After you finish reading today’s scriptures, come back and use the blurb and question here to dig deeper into the themes of faith, hope, obedience, and suffering. Join your fellow Bible readers in the comments to reflect and chat about what you’re learning!

The encouragement to move forward in our faith is in the countless stories of those who have gone before us, who have seen God move in impossible circumstances, and who have their stories recorded in Scripture for generations to see what God has done. Because of their stories, we have faith in the God who remains the same today as He was then.

What “by faith” outcome stood out to you in today’s reading and why?

    Amen

  2. Nicole Powell says:

    No matter what as long as we have faith in God all things are possible and I’m possible

  3. Indyia Ford says:

    Our weaknesses being turned into strengths by him, because we can’t be strong

  4. Nicky Winterton says:

    BY FAITH it jumped right out at me how God’s work – from His covenant with Abraham – has been established and sustained through the ages, through the works of His hand, and the faithfulness of those who preceded us. 1 John 1:1-3 makes me think of a messenger dove, or an arrow flying forward through countless years, celebrating the faithfulness of the Lord our Father to all of his children. It’s wondrous and wonderful, and so very encouraging! Hallelujah!

  5. Dorcas Santos Oliva says:

    “By faith” we have remained patient waiting for God’s perfect timing to the answer to our long time prayer….and today we saw God’s hand perfectly orchestrated every single small detail of His great blessing for us. All those years we have been down, I have doubted, we have cried but still keep on trusting. We cannot see what was coming or know when exactly God would answer or if even we would like His answer….BUT GOD….delivered in His own perfect time, in His own great way…and all we needed to do was to keep going “by faith” in Jesus Christ!

  6. Rebekah Wilson says:

    “What more can we say?” Scripture is full of God fulfilling and keeping His promises to His people. He has proven himself over and over. We can trust Him!

    1. Nicky Winterton says:

      Rebekah – YES! Amen to that!

  7. Adrianne says:

    What “by faith” outcome stood out to you in today’s reading and why?

    Administering justice stood out to me. I’ve been watching a lot of “Lawtube” on Youtube to better understand the justice system. And it really reinforces how flawed we are as humans. They’re are so many things both right and wrong, things that need to change it’s sad.

    But absolute justice will come when we meet our Lord. I believe that.

    Sometimes His justice is achieved for grieving families while they are here on earth to witness it, but no matter what justice will be had either in this life or the when we are called home.

  8. Missy Csonka says:

    Praising God today! Just thankful for being here for each of us every day. ❤️

    Many Hugs and Much Love SHES!!

  9. Jennifer Anapol says:

    The faith outcome that stood out to me was, “turning their strength to weakness.” This concept is something that I would like to live out. So often I feel like I am operating in my own strength, not in the Lord’s strength.

    1. Karen Bruno says:

      Jennifer, that stood out to me, as well. I struggle with low self esteem. It is comforting to know that when I am weak He is strong. Like you, I need to remind myself to rely on Him for direction, and trust that He will show me the way.

  11. Mercy says:

    Morning ladies, I am coming to ask for prayers. Tomorrow is my mom’s birthday and it has been hard for me emotionally, every year this day and also mother’s day. Can you please pray for her that this birthday God will gift her with a heart of repentance, of returning to Him and His word, and to heal her heart, her thinking, and her personality, and mend the relationships near and dear to her that have been broken? And please pray for me that I stay strong. I don’t want to overthink, to revisit past painful memories. Thank you shes.

        Appreciate you dear Donna.

    2. Cee Gee says:

      Mercy, I will absolutely join in this prayer for your mom and for your heart, sweet little sis! ❤ Happy BIRTH day to you! We are so blessed to have you in this world! ❤

    3. Vicki M says:

      Prayers for you and your Mum. ❤

    4. Tina says:

      Dearest Mercy, holding you both in prayer. For God to move your mum’s heart to repent, gently, and for her to return to Him. Praying whatever brought her to this place away from God, she will hear Him speak clearly to her in a way only God can. Praying this will be a birthday to remember, when God shows up and shifts everything!
      MERCY and for you, that you do not own your mother’s woes or journey, but with your pure heart pray and hand her to God..
      Praying peace over you dear one.. Praying peace of heart today especially as you call your mum..❤

      1. Rhonda J. says:

        Yes, in agreement with our sisters. Prayers Mercy, hugs and love to you.

    5. Mercy says:

  12. R says:

    These passages of scripture remind me that the just will live “in, through, and by their faith”. Daily
    walking in my faith
    regardless of what I see ,through faith garnering the ability to face what seems to be impossible and by faith conquering and
    overcoming. This is the victory that overcomes the world-
    our faith!

  13. Cynthia from Alabama says:

    Mary’s faith is amazing to me. With 400 years of silence from God, the Jews kept teaching their children of God’s faithfulness. Mary would have known of the promise of a Messiah

  14. Gwineth52 says:

    Hello Shes

    What stood out to me?
    Hebrews 11: 32
    “How much more do I need to say? It would take too long to recount the stories of the faith of…”

    Why did it stand out for me?
    Our possibilities are His promises.
    I want to live in a way that recognizes & reveres His hand at work. I want to hold fast though I may falter & fear, as only a human can. I want to be “in the line of the ancients”. Like the Virgin Mary, I want to believe the Lord will accomplish what He has told me.

    So help me God.

  15. Anna Faith says:

    By Faith I raise my 2 kids as a single mom

  16. Sheryl Gunderson says:

    I’m

  17. Cheryl Blow says:

    I am like many of you! God used ordinary people to do the extraordinary purposes of God! How? BY FAITH! We have to step out in obedience and let Him work through our natural to perform His supernatural.

    Read in Revelation today. They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony! Rev 12:12

    1. Gwineth52 says:

      Hey Cheryl, you said it!
      “Our natural/His Supernatural”!

  18. Adrienne says:

    I want to reply to all comments, so consider yourself ALL replied to… ❤️❤️❤️ Such wisdom, my sweet sisters!

  19. Traci Gendron says:

    LUKE 1:46-47 My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.

    I want my soul to magnify God. To show others how God can change you.

    1. Tina says:

      Holding you close dear heart, in prayers.
      May the Lord God be the salve for your heart and soul.❤

  20. Mari V says:

    Time is too short….but these men as we know did GREAT things for God and worth mentioning! Messed up like us and God still used them. Makes me think of me how much I mess up, daily, YET I (we) are still SO precious to our Jesus. YOU all are a huge part in my life and can’t wait to meet you someday.

    1. Carol J Mylin says:

      ♥️

    2. Donna Wolcott says:

      Mari, may I add a “me too”.❤️

  21. MemeFaye says:

    This verse…
    “What we have seen and [ourselves] heard, we are also telling you, so that you too may realize and enjoy fellowship as partners and partakers with us. And [this] fellowship that we have [which is a distinguishing mark of Christians] is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah).”
    ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
    Thankful for the ones who continued (and continue) to share the life and love of Jesus (the Messiah) through the ages, even through persecution…

    1. Gwineth52 says:

      Hey MemeFaye
      “to enjoy fellowship as partners & partners” sounds like the SRT community!

  22. Rhonda J. says:

    GM She’s!

    This study is just SO good!! What a way to encourage us in our own faith journey- to change our focus from the world’s ways to God’s way. It seems crazy to them when we walk in faith, putting our trust in a God unseen. To think, that WE are listed in a new book of Hebrews—Hebrews edition 2000’s!
    Hebrews–Rhonda with her faith….
    she overcame self-doubt, pride, she was a thief, an adulterer, a liar, a wayward soul, proud and full of sin..that’s just to name a little!! But he has taken this lost cause…and made me
    a light for others, an encourager, a teacher and minister, a disciple, a beautiful butterfly, a beautiful co-heir to the throne…a daughter of the most high, Almighty God!!

    May I never forget my before and after, my ever growing transformation, my I tell my testimonies, may I share and give Him Glory in all areas of my life!!

    He is good. He is Holy. He is worth all all my praise!!

    Thinking of you Lanie!! You must be anxiously waiting and excited, and a ball of nerves…But God…he will give you peace today, we are all lifting you up!

    Also Lynn, my sister, I hope you are doing okay. It must be so, so hard, and I am thinking of you a lot, and lifting you up in this valley.

    1. Vicki M says:

      Love the description of your new self! You are such a blessing to others. ‘May I never forget my before and after, my ever growing transformation’ Amen!

    2. Carol J Mylin says:

      ♥️ Thanks for your “Today’s Version” Dear Rhonda!! My husband and I were just talking about the way we are used to “encourage others” … and then it dawned upon us…we were not encouraged in our “growing-up” years… which caused us both to look for affirmation wherever we could find it… ending up at Jesus’ feet… and now we realize why we have become “Encouragers”.., not because we’re great people… But God! He flows through us by the power of the Holy Spirit, encouraging others! It is humbling to be a recipient of His Grace…and a blessing to be used by Him! ♥️

      So thankful for this amazing family of Sisters from all over the world who love Jesus…AND each other! Lifting you all to Jesus now!! ♥️

      1. Adrienne says:

        Same. ❤️

        1. Tina says:

          Rhonda, this is beautiful!
          .
          BUT GOD… right?
          No matter where, what,how, when, He can use us, and mightily too!
          .
          Thanking God for you dear sister, and for all you do for the women in the prisons..
          I can see Hebrews 2000’s with a ” By faith Rhonda..❤

    3. GramsieSue says:

      Yes, he uses even the worst of us!!
      I love your testimony! ❤️

    4. Tami says:

      Rhonda amazing! I’m going to write one for myself!

    5. DW says:

      Amen! What a great testimony to His faithfulness and how He can use us all! Thank you!

    6. Adrienne says:

      ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    7. Heather O'Malley says:

      Amazing grace… ❤️

    8. Mercy says:

      I love this Rhonda. We are part of the hall of faith people, to show to this lost generation the courage from God. Only by His strength. I love your transparency so much.

    9. Rhonda J. says:

      And that was just a snippet…of the awful I was! ha ha. AND people wouldn’t have even balled me as awful or “sinful” because I was pretty “good girl!” The comparison show!

      I will have to write a real one in my own journal…a testimony to share and to be truthful. Because we only share the good- bad…not the bad bad we don’t really want everyone to know!! That’s why it’s easier here, because we are more “anonymous” but in my small group at my church I wouldn’t be so willing to share the shameful parts. But–that’s where it matters!

    10. Mary Ann Brown says:

      ❤️

  23. Maria Baer says:

    Today, I’ve come across so many powerful “by faith” moments in scripture. From the beauty of Mary’s Song—a timeless expression of devotion and trust—to the profound words in Isaiah 9:2, which for me stand among the most impactful passages in the Bible. There’s something about Isaiah 9:2 that always strikes a deep chord. When I read, “The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness, a light has dawned,” I feel an overwhelming sense of stillness. It’s as though time itself pauses, inviting me to dwell in the significance of that light and hope breaking into darkness. Does anyone else experience this?

    1. Vicki M says:

      Beautiful Maria. Isaiah is my favourite prophet of the O.T! I have found such comfort and beauty there. God has often used Isaiah to speak to me.

      1. Cee Gee says:

        Same here, Vicki. ❤

    2. Gloria D says:

      I love that verse as well. Jesus is the light that came into our darkness so we can walk in the light with Him. I thank Hod for the amazing gift of salvation.

      1. Maria Baer says:

        ☺️ sometimes the typing gremlin strikes.

    3. Adrienne says:

      ❤️❤️❤️

    4. Donna Wolcott says:

      Maria, you know what is powerful about Mary’s prayer(the Magnificat) she was only about 15 years old.

  24. Jackie Tuckerman says:

    Our people have told us what you did in days of old – Psalm 44:1
    What a good reminder that we need to share with our kids, neighbors friends etc what God has done and IS doing in our lives.
    Pass it on!

  25. Jennifer Stukes says:

    We had a church retreat last weekend and talked a lot about faith and what kind of legacy you want to leave for those who follow.

  26. Cee Gee says:

    What By Faith…?
    BY FAITH, those who TRUST in the MIGHTY STRENGTH of God were victorious!
    .
    What that means for us: as long as we lean into our God and His strength, we will share in the victory to come – eternity with Him.
    We all have a different battle to fight
    but we all have the SAME SAVIOR and through Him we can do anything/conquer any enemy!
    Philippians 4:13 –
    For I can do everything through Christ,who gives me strength. NLT
    .
    Gotta run, but look forward to reading your comments later, Lord willing! Lve , hugs, and prayers! ❤
    .

    1. Mercy says:

      By faith, we gain victories through Christ. Amen Cee Gee ❤️.

  27. Barb D says:

    I always tended to focus on the big, flashy things mentioned in this passage. Today, “enforced justice” and “were made strong in weakness” really caught my attention. God is surely the God of the details, and our faith should cause us to rely on Him in every single piece of our lives. Praying for you all!

    1. Vicki M says:

      Yes! God is the God of the details.

      1. Donna Wolcott says:

        God is in the details makes me think of the words in the song, “God is in this Story”. Written by Big Daddy Weave and Katy Nichole.

        1. Rhonda J. says:

          Yes, I love that song Donna!

  28. Kimberly Reed says:

    The listed heroes of faith is such an encouragement to me. It deeply and quickly changes my posture. I’ve appreciated all the posts and reading your insights. I lift you all up and join you in your prayers ♥️

  29. Vicki M says:

    As I think about the list of men and women of faith, I am reassured. God worked with those imperfect people and enabled them through their faith. Matthew 17:20 “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed …”
    I found myself thinking about us today – we imperfect women and how God uses us right here to encourage and build each other up through sharing our stories and insights. This is indeed a wonderful community of faith-filled sisters seeking to follow Him for His glory. Our battles may be different to what we read in the O.T. but they rest on the same faith in the only God that saves, who has “quenched the fury of the flames” in our beloved Lord Jesus. I know I have been blessed here. Thank you sisters. Love you!

    @Margaret W I was praying for you and this verse came to mind. Zephaniah 3:17
    “The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save.
    He will take great delight in you,
    He will quiet you with His love…
    May you know the peace that passes all understanding in the comfort of His love each day and every day. Amen

    1. Rhonda J. says:

      Yes! This is a beautiful community that has helped my faith grow exponentially when I started 10 years ago!!

      I copied the scripture down you shared! I need to visit that book again, for I don’t remember much about it!

    2. AZ Walker says:

      In agreement with you Vicki. God uses imperfect faithful people for his purposes. Thank you for your prayer over us.

    3. Carol J Mylin says:

      Thanks for your beautiful prayer over us…I also love the prayer from Zephaniah… thanks for sharing! Be Blessed today, Dear Sisters! ♥️

    4. GramsieSue says:

      Yes, this!!
      Thanks for praying over us! ❤️

    5. Gwineth52 says:

      Hey, Vick M, the prayer from Zephaniah! Zowie!

    6. Cee Gee says:

      Vicki, just reading your comment and saw you and I were thinking similar thoughts this morning.
      Zephaniah 3:17 is one of my favorite verses. ❤
      I, too, agree with your comment on this community! Love each one!

      1. Margaret W. says:

        I don’t know why my reply didn’t show, but as I look again, you posted this prayer right around the time my sister called me this morning to tell me that her husband died suddenly and unexpectedly last night. Such timing gives me the chills, chills of joy! I have no words for how much that means to me. My brother-in-law went peacefully and painlessly, but my sister married late and had only a few short years with him. My heart breaks for her today. Her name is Liz. Please remember her, too.

        1. Tina says:

          Lifting Liz and yourself in prayer Margaret, as you mourn your brother in law.. May you, the family, be surrounded by His peace..❤

    7. Tina says:

      What truth you speak Vicki M! This is a wonderful safe community committed to seeking to follow Him for indeed, His Glory..
      Thank you for the prayer and words from Zephaniah.. Such a blessing.❤

  30. Sarah Carmona says:

    These words in the Psalm were interesting to me this morning. “In order to plant them…you displaced” “In order to settle them…you brought disaster”. Those cause and effect words hit me like a ton of bricks. There was thought, intentionality, and purpose behind the suffering. In order to be planted, in order to be settled, they had to walk through incredibly hard things. They had to trust God and see him faithful on the other side.

    1. Rhonda J. says:

      Oh, yes Sarah, thank you for pointing that out! Often God will bring about things to displace us to take us where we need to be to grow us!! I didn’t really see that. Instantly my ladies in jail came to mind, because often times it is for their good to get them out of situations and the path they are on when they get arrested, and then they start coming to class. We call them our butterflies because it is their time for transformation if they so let it be. I tell them if you weren’t here, would you be reading your Bible? Would you be in a group praying and talking about God!! God uproots us to plant us somewhere better–! We always pray and tell them they can’t go back to the same place! Thank you so much!! I will share this with them tomorrow!! It’s good to have a new verse to refer to. (of course relevant for all of us!!) God has really used me since moving to a new location 5 years ago! It’s really wonderful to watch him use us, we don’t know how and what, but with faith and reliance on him, we know he has great plans.

    2. Vicki M says:

      ❤ Something for me to ponder at the moment.

    3. Carol J Mylin says:

      ♥️

    4. Adrienne says:

      ❤️❤️❤️

  31. Erin L. says:

    Some of the people God chose for his purposes did not get to see the happy ending, yet because of there faith they obeyed. God give me faith like this, to have the desire to be used by you for your story and your glory even if I don’t see the outcome of my obedience in my lifetime. Amen

    1. Rhonda J. says:

      amen!

  32. Sharon, Jersey Girl says:

    What immediately stood out to me in today’s reading was in Hebrews 11:34, “whose weakness was turned to strength;”. My thoughts then went to 2 Corinthians 12:10 where Paul says, “Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

    This theme ran through the other readings as well… Psalm 44:3 – the land was not won by their hand, nor did their arm bring victory, it was by God’s right hand and His arm – He gave victory over the enemies. And in Luke 1:48, He used a weak, humble servant to be the mother of our Lord.

    Weakness is looked down upon by the world, but it is only through our own weakness that we see the power of our Almighty God at work.
    I can testify in my own life, that over the years when I was at my very weakest – that is when God did His greatest work in my heart, that is when I was the strongest in my faith.

    As hard times will continue to come in this lifetime, I must constantly remind myself that it is “not by might nor by power” that victories are won, but by the power of the Spirit. (Zechariah 4:6)
    ~~~~~~~~
    May we all walk in His strength today, whatever the day may hold.
    Happy Tuesday Ladies!
    1. Vicki M says:
      Yes Sharon, agree with testifying in my own life too! Amen to your prayer.
    2. GramsieSue says:
      Yes, with all that has been going on in our lives, I have turned to God more than ever! It is only by His power that victories are won!
      Walking in His strength today as Steve and I meet with our banker…God is in control!
      1. Tina says:
        Praying for meeting to go well..Sue. Love, Tina.❤
    3. Tina says:
      Walking in His strength.❤
  33. Aimee D-R says:
    Father Your plan is good. Reward my faith, forgive my doubt. In Jesus name, Amen
    1. Adrienne says:
      ❤️❤️❤️
  34. Lydia Huter says:
    I am so encouraged that God will use anyone of us to bring glory to His kingdom. Use me Lord.
  35. Cat-tee says:
    God often chooses the “unlikely” for his greatest purposes, and the faith with which they respond leaves me in awe. The results of their faith is beautiful and amazing – case in point, Mary’s Magnificat! Please Lord, grant me such faith.
  36. Tami says:
    What “by faith” outcome stood out to you in today’s reading and why?
    “By faith they became mighty in battle.” Throughout these stories it is encouraging to see how the Lord brought people through impossible situations, they just had to trust and surrender their plans and their ways to His ways even when they didn’t make sense. I love this study and going deeper into the stories one after another. Although each is different, for me the overarching theme is the Lord is above all and in control, therefore I can relax knowing that He is fighting my battles. He has the ram prepared for me, I just need to be still. Psalm 44:4-8 “You are my King, my God, who ordains victories for Jacob. Through you, we drive back our foes; through your name we trample our enemies. For I do not trust in my bow, and my sword does not bring me victory. But you give us victory over our foes, And let those who hate us be disgraced. We both in God all day long; we will praise your name forever.” Amen! Have a blessed day ladies!
    1. Rhonda J. says:
      Yes, amen! Reminds me of Phil Wicham’s song “Battle Belongs!”
    2. Vicki M says:
      Amen. Trust and surrender is where peace and victory are found.
    3. GramsieSue says:
      Yes, He has the ram prepared!
      I just need to be still!
      He is fighting my battles!
  37. Searching says:
    The ‘by faith’ outcome that stood out to me
    … who through faith … out of weakness were made strong.
    For me, strong means strength of faith in God first, leading to other strengths – physical, mental, emotional- and other types of strength – patience, kindness, faithfulness – just realized I’m starting to list the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. And still true, each of these require strength of some sort – strength to love, to seek the joy, to extend a peace offering, to show patience and kindness, to share goodness, remain faithful, and the most difficult for me … to maintain self-control.
    Songs/choruses coming to mind as I read the Psalms verses –
    He’s my King:
    .
    He’s my King and reigns forevermore
    He’s my King to worship and adore
    Oh I dearly love Him
    There is none above Him
    wonderful is He, this mighty King of Glory.
    He’s my King let all the world proclaim
    He’s my King of royal holy fame
    When I get to glory I will sing the story
    Of His love for me
    And,
    I will call upon the Lord:
    .
    I will call upon the Lord
    For he is worthy to be praised
    I will call upon the Lord
    For he is worthy to be praised
    I will call upon the Lord
    For he is worthy to be praised
    I will call upon the Lord
    For he is worthy to be praised
    .
    So shall I be saved from my enemies
    .
    The Lord liveth and blessed be the Rock
    And let the God of my salvation be exalted
    The Lord liveth and blessed be the Rock
    And let the God of my salvation be exalted
    GWINETH52 – Rahab recap good
    2. Tina says:
    3. Michelle P says:
      Thank you dear Searching ❤️❤️❤️
  38. Gretel . says:
    Mary’s faith in trusting that God has done and will do great things through her.
      Yes, to think how she would have been so freaked out to say the least, but yet in the trusting, hard to imagine that kinda faith.
  39. Kelly (NEO) says:
    The men listed by name were not great in themselves, but God did great things through them Their faith made them conduits of God’s mercy and grace.
    May God work through me to accomplish His purposes.
    GRATEFUL BELIEVER – sooo sorry for your troubles because of the scammer. As someone who is a victim of ID teft and checking fraud that wiped out my checking account, I greatly sympathize with the heartache and hassles involved in trying to restore and reclaim what was taken. Praying the bank and police can get to the bottom of it. May God give you wisdom and favor with your creditors as you navigate next steps.
    .
    LANIE H – praying you have peace of heart and mind as you prepare for tomorrow.
  40. Anna Whitt says:
    Just the reminder that God’s people were waiting on something bigger. They had faith that God was going to follow through with his promises. Isaiah 9 was such a wonderful description of what God was unfolding in his plan his plan to rescue his people through Jesus.
  41. Tricia C says:
    I really like what they say in the book. “They were simply imperfect people open to being used by a perfect, holy God. These examples of faith in God in the middle of various trials and suffering provide the reminder that it is possible to endure great hardship for the sake of an even greater hope.”
    Amen.
    I have enjoyed going through the study with you ladies. It is so wonderful, the insight we can get from each other. Have a blessed Tuesday!
    1. Gwineth52 says:
      Hey Tricia C
      Reminds me of a secular song from the late 80s that could have been the anthem of Biblical warriors & prophets…
      ”Through the fire. To the limit. To the wall. For a chance to be with ‘You’ I’d gladly risk it all” “Through the test of time.” “Through whatever, come what may”.
  42. Sally B. says:
    I agree with Dana – all these examples of God working mightily through the faith of His people is encouraging and wants to make us hold on tightly. I love all these heroes of the faith! David’s story is a favorite as we watch God take the ‘least’ likely son to set up as Israel’s most famous king. His commitment (by faith) to wait on God’s timing through all of Saul’s persecution is extraordinary.
    This has been a wonderfully rich study – made even more so by the insights of you all! Be blessed and walk by faith today, Ladies.
    1. Mercy says:
      Amen. God uses the least to bring down the Goliaths. I qualify to be the least, the forgotten. I really can just sob thinking back how far GOD has taken me to overcome the taunting Goliaths in my life. Thank you for this reminder. This story always has a special place in my heart.
  43. Dana says:
    Hebrew’s 11 Heroes of Faith has always done something to my heart and brings a comfort I find hard to put into words. I’m grateful for the recalling of this list and seeing all of their names remembered together in one passage. It stirs up a certain bravery in me and certainly an encouragement for persevering in Faith.
