the trail. LOVE it! People out there are “seeing” (hearing) the WORD!
And so we wait for His coming once again, with hopeful hearts and discerning spirits!
Isaiah 9:16 The leaders of the people mislead them,
and those they mislead are swallowed up.
.
Lord, give us discernment to know when we are being led astray, and courage not to follow. Let us follow only You.
I loved Isaiah’s response in 8:17 I will wait upon the Lord. ❤️
The reminder to not buy into conspiracies is certainly one that stood out to me today. I travel fairly often for work & the recent plane crashes have caused me to buy into conspiracies and let anxiety creep in. May all of us remember that the God of Heaven is with us no matter the circumstance and that He has a perfect plan.
Precious sisters, thank you for all your prayers and the many ways you have reached out to me to show your love! I can’t believe today is one week since Jack went home to be with Jesus. I miss him so much! If you want to see his obituary it is on the Deerfoot Memorial website. It was beautifully written by one of our sons-in-law. His service was Tuesday and was a fitting celebration of his life with a clear and concise presentation of the glorious Gospel. Please continue to pray for me and all our family as we start our new normal.
Love to you all!
Prayers to you especially today Mia Faith. ❤️
May God strengthen your hearts in these weeks and months ahead, sweet Lynne. Please know what an inspiration you are to us and through you your precious Jack was, too. Continued prayers for as long as you need them! Please stay in touch when you can. Love you and miss you!!! ❤
Prayers for you Lynne!
Lynne how beautiful it was to watch your story unfold as you cared for your beloved Jack. You were a model of how to faithfully go through one of the hardest trials of life. I’m sure Jack’s celebration of life had an impact on all of those present. Praying for you:)
Praying for you, Lynne! ❤️
Lynne from AL, praying for you and all your family!
Lynne you have been on my heart and mind so much lately. I don’t post much but please know that I pray for you daily for God‘s peace to surround you.

“This is a story of tensions.” – This world is a story of tensions. But praise God that He is our sanctuary, He is our Prince of Peace. Because of that, we can get through each day – each birthday, funeral, wedding, war, joy and sorrow. Where would I be without the love of God!
—
Prayers today for all that do not know Christ – the Prince of Peace. The world is so lost without Him…including my brother-in-law Joe, who is now on life support. Please pray for a miracle, and that God would give him one more opportunity for salvation, before he goes into eternity lost.
—
Prayers for you all. ❤️
Oh, Sharon! Praying with you for Joe to accept Jesus! ❤
Prayers for your BIL. ❤️
Praying for Joe’s salvation! ❤️
Praying for Joe’s salvation. Prayers for you and your family.
Praying for Joe to accept Jesus.
That has to be the hardest when we know and unbeliever is about to face our Maker. I pray he called out to Jesus when the moment was there.
I have a hard time talking to people about the hope of heaven and that you must choose before death, and then they ask about their unsaved loved ones and where they are. We must be truthful, but it seems unfair and impossible to them that God would do that.
and to piggyback on that…at funerals where you know they didn’t believe in Jesus, yet we say nice words in a way that convinces people it’s all good, when it might not be?! Sorry—things that make me ponder.
I’m with you Rhonda on this pondering. This is very hard:(
I think we will all have the chance to accept Christ when we pass – even if we didn’t before our last breath. The testimonies of those who have had near death experiences have made me believe that. That is one of the things that I say is above my pay grade to figure out. We have a loving God and I don’t think he will stop chasing us down until we stand in front of him and say “yes” or “no”.
Holding your BIL, Joe, in prayer my dear.. The their on the cross comes to mind, last minute, but none the less, speaking of truth in the cross, Jesus tells him.. “Truly, I tell you, Today you will be with me in paradise..”
All is not lost..
.
BUT GOD..❤
It is good to have this reminder about conspiracies. I think in the chaos of the world, we all want to make sense of what is happening globally, not just at home, and we can easily start thinking of why things are happening. We have to be careful because I think conspiracies tend to be this convoluted spiraling, but it can be something simple. Ultimately. It is more about our desire to control what we are unsure of. And goodness, that is our reality today
MIA FAITH – praying for you, especially today ❤️❤️❤️
Yes! Jesus, be near. ❤️❤️❤️
the past several days have been filled with doom scrolling, fear, tears, and anger. this reading reminded me of what i had previously been praying, that my hope be in the Lord and not of this world; Jesus is our king and political conquest is not his throne. while i am so, intensely fearful of the state of things, especially as a single woman, i pray with my entire being that the Lord be my strength, peace, and cornerstone.
Praying, Taylor ❤️
So true!
Taylor I hope the reading today has brought you some comfort and peace from fear – to not look at what’s happening in our world or in our country as the world sees it, but to look at it through the lens of God. He is the one to fear, He is the one to dread – He will be a holy place.
He is in control, so we can rest in His peace and His presence.
Praying for you today. ❤️
❤
So true Sharon
“through the lens of God”…Thank you, Sharon.
Praying all fear, tears and anger is gone in Jesus name, Taylor..
Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face, and the things of this world will grow strangely dim, in the light of His Glory and grace.. Laura Daigle song words..

Gracious and sovereign Lord,
In a world filled with fear, uncertainty, and darkness, we turn to You, our refuge and strength. Keep us from trusting in human wisdom or fearing the schemes of this world. Instead, teach us to place our confidence in You alone, knowing that You are our light in the darkness.
We thank You for the promise of Your Son, Jesus Christ—our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. In Him, we find true hope and salvation. May His kingdom reign in our hearts and through our lives, as we seek to live with justice, mercy, and love.
Lord, humble the proud and bring down those who oppress the weak. Give wisdom and integrity to leaders, and let us be instruments of Your righteousness. When we are tempted to rely on our own strength, remind us that everything we have comes from You.
Let Your kingdom come, Lord, and let Your will be done in our lives and in this world. We trust in Your justice, rest in Your peace, and rejoice in the salvation You have given us through Christ.
In Jesus’ name we pray,

Boy, have I needed the Prince of Peace over the last couple of days!
There have been far too many tensions to comprehend and work through..
.
BUT GOD..
.
In the space of 15 minutes, last Friday, I had news of a friend’s passing, as my heart leapt in sadness, another came through that my daughter’s friend, Emma, whom you’ve lifted up in prayer, had been given the ALL clear and she was cancer free, much to rejoice, absolutely, then another text came through to say a friend’s son had taken his own life… My heart.. Oh dear God, could not take much more. And then later that evening was asked for prayer for a dear friend who had been given the news of not much time to live, due to a brain tumour! He passed yesterday morning.. He is at peace now.. BUT wow, it’s been a rollercoaster of tensions around me!
.
It truly is hard to do life in the instances of such mixed emotions, sad, happy-elated to desolation for my friend, whose son could not live in this world any longer, took his life, to prayer for Kev, who had less time to love, love, love his children before he was called home..
.
Where do you begin, BUT with God!
.
There is no rhyme or reasoning behind lifes up and downs..
BUT GOD..
He gave His Son, born to, for and given to us, who would have the worries of this world on His shoulders.
He would be our Counsellor, in times of troubles, confusion, strife and all the unsavoury in-between.
He would be known as Mighty God, for we can never do this life alone, we need a Mighty God.
We will know Him as our Eternal Father, forever there, forever with us no matter what.. He promises to be with us till the end of time/age.( Matthew 6:20)
He will be forever our Prince of Peace, keeping our hearts and minds consistent in His love and grace. Comforting in the trials of sadness, and heart break, and just plain old everyday reality of life..
Thank God for the gift of Jesus, and for His pointing to the peace walking with Him offers..
Beyond thankful, from a grateful heart, thank you, Faithful God. Thank you..
.
Josh Baldwin’s Prince of Peace, comes to mind..
.
Amen.
.
Happy Thursday precious friends, sisters and fellow sojourners.. I am so thankful for you..
Much love, always..
Tina.❤❤❤❤❤
Praying the Lord’s peace and strength will be yours as you process all of this news, Tina.
You have had a lot to carry, Tina! I am so sorry to hear of the sadness and heartache, BUT GOD…Praise Him for the cancer free diagnosis. Praise Him for all this He gives us. Praying for you now., Tina. Beautiful words to describe our Isaiah 9 Saviour!
❤️
Praise and prayers for the roller coaster of news you’ve had Tina – hugs and God’ peace to you ..:BUT GOD ❤️
Sweet Tina! Thankful for Emma’s good news but so sad about all you’ve otherwise been going through. Sending you the biggest hug, sister ❤️
That is a LOT, especially all at once! Grateful for the grace that met you in those moments of unrelenting hard news (except about Emma – yay!) and the grace that will sustain you in the days to come. You are loved!❤️❤️❤️
What a time you’ve had! Prayers that God will give you strength and comfort. ❤️
Another beautiful song comes to mind that I just recently learned of through a sister here on SRT – Peace Be Still by John Finch.

Blessings to you today sweet sister. ❤️
❤
Oh Tina, all this is such heavy news. I’m sorry. Prayers my friend.
But God! Indeed! Thank you Tina for sharing your hope
Tina, I am so sorry your heart has been jack-hammered like that! Thanks for mentioning Prince of Peace. I really like J Baldwin’s music, but had not heard that song. Beautiful! ❤ Hugs, sister!
Tina, wow, that was a lot! Thank you for sharing your heart. I will be praying for you and for all of the people connected.
I’m sorry friend you have had so many emotional weights thrown at you and to be supporting those that are suffering. Happy for your friend though that is celebrating. So coincides perfectly with the devotional today, do we like, no, but we have been told what to expect. It rains on the just and unjust the same.
Dear Tina, my heart aches for your losses, your words bring tears to my eyes, heartache is so hard to bear but God….
May the prince of peace surround you and may you find shelter under the wings of the most high, may your heart once again soar as His strength fills you to overflowing.
Prayers for you. Too many emotions in such a short time.
Thank you precious sisters for your prayers and love.❤❤❤.❤
Hi to all you precious She’s. I am so enjoying this study. The Isaiah 8:12 verse really made me stop and think — and re read it several times. We must put all our hope and trust in our all powerful, all loving Holy Father no matter how frightening things may seem. It is so comforting to be able to leave the fears and worries in His care. God bless you all
Amen. Judy.❤️
Can’t we all say Amen to the devotion writer’s feelings of things just being too hard some days – in our personal, family lives AND the world around us. Yet God continues to offer hope and the promise of a bright future among these verses of judgment on the children He loves – the ones He loves too much not to discipline. The kingdom is still coming where the Prince of Peace will reign with justice and righteousness forever and ever!
Let’s encourage each other with that promise today, Ladies. And also the stranger that may come across our path that needs encouragement.
Indeed, and Amen to all you have said Sally..❤️
Amen indeed
❤
“the ones He loves too much not to discipline.”
Beautifully told, Sally B.
Fear can rob us of our trust in God. What comfort and hope in the readings today teaching us to trust God as he is sending us the one who saves.
For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
