Day 7

Weekly Truth

from the Romans reading plan

Romans 3:22-24

BY She Reads Truth

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.

For this reading plan, we will memorize Romans 3:22–24, which is a reminder that, though we are sinners who have fallen short, we are given access to God’s righteousness when we believe and trust in Christ for His redemption. We’ll start by memorizing the first portion of verse 22.

22 The righteousness of God is through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe, since there is no distinction.23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; 24 they are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
—Romans 3:22–24

I feel your pain as we had a main water line burst in our attic this weekend and are going through many of the same things! The worst part for us is the heat of the drying process. Our home got up to 92°F today because our AC can’t keep up with their heaters. Heat makes people irritable so please pray for patience and kindness to one another in our home. I will pray for you and your situation as well.

Good Morning SWEET She’s and Happy Sunday! GramieSue prayed for Jake immediately! Martha Hix….sweet lady so sorry about the plumbing issue in your home. Praying for the whole mess to get cleaned up quickly. I have to say I love your attitude, could use some of it for myself. Lots to do today. I have my own messes in my room that MUST get cleaned up and organized. No fun. Continue to pray for my sweet friend Gabrielle. There are already answers to prayer! But continue.

MARTHA HIX – oh no! What a mess! I am praying that God will give you His peace as you face this catastrophe in your home. I pray you’re able to find workers who are efficient and fairly priced. I pray God gives you His strength to face each day. Zechariah 4:6 “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord God Almighty.”
