Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
Over the last two weeks, we’ve worked on memorizing Joshua 1:9. This week, we will memorize the final line of the verse. Repeat the pattern of saying it aloud three times, then writing it out by hand three times.
“Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous?
Do not be afraid or discouraged,
for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
—Joshua 1:9

L V thank you for your post. It’s so true that God is with us always. Even when we don’t feel Him near. I needed to be reminded of this because for the last few days I have been struggling with finding time to pray and read God’s word. Please pray with me that God wakes me up early, before the busyness of the day starts.
I have a necklace in the form of a shield that is inscribed with Joshua 1:9. It was given to me by a military chaplain during my time in the Air Force. After my husband passed away in 2019 I started wearing the necklace all of the time. Joshua 1:9 gives me strength and restores my hope. God is good!! ❤️
Amen, Lord I need You
God is always with me. I have life abundant in Christ!
God is with me, even when I feel stuck spiritually, he is with me on my journey at all points. The ups and downs. When I feel him and when I don’t.
Praying with you! I can’t imagine. “Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” How timely a verse for this little boy and his mother.
Love
Thank you ❤️
