BY She Reads Truth
Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the gospel with us wherever we go.
In this week’s verse, Jacob extends kindness and forgiveness to his brothers, demonstrating his trust in God’s ultimate goodness and sovereignty.
You planned evil against me; God planned it for good to bring about the present result—
the survival of many people.
—Genesis 50:20

Hi all! I really enjoyed this study! I’m asking a bit of a favor or help. In the thematic theme section could you share an example of how you used that section? Or could you point me in the direction of a site or blog of someone who might post more about these responses and how they used them in their study. Thanks very much have a joy filled SON day!♥️

I didn’t know what I would write there right away. But as I was writing what I learned I realized a few things.
If it is Gods will it will happen in His timing.
And God was there the whole time. In everything. He was right there.
I’m sure there is more than that. And throughout the day I will pray and think on it. Maybe someone else will chime in too.

And, on the app, if I try to read additional replies to your comments I am bounced off the app. It closes out.

I usually post my comments on the SRT website from my android phone. I thoughy it posted both there and here but it doesn’t always. I’m not missing in action, friends. I post daily. It’s just not visible on the app sometimes.

Counting my blessings this early Sunday morning…surely this study of Genesis with all of you from SRT is a huge one. I eagerly read God’s Word to be reminded of verses such as today’s. The devil tries so hard to discourage, distract, demean and destroy us. His methods are varied but our God is able to bring good out of evil every single time. God gives us the Truth of His Word to combat every blow, to rise above every assault. And praise God! He gives us fellow believers to come alongside to link arms with us when we are battle weary. Thank you, fellow soldiers, for gathering here and doing just that. In Him, we are victorious.

Small typo – it was Joseph, not Jacob, who said this
