Kelly NEO I second your confession and prayer

  3. Terri Baldwin says:

Remembering that we are called to the obedience of faith, and that every degree of wisdom is from the only wise God, we should, by word and deed, render glory to him through Jesus Christ; that so the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ may be with us for ever.

  4. Terri Baldwin says:

The blessing the apostle expects from God, is victory over Satan. This includes all designs and devices of Satan against souls, to defile, disturb, and destroy them; all his attempts to keep us from the peace of heaven here, and the possession of heaven hereafter. When Satan seems to prevail, and we are ready to give up all as lost, then will the God of peace interpose in our behalf. Hold out therefore, faith and patience, yet a little while. If the grace of Christ be with us, who can prevail against us?

@Rhonda J, You are SO sweet! Thank you for your kind words. Thank you all sweet She’s for praying for me. I loved every moment of my first week as a paraprofessional in the kindergarten class! I still have quite a bit to learn and adjust to the classroom and the teacher, and next week there’s a lot of testing so here I go, on the laptop and testing children. I’m thankful for the other paraprofessional who is very patient and she’s the one encouraged me to apply, so she will be helping me and training me how to test the children. Y’all made my week! I appreciate all of you and thinking of me, and even mentioning me in the comments as you pray for me. I love that here, its very evident that we love one another. Happy Saturday sweet She’s!

RHONDA J and MERCY- Encouraging news! ❤

HEIDI – Cross-country sounds like a perfect choice! I read a Christian novel (originally a movie) by Chris Fabry. The girl/coach in the story involves cross-country. Something maybe you 2 would enjoy together.

    From Barnes and Noble:
“The Official Novelization based on the Overcomer Movie –
Based on the motion picture screenplay by Alex and Stephen Kendrick, Overcomer is one of 2019’s best inspirational books. In this sports novel, award-winning author Chris Fabry pens an inspiring family drama that dares to leave you filled with hope, inspired to dream, and asks the question: What do you allow to define you?

Life changes overnight for coach John Harrison when his high school basketball team and state championship dreams are crushed under the weight of unexpected news. When the largest manufacturing plant shuts down and hundreds of families leave their town, John questions how he and his family will face an uncertain future. After reluctantly agreeing to coach cross-country, John and his wife, Amy, meet an aspiring athlete who’s pushing her limits on a journey toward discovery. Inspired by the words and prayers of a newfound friend, John becomes the least likely coach helping the least likely runner attempt the impossible in the biggest race of the year.”

Have a wonderful and restful weekend, SHES!

I have so enjoyed this Romans study. I have read before, but this time I saw it through different eyes and ears that heard more. My heart is more open. I still struggle with loving people that rub me the wrong way. Lord help me with this. Also keep my brother in your prayers, he has had another mini stroke and in rehab again. Blessings to all the She’s love reading your post.

Jesus thought it important to remind us to love one another. He also commanded it which tells me He knew it wouldn’t always be easy – otherwise, why the need to command us?…Lord help me to love as you love, in word and in deed. Even those who can be a little hard to love!

@Michelle Patire – Yes! You should record your music! If you have a gift, use it and put it out there so others can be blessed by it!

A blessed Saturday to you all!

  9. Cheryl Blow says:

Increase my capacity to love you more Lord and to love others more!

  10. Rhonda J. says:

Good Morning and Happy Saturday She’s.

I also have a praise on my hubby since I asked for prayers a ways back. He definitely is obviously trying to do better on his temperament and not becoming so triggered as easily. But the thing is, those cycles and patterns are SO hard to break on our own. We have to seek the Holy Spirit each day to work on us and for Him to change us to show the fruits. I have been able to tell my husband this and hopefully he will keep praying on it.

The thing is we tend to love to go to church on Sunday and get filled up, but then our week is back to normal, busy with work and the things of this world and it kinda takes us over until the next Sunday. Basically luke-warm is where so many people lie. We must have a hunger. We must be overcome with the Spirit and a fire for God, and our Savior Jesus Christ!! Where is the passionate service to Him? We must read the word (thank you SRT for making it not only easy everyday, but a living growing study as well!) but pray to hear it, and be obedient to the word. To let it shape us a new, bring us rebirth, lighting us from within to glow bright everywhere we go!! I struggle because I don’t physically feel good most days, but I say that I am not going to let that take over, the enemy sure would love that if I wollerd in my misery! No..I have people to influence, to share the love of Jesus with, and to set a blaze!

That sounded good, now if I could get up…hahahhaha! No, I want to be useful for our God, he has been so good to me! To all of us! He gives us just what we need…all the time, he is good. His mercies our new today. God go with me today..to anyone I meet, let me be observant to how you love them, and what they may need. We are all fighting battles, the evil one is prowling, but the Lord is bigger for those that have eyes to see, ears to hear, and love to give!

@Searching..I wish I would have gotten more when I saw them. They were so cute with different bible verses on them.

@Mari V- S0 glad you had a good first week! Again, I can tell you would be a joy to have in a kindergarten classroom! We need many Maris in the classrooms!

@Michelle- It would be so wonderful for you to record your songs!

    Prayers for the requests!

  11. Aimee D-R says:

Father thank You for Your love and the Love if Jesus! Thank you for loving me first. Hear our prayers. Fill us afresh with Your Wisdom and the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name, Amen

  12. Michelle Patire says:

@Mercy- just read your post yesterday about your husband – wow! I could picture the whole thing… Love it!!! Praise God He is drawing your husband to Him!!! That story made me emotional for you both! God is so cool :)

    Happy Saturday, Shes!

My mom gave me an idea yesterday. We played an open mic together, last night. She just jumps in on my songs and improvises after not hearing them for months. She’s an amazing musician. People kept telling me how wonderful my mom was at playing piano the whole night. (She is in her 60s and has been playing like every day since she was 5, lol. She’s also a church music director and in a band, so music is her life.) I was very happy and honored her during my set, but also was feeling a little sad she was getting all the attention for the songs I wrote. Lol (she made them sound fuller!)

But I told her on our ride home that someone asked me if I had my music recorded and I told him no. She said, “Would you want to have that as a birthday present?” And I’m like, “Hmmm. Yeah, actually, that’s a good idea.”
So I sleepily scrolling through prices yesterday before I went to bed. I’m gunna start saving up now, but I am praying about finally recording some songs in November! We’ll see how it goes :)

  13. Veronica Moreno says:

    Amen!

  14. Searching says:

Great study and shared insights these last 5 weeks. Looking forward to our next study, sisters!

HEIDI – continuing to pray for Kin, and you of course! ❤️ I liked RHONDA J’s suggestion on the prayer box for Kin. Praying for Kin as she grows and learns this year, in school, in friends and especially wisdom for you and Kin in learning the best way for her anxiety to be managed.

RHONDA J – ❤️ I liked your prayer box for myself and maybe others I know – will it help me to write down my fears and worries, to hand over each day to the Lord (as I know I should)? Especially if I look back through them each week and see how those things worked out or never materialized.
Good morning, Lord! My Saturday is overflowing with work of all sorts and personalities to get along with later – here’s my day, Lord, please guide and coach me through it.

MERCY – ❤️ praising as the Lord speaks to your husband’s heart

KIMBERLY Z – hope your weekend goes great as you get to hang out at the farm and meet the family. How exciting to see things from the working side, and to get to know his loved ones.

ALLISON BENTLEY – praying for your family members in their sadness, their disappointment and beyond.

LEHUA K – continuing to pray. There are many articles about plans for assistance by so many organizations. For those that may be interested in donating or helping in some way, is there one (or 2) you would feel comfortable suggesting?

KRISTINE LOUGHMAN – loved hearing about blessings you’ve seen while dealing with the pain. Praying for healing and a restful weekend.

LAURA – Such truth in your words – good seen as evil and vice versa. Praying for clarity of Truth in hearts and minds.

SHARON SMITH – thank you for reminding us to be cautious when we watch and listen. Once we’ve seen or heard something we shouldn’t, from then on it’s in our minds to taunt or tempt us in our weakest moments.

  15. Kelly (NEO) says:

Oh, but my Lord, I cannot love as You love. I cannot even love You as I should! Increase my faith that Your Holy Spirit is indeed working in and through me, giving me the love that I lack.

MERCY – how wonderful! Praying that spark in your husband’s heart grows into a flame.

FOSTER MAMA – praying for God’s provision for your goddaugher

THERESA NELSON – praying for safe travels back home

TAYLOR – how is Wendy doing?
