If I am correct you are located in Thousand Oaks CA ( I grew up there )
Contact CLC = California Lutheran College (if it still exists – I have not lived there since the early 1980’s) and see if there are students who are available for childcare, I now live in VA and Liberty University students make incredible baby/child sitters who are grounded in God and and raise children well which makes me think that a Christ centered college would have young female students who are available to look after your child and in accordance to Gods guidance.
Or perhaps the church you attend could have young women who could provide child care for you

Hello dear she’s- I have a prayer request for wisdom and provision for safe childcare for our son Elijah who is eight months. He has been at home with his dad until now but his dad needs to start school/work/ have a break from being a SAHD in January. Our original plan was for daycare but I’m afraid because of all the viruses around right now. We are considering an au pair of a full time nanny, which I’m not sure we can afford but are out of options right now. Please pray that God would provide the right option for us!

This scripture is soooo true and right. We cannot rely on our own understanding of what the world says. God, Christ and the Holy Spirit are who we need to trust. There are times when I go to multiple translations/versions of what the Bible is trying to say just to understand it — many of the visions and Paul’s writings — I believe God would rather us do something like that or help each other like we do here than to misunderstand what He is trying to tell us.
Be blessed and seek out God’s wisdom sisters.

A Prayer of St. Basil the Great ((Praying over you my sisters))
O Christ God, Who art worshipped and glorified at every place and time; Who art long-suffering, most merciful and compassionate; Who lovest the righteous and art merciful to sinners; Who callest all to salvation with the promise of good things to come: receive, Lord, the prayers we now offer, and direct our lives in the way of Thy commandments. Sanctify our souls, cleanse our bodies, correct our thoughts, purify our minds and deliver us from all affliction, evil and illness. Surround us with Thy holy angels, that guarded and instructed by their forces, we may reach unity of faith and the understanding of Thine unapproachable glory: for blessed art Thou unto ages of ages. Amen.
