Today, as a body of women, let’s meditate on and memorize God’s word. Not for our own glory or honor, but for the joy of our Father and the growth of His Truth in our hearts.

God, you are so beautiful, thank you for being the light and love of my life
I’m right along with some of my sisters in Christ, I get so lazy some days. The enemy distracts me with silly things and then I don’t read this and spend quality time with the One who deserves all of my time. Please pray for my spirit of complacency to flee. I want to be a daughter on fire for my Father!
I am so thankful for a God that is relevant and his word that fulfills and satisfies His daughters unlike anything else will. I know it may seem silly, but I will be sure to remember, humble my self and send these praises when I am craving something sweet that is of this world.

Today, I read this an hour past my notification. Today is also the first day I made sure to sit down and really focus on my SheReadsTruth app. I am “new” to reading the Bible — but have been exposed to the word my entire life. Thank you all for being here and sharing your experiences with me. If you’re struggling, I pray you find peace in this journey – and your way.

I just recently discovered this app, and it is already helping me so much! I find it hard to study the Bible on my own. This devotion is helping me understand the words of my Heavenly Father. I also loved today’s encouragement to memorize His sweet words!
