Happy Saturday sweet She’s! Woke up with a BAD headache and sore throat. I know that the events of this week took a toll of my body. Going back-in-forth to the courthouse, sheriffs office and some, was NOT fun to say the least! BUT today the sun is UP! It’s a NEW day! I love GRACE DAY! I love the way the NIV reads: “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but rejoice over you with singing.” I love how the NIV uses the word “Mighty Warrior” as I know it was my “Mighty Warrior” who gave me strength to what I had to do this week. Sigh… I have a court date set for May 13 (sooner than I had hoped for) to hopefully change/revise the order for me. Too much detail to explain here, but some of you know. Sigh….taking deep breaths….my “Mighty Warrior” is going to go with me on May 13. Meanwhile I am not going to dwell on it and enjoy TODAY as the sun is UP, my headache subsided, got lots to do before a wedding this afternoon. Excited about these two young sweeties, friends of my son’s.
Sing! In the middle of the storm! Hear your praises roar! Gid is on the move for you!

Sister SHES – He IS in OUR MIDST!!! He meets us right in the middle of our need, our worship, our rejoicing, our sorrow. That should make ME rejoice greatly! Sadly I don’t do that as often as I should. Thankful that, as SEARCHING so beautifully said, He loves us – He just loves us!

These words are SO good!
I think of people that delight in seeing me! When my grandma used to light up when I would stop by to see her. True joy and a big hug, and ready to talk and catch up! And then, when the gradkids come to visit..some walk in…but there’s always one that runs and delights in seeing her RoRo! Doesn’t it make us feel so loved and special? Even when a friend lights up to see you! And to think…the King..the Maker of All the EARTH takes delight IN ME! He Rejoices over me?!
He’s a warrior that saves me! Imagine..coming to my rescue. When I am weak- he is my strength. When I am lost- He finds me! There is nothing He can’t do for me!! He IS my Victory in this weary, long, curving up and down journey. It’s nice to know, more than nice…it’s comforting to know, and strengthens me daily, to know he is my shield and my fortress!! Thank you God!!
Most of all, he made provision for me to have eternal life! Death is no more. If it all ended with death…how devastating it would be. We should all just give up and join the drunkards, drowning in drink to make life not so hard. But then…you wake up and it’s still there, all your woes and troubles…and now a headache. Our hope is Jesus!! And it’s not pretend, it’s not just something that Christians “believe” to feel better…it has been from before 2000 BC. The only book that still exists, that has been proven through artifacts. It is God’s word that is living and breathing!! And once you encounter Jesus, and the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in you, you are changed forever here on earth!!
Tina–my feet are still tapping and dancing this morning from seeing Phil Wicham, Christian Stanfield and Cody Carnes last night…singing, praising and worshiping the Lord with several hundred people!! How great it is that we can gather like that and sing to the Lord!

This verse right here, is one that causes my heart to swell. Large! A smile to appear on my face. So wide! My feet to find a joyfilled silence to start tapping to. They are words that change the beat of my heart!
