  1. Danielle says:

I grieve that Israel then reflects America today. Staying thankful that all things are in Gods hands and that his plans for us are good.

  2. Catherine says:

23 Thus says the Lord: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, 24 but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.” (Jer 9:23) – to God be the glory!!!!

  3. Ellen says:

The Lord delights in kindness, justice, and righteousness on the earth (Jer. 9:7). Do I?

  4. Linz Petri says:

Interesting contrast between the unfaithfulness of the people in Jeremiah to the faithfulness of Paul’s friends that he greets in his letter. :)

  5. Amanda C says:

Amen…so perfect His love for us!! His love is perfect…we are not…He is good!! And just. And merciful. :)

  6. Shirl says:

1tim 1:15 The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. 16 But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.
Let’s not judge people for their sins, but humble ourselves to know that we are all sinners that need the grace and love of Jesus

      Amen!

  8. Suzanne says:

God created the wood and the stone and the precious metals…worship Him rather than the things. He is life, the things are not.

    1. Amanda Raschel says:

Thank you for pointing this out today!
