Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
For this plan we have worked to memorize our key passage, 1 Peter 1:3–4. Continue to repeat it as a reminder of the hope believers have in Christ’s finished work and their future home.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and into an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you.

Jesus Christ our living hope! Thank you Father for reserving a place for me in heaven an inheritance that will not fade away – ever. As I wait, looking for that blessed hope, please help me to live each day for You – being crucified to self and clothed with Jesus Christ. To You be the glory!
