Available in print or digital format, these guides present either an entire book of the Bible or a topic selected from Scripture in the form of daily readings. Each Reading Guide includes Scripture printed in the book along with unique features for each study including informative extras, journaling space, reflection and discussion questions, and more to help you engage with and understand more deeply what you are reading.
Along with the daily Scripture reading, a devotional or discussion question will appear on SheReadsTruth.com and the She Reads Truth app each day. You can also subscribe to our email list to receive the day’s reading delivered directly to your inbox each morning.
The She Reads Truth website and app each have a comment section at the bottom of the day’s reading as well to encourage our online community to discuss and engage with one another as they grow together in their personal biblical literacy.
Each week, our founders, Raechel Myers and Amanda Bible Williams, host a podcast with visiting guests to discuss the scriptures present in the upcoming week’s reading plan. The She Reads Truth Podcast is available Monday mornings wherever you listen to your favorite podcasts or can be found free of charge on SheReadsTruth.com.
For our journey, the four traditional themes of the Advent candles will guide our study. Centered around each of these themes, we will read passages that highlight what Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to accomplish.
Nestled throughout the book are seasonal merriments and thoughtful extras to help you deepen your engagement during Advent, including reflection and prayer prompts, hymns, and a seasonal recipe.
