Exodus 15:1-3

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry His Word with us wherever we go.

This week, we will memorize the final verse in Exodus 15:1–3, which offers praise to our mighty God.

1 I will sing to the LORD,
for he is highly exalted;
he has thrown the horse
and its rider into the sea.
2 The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
This is my God, and I will praise him,
my father’s God, and I will exalt him.
3 The LORD is a warrior;
the LORD is his name.
—Exodus 15:1–3

    The Lord is my strength and my song. I often feel the responsibility of being strong and knowing the direction I am going. When I dont, which is QUITE often, I feel like I failed. But truly the Lord is my strength and my song. If I lean in, trust, and rely on him and that’s the only thing I do, I’m in a really healthy place. Not only do I desire to do that, but I really want to show my kids that which I can struggle with.

    Our Warrior God fights and wins are battles over sins, fear, anxiety, depression, hatred, burdens, and ALL other negative and bad sinful things. I WILL CALL OUT to the LORD in these times of need and helplessness. Christ WON the ultimate battle over all our burdens and cares when He died on the cross and was resurrected. PRAISE THE LORD AND SING HALLELIAH TO OUR LORD GOD THE WARRIOR.
    Sisters, be blessed and hand ALL your problems over to God and Christ.
