Genesis 1:26- it’s letting others have power and ruling over things that live on our amazing planet, earth.

Why does God say “let us make man in our image”….I’m thinking of the use or pronouns. Using “us/our” vs “me/my”

I always take the “made them in their image” passage to be a reference to the trinity. God made man in the image of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
I’m definitely with you on the mystery surrounding how so many people can put of Adam and Eve and where Seth found a wife! Lol I guess it’s a possibility that God made wives out of their sons’ bodies just as he did with Adam and Eve. And in that case it does make me think about soulmates, etc! -
great question, I was wondering the same thing! I had unsubscribed for a while and now i’m back, but not loving the “shortness” of the devotion at all…
