Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
Throughout this plan, one of the ways we will practice remembrance is by committing our key passage to memory. We will use different Scripture memorization tools to fill our hearts and minds with the truth of God’s Word.
Read the passage out loud several times. Circle or highlighting the words that stand out to you. Then read the passage again, emphasizing each word you noted
I will remember the LORD’s works; yes, I will remember your ancient wonders. I will reflect on all you have done and meditate on your actions.
—Psalm 77:11–12

Praying!
I really enjoyed the podcast for this week. It’s so good! About God inviting us to remember us to ask him to remember us! I love that. The call and response of a relationship with Him. So many good nuggets to chew on. Been really down for months now but I am trying to remain positive in my home situation and the worsening problems between me and my spouse. Never on the same page with anything especially topics of growth as a Christian. He does not want to ever talk about God. It makes me very sad and anxious. Could I ask for prayers? Also my mother moved in with us 7 years ago and things are strained between us. I get very annoyed with her and very short-tempered.
Much Love and Hugs SHES!❣️
To those having issues with the app, I am getting the purchase error issue as well. I have reported it to SRT but have not received a reply.
Hey there! Unfortunately, we are still experiencing a glitch in our app that isn’t allowing People of Remembrance to download. We encourage you to keep checking back on the app for updates. In the meantime, feel free to read along through our website until we are able to get this issue fixed – https://shereadstruth.com/plans/people-of-remembrance/.

A couple of helpful tips for memorizing scripture that have helped me. One, the Verses app. It is a paid app, but I think it’s only $4.99/year. I’ve given up social media for Lent, and so I’m going to try to open Verses more regularly instead of Instagram. Another idea I just learned about is to write out the first letter of each word of the verse to trigger your memory for the words. So, for Psalm 77:11, you would write out:
IWRTDOTL
YIWRYWOO
Have a blessed Sunday She’s!
ADRIENNE – I meant to mention the song title! Thank you for sharing the special memory the song has for you! ❤
GREAT ARE YOU LORD
by All Sons and Daughters.
You have brought a chuckle for me, too, on occasion.
I was reminded of this verse this week and I think I will add it to my sheet of memory verses.
“A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.”
Proverbs 17:22 NKJV
Accidentally posted on yesterday!
I see a lot of what He has done in just these two verses. It is never ME but always HIM!
Be blessed today, sweet sisters!
I have been working on Scripture memorization for years without much success. I realized this week that part of the problem is disorganization. I jot verses down in notebooks intending to review or rewrite and quickly forget to do that.
This week of study has convicted me about that so the past couple of days I have been choosing verses from this week’s reading and putting them together on a ‘flyer’ that I can post on the fridge.
If anyone is interested in seeing it I will gladly share (with RHONDA J’s permission!) on the FB page. I hope this will help me to REMEMBER! By the way, this is one of the verses I added yesterday. ❤
Oh, TINA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY (is this 0LLIE, the little one we prayed for a while back?!) I, like your sister, often mention making memories in my birthday greetings and trip farewells. Even more special in your sister’s case! ❤
Praying for a wonderful day of reflection (remembrance) and worship for each SHE SISTER. ❤
LINDA IN NC – ❤
LYNNE FROM ALABAMA – ❤
SEARCHING – ❤
I will. That is me making a promise, an intentional decision committing to do something. May the ‘I will’ statements in today’s verse sink & sync into my heart and mind.
MARI V – my apologies!! I just read through yesterday’s comments, I including my own – yikes. Should have read Savior, not sacrifice, although Christ did indeed sacrifice for each us us. ❤️
DENISE – app … ADRIENNE posted yesterday that SRT responded to her email – they know about the app issue and are continuing to work on it. Praying for the IT folks!
Love you, sisters, and praying for a peaceful Sunday.
Is anyone else still having issues with the app? I’m posting this from the SRT website, not the subscription app.

Beautiful!!!!
Oh, TINA, your heart sings with what heart is singing! I WILL remember, reflect, meditate, and praise God for all He has done!
So thankful for all of God’s blessings!
Praying for all you lovely ladies!
We were made for this day!
Made to shine bright in a dark world that needed some light! We are in the right place at the right time!– New song by Mercyme, that got me reflecting this morning, combined with what Tina and Kelly said…So, making memories and remembering. How do you do that though when your world feels like it’s collapsing or you are having a rough time? You keep looking to Him, the maker that is in every detail, the highs and lows…He goes before us. He made us, He knows all that comes, and He is with all. In all our days.
Happy Sunday She’s! Hugs and love..Make today a good day. Praise Him for all He has done and will do.
“I will…”
with the help of the Spirit. In my flesh I’m prone to forget, to believe the lies of the enemy, to doubt God’s faithfulness, to rebel against His perfect laws.
BUT GOD
His will is for me to be holy as He is holy and the be made into the image of His Son.
Worship Him with abandon today, Shes❣️
TRACI, ALAYNA, GRAMSIESUE, GAYLE, FOSTER MAMA, JENNIFER A, SHERIE BREWER, THERESA, LYNNE FROM ALABAMA, CATHERINE MCVEY, VICTORIA E, CHANGED LIFE, CHURCHMOUSE.♥️
A few of those held in my heart and prayers. Prayerful today, even with its up and downs, is a good day, Blessed, joyfilled, and covered in His love, provision and Hope..
I love you all, dear hearts♥️
I WILL REMEMBER..
That is what stood out to me..
It’s my nephews birthday today and on the family chat, my sister wrote. “… enjoy your day making memories..”
It is true, memories will be made today as the family gather to celebrate this little gifts 7th birthday..
My sister had waited a long time for this little Prince, and celebrating his birthday is a good way to remember the goodness of God.
I remember the day we found out she was pregnant, the tears, the joy, the jubilation and wonder, oh, the wonder of Gods timing, she was 40years old..
( why were we surprised when Sarah had Isaac when she was 90 years old!!!
BUT GOD..
He is right on time.. always.. never later, never early, always on time!
As we celebrate this little gift, I will sit and REMEMBER the gifts that were given to me, in the shape of a daughter and 2 sons, and from them, five grands, and 1 great grandson.. and I will REMEMBER, REFLECT and MEDITATE on all He has given, done and continues to do..
And I will praise Him..
I WILL REMEMBER.
I WILL PRAISE.
I WILL REMEMBER.
I WILL PRAISE.
I WILL PRAISE.
AMEN.
Happy Sunday, dear hearts, much love and blessings from across the pond..♥️
