Grace Day

Open Your Bible

John 15:3

Lent is a season where we reflect on the depth of our sin and embrace the hope and strength found only in the cross of Christ. We seek unhurried moments of quiet to read Scripture, pray, confess, and repent. Take some time today to catch up on your reading, make space for prayer, and rest in God’s presence.

“You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.”
—John 15:3

What a blessed reassurance today’s verse is!

It’s a beautiful Saturday morning, b/c I’m getting ready to go spend some time with my son and d-i-l and all my fur grandbabies. I have decided if you can’t have human grandbabies fur grandbabies are the next best thing. I now have feathered grandbabies, too — they have baby chicks, which I will meet for the first time today. My son and d-i-l live near my maternal aunt so tomorrow the three of us are going to see her in the afternoon — can’t wait it’s been a while.
Be blessed and do something or see someone you haven’t in done or seen in a while, sisters.

In agreement with your prayers. Searching. Also, I just saw the prayer request for the little girl with cancer. May God give her family peace and strength. May she be healed and be a walking testimony of God’s power, goodnesses and Sovereignty. Amen

The Lord speaks and I am clean. Not because I say so but because HE says so! Beautiful words on a beautiful morning. Celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary today in sunny Phoenix where we are vacationing. Have a wonderful grace filled Saturday SRT sisters!❤️

Happy Saturday She’s! As much as I try to sleep in, I still wake up early. I managed to make myself stay in bed till 6 AM. @TAYLOR, I read something here this morning that made me go back to yesterday’s comments. I’m so sorry to hear of your accident. Thanking God right now that you are safe! I’m old enough to be your mother. And as a mother I’m grateful that you are OK. After my accident almost 2 years ago, almost every time I get into now my new car, I pray for safe travels and for the Lord to keep me and the other drivers safe. My son and I still cringe at the site to where the accident happened but we are grateful that we are alive and the Lord blessed us with a new to us car. I’m praying for you Taylor.

GM! Thank you for the prayers, I made it safely after a long 11-hour drive (Hard to believe I only went one state!)! But seeing everyone and holding my 3 mo. great-niece was worth it! I am so thankful and grateful for my family and the means to see them! We will leave in the early morning to continue to Ky to see my dad, and my 21-year-old will meet us there too! Prayers again please, for my niece’s anxiety traveling first time with baby, and snow coming through!

This study is so prudent right now with all the sin overflowing from our country as a whole and our individual lives. I hum the song “Draw Me Close To You,” never let me go, I lay it all down again, to hear you say I’m your friend. You are my desire….

Lord draw me close to you and never let me go!! It can be so overwhelming and downright scary when we see where the world is going and the judgment will come, and even the individual judgment before the Lord one day, but if we are repentant and stay near to Him, there is no need for fear. He cleanse us clean.
