Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Revelation 21:4

Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; grief, crying, and pain will be no more, because the previous things have passed away.
—Revelation 21:4

All of this week’s readings have been so comforting. My Opa passed away on Monday, and continuously reading about how there will be no more pain and all of our tears will be wiped away has me so happy that he made it to Heaven.

@Kelly (Neo)- thank you for asking. We are almost all better except my almost 4 month old baby girl is still super congested and now my dad has it. My dad already struggles with psoriatic arthritis and hasn’t been doing well lately so strep throat is even more unwelcome. Thank you for your prayers!

A friend of mine is grieving the death of her 18 month old son. It has been heavy on my mind and something that I wish I could explain or understand, but words will never suffice. As a mom of a 1 year old, I cannot fathom what they are going through and my heart breaks for them. Sitting down for prayer today, I started by offering today’s reflection for the parents of this child. I started crying seeing just how this passage responded to my prayers. A much needed reflection today, thank you ❤️

Praying for your friend, Heather. I have a 22 month old and cannot even imagine.

Never mind… I see it now. I musta hit “older comments” twice. Ugh!

Have a blessed night filled with sweet sleep, sweet She’s!
