Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Isaiah 43:2

Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

“When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you,
and the rivers will not overwhelm you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be scorched,
and the flame will not burn you.”
—Isaiah 43:2

From today’s reading in “Jesus Always”, .. the ways I work in your world are often mysterious to you – beyond tracing out. This presents you with a choice: to resent My ways or to bow before Me in wonder and worship. Marvel at the depth of the riches of My wisdom and knowledge!”. Have a blessed weekend sisters and many prayers lifted.

SWEET She’s!!! OUR JESUS is with us!! Happy Saturday, made myself stay in bed longer as I was AGAIN up for over an hour in the middle of the night. THANKFULLY its the weekend and was able to stay in bed. Skipping out on my Saturday run/walk with my sweet friend due to MANY and not-so-fun chores in which I have MORE energy in the morning to do rather the afternoon. @Julia C….THANK YOU, thank you for mentioning us by name in your prayers. @ERB…I have set an alarm labeled COMMUNION WITH SRT @ 5:15 PM (PST) giving me time to get ready to partake with all of you at 5:30 PM (PST) my time. THANK YOU for doing this. SWEET SHE’s I am asking for prayer as I was asked to give my testimony tomorrow morning at our youth group which meets at 11:00 AM, most likely I will be giving my testimony around 11:45 AM. I attend service at our youth group every Sunday as I feel safe here and I still get spiritually feed. Thursday afternoon, after work, I received an unexpected call by the pastor who is currently serving in our youth ministry until we get a full-time youth pastor. This pastor WAS the youth pastor over 20 years ago, then served as the senior pastor and now semi-retired and serves as an associate pastor and currently BACK in our youth ministry. AND funny thing is I mention him in my testimony! OK…I rambled… Please pray for the HOLY SPIRIT to guide me.

I noticed “when”, as well, DENISE.

I’ve been reading one Proverb each day (and will throughout the year, as part of this year’s Bible reading plan I’ve chosen).

    Proverbs 2: 7 & 8…
“He holds victory in store for the upright,
he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless,
for he guards the course of the just
and protects the way of his faithful ones.”

Of course, our walks (well mine, anyways) are not blameless, but we are faithful, and He will protect His faithful ones.

    When, not if.

    From EPHESIANS 3
12 In him we have boldness and confident access through faith in him.
16 I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner being through his Spirit, 17 and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love, 19 and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Adding an amen to Paul’s words and claiming this for each of us. Also adding my amen to the focused prayers and tagging by other sisters. I appreciate you so much – SEARCHING, KELLY NEO, JULIA C, and others. ❤

RYAN MYERS, THANK YOU and the steadfast SRT team! Your diligence is so very appreciated – in ALL you do in bringing together a community of worship, learning, and fellowship! God bless you through these challenges!

SEARCHING – ❤ I agree! one of my FAVORITE songs! “Hallelujah, we are NOT ALONE…GOD REALLY LOVES US!”

Thanks to any who prayed for my day yesterday! It had its challenging moments, but God’s favor shone through! ❤

Have a blessed day sisters! ❤

What a great verse to leave with us! As I read all the prayer requests i can clearly see everyone is going through trials or has gone through them. But God, He walks with us through it all! He is faithful and true!

I will have at the end of the month a reverse shoulder surgery but God has prepared me for it! He has given me Deut 31:6, Josh 1:9, Phil 4:6-7, and this verse Isaiah 43:2. These verses have shown up so many times over the last month, almost daily. I cannot deny that God is reassuring me! He is so good to speak to us individually. I just want to encourage you to cry out to God and He will answer. Oh yeah, just another miracle is that I have minimal pain! God is good!

Happy Saturday! Thank you for praying for my test results- my polyp did not have active cancer, praises be! It was pre-cancerous, so I am on a 5 (instead of 10)-yr plan for surveillance. Single ladies, praying especially for you all this morning, that God will meet you in the waiting and that you will rest in His love for you and His good, good plan.❤️

  7. Denise says:

I find comfort in these verses. We will have problems, trials and issues. It says “when” not if. But God will be with us as He always is. No matter what, He is here. Thank you Jesus for your Word and absolute truth.

  8. Sharon, Jersey Girl says:

What a comfort to know that whatever we face, whatever difficult trials we may go through – we are not alone. God is right beside us, making sure the waters don’t overwhelm us and the fires not burn us. Only God. Thank you Father.

    Have a blessed Saturday.

@Sarah D – my heart aches for you, and it prompts me to pray even more. May God’s perfect will be done.
