I have a subscription book and have to say that the extra content for this particular study has been outstanding. This past week had a prayer prompt section titled “In Light of Eternity “(between Days 31 & 32) that is very well laid out. I keep going back to it to reflect and meditate on the 5 prompts provided. Hoping other SHE’s are finding it meaningful as well.
Remembering and praying for the many requests presented this past week. May we all feel moments of true refreshment this weekend.

    Good Morning She’s!

I feel like I am back in the land of the living this morning, feeling better and able to get back on SRT and read. That was a rough 3 or 4 days of the flu or whatever sickness it was. Still not up and about, but I am grateful for the big improvement, thank you for your prayers. My group at Panera is meeting right now, and I have FOMO! This is the 2nd week that I have had to get another person to lead for me. :( Between our small group break at church we have been reading a 41 day devotional called Unstuck: Step into the New! One of my ladies is the author! It is a simple, quick read but makes you really dive into some thoughts and prayers to motivate you forward into your dreams! It’s funny that sometimes you aren’t even aware that you are stuck! I think it’s important to keep dreams alive or create new ones as we age. It used to be work or raise a family and retire in the sunset! Well, I have the sunset, but God is calling me to new dreams, and I want to identify what they are! I never thought I would be one to teach and lead, but it does seem to be my passion right now, I just need to practice and get better! I want to do what God lays on my heart and be a missionary for him. I am kinda in the same boat with Molly R as far as wishing my husband had a fire for God the same as me, not just be a Sunday attender…but I am seeing it slowly get there. He too likes to have his drinks at night, and since I quit two years ago, it stands out more to me…thinking and saying…Do you really need that drink? But..I have to try to let the Lord call him and not lecture him. We did start reading a daily devotional by the Love language guy, and it has really been good!! I highly recommend it if you want to build a deeper connection between your husband, you, and God. My hubby reads it every night to us. He’s not discussing it…but at least we both hear the same thing and ponde it ourselves.

So now that I have talked and talked….I should sign off. I read through some comments from yesterday, they were so good and I love that this study there have been so, so many new commenters! Is this the last day of this study?

Can you all believe how big our FB group got in just a week!! I love the introductions with a added picture so we can see you!! Be sure to say you are a She Reads Truth lady on the question to get in the private group!

Ladies, I’m so grateful for you all and this community! I knew when I shared yesterday you all would pray. I appreciate the prayers for my family and I. Yesterday I was able to tell my parents I’m not trying to be responsible in this season, but wanting us all to help each other. This led to my mom asking me to come help with some tasks around their house today. I’m also grateful how clearly this group of Shes cares about each other and the Lord! Thank you for encouragement in how you reach out, remember, and pray.

@Molly R lifting you up as you felt the encouragement to consider your drinking patterns.

@Adrienne praying God will guide you in preparing for your talk and that when it is time you will sense the Holy Spirit speaking with you.

Not new here, but newly posting. I read another daily devotional on a different app and the message all week has been about friendship in God and friendship on other believers. So here I am! Thank you Lord for every piece of the puzzle. Thank you Lord for EVERYTHING!

  6. Aimee D-R says:

  7. Stephanie Wilsey says:

    Amen

  8. Kelly (NEO) says:

The endless flow of blood from sacrifices could never meet the demand for full reconciliation to a holy God. He bridged the infinate gap with Himself. What mercy and grace!
