    Whoa Molly R!
    Sickness! Stress! Shame!
    Perfection?? Pshaw!
Please let God “lie you down in green pastures” of rest, relaxation, renewal.
Remember who’s there to do the heavy lifting.
Remain mindful of His might, His muscle!
I’ve a feeling everything is gonna work out fine.
    So, my sister She.
    It’s springtime.
And we are budding & blooming
    & beautifully blessed.
    Amen & Amen!

I don’t get behind often in my reading, but I needed all the Grace Days this week!!!

My household got hit by the dreaded STOMACH BUG! My worst nightmare as a mom. It was a rough week to get sidelined – I had so many plans that just got dropped. But we are finally on the mend and trying to salvage the week before a new one starts! We have an incredibly big day in our homeschool world this coming Monday that includes oral presentations for my 2 oldest that we were supposed to be perfecting this week. We are scrambling to get that finalized in time and to build some of the excitement back as this is a huge, year-end event that has so much time and effort invested in it.
I also was forced to miss MOVING DAY with my parents. They are finally getting settled into their new assisted living apartment this weekend, and all my other siblings have been helping and filling in where I can’t because of the sickness. My mom moved yesterday, and my dad will be transferred from his rehab facility today. I know God has a reason and redemptive work for the timing of this sickness and not being able to help, so I’m simply trusting Him. Over the next month we will continue to sort and clean and are hoping to put their house on the market by May 1st! It will feel good to get the hard physical part over with and get on with the emotional and mental processing. It’s going to be a big change for them. My dad is looking forward to it (mostly cause he is relieved to be done with the overwhelming house they were in and will feel more at peace knowing my mom is somewhere she can age with care and a more realistic living situation, AND have the needed care he needs that my mom just can’t manage anymore on her own), and my mom is really struggling and complaining a lot.
Thank you for the prayers during this crazy season we have been in. I really appreciate you all!

I rest upon YOU my Lord Jesus. Good morning sweet sisters, and happy Saturday. I’ve been here, but haven’t commented the last couple days. I took the last two days off work to hang out with my daughter who is on spring break.

What a great devotional yesterday. This is my 3rd reading of the Chronicles & as usual I was feeling frustrated with the Kings. All of them! Beverly’s reminder that the cycle of sin is a pattern all mankind shares brought me back down to earth. The inclusion of “O Thou Fount of Many Blessings “ in our subscription book completed the work of humbling me. What a merciful God we serve.

  9. Rhonda J. says:

    Good morning lovely she’s!

Thankful that we can praise God and rest in him wherever we are. That we have access to his word, his son, and his spirit. That we are chosen and forgiven. May the flame be stirred in me today Lord, I want to keep my hunger for you, no matter what shall come! Thank you Holy Spirit, for keeping me HOT for you! We do not want to be only lukewarm, we want to continue to grow and be sanctified, and have that hunger!! It may seem contradictory to resting in you, but the more fire we have for our God Yahweh, we also give a peace and rest that he is with us no matter what we shall face, or who shall come against us. Physical, spiritual and mental rest. Thank you Lord.

Hi Shes! I’m using this grace day to catch up on all the readings I missed this week. We’re having a weekend-long update on our documentation system at work so I took the last few mornings to try and stay up on my notes since I had some really long days this week and was completely exhausted after work. This transition is definitely getting better and I thank you for all your prayers and encouragement! <3 Also I think it was @Alicia Gilbert who mentioned her friend who's a nurse in AL. If you see this Alicia feel free to connect us on Insta! Stranger things have happened LOL :) My instagram is @tayyloreliz

I hope everyone has a blessed weekend! <3

In my family room I have Psalm 33:21 displayed across the wall as a daily reminder. “In Him our hearts rejoice for we trust in His holy name” I’d forgotten about the verse that followed. Our verse for today! “May your unfailing love rest upon us, Oh Lord, even as we put our hope in you.” So grateful to have Hope in our Jesus!
I want to thank all of you for your recent prayers for my son! His interview went well and he got the job! Thanks be to God! Have a beautiful grace day!

  13. Caroline Bridges says:

Today I went back and read Tuesday’s Devo because I forgot to that day. I don’t do that very often.

  17. Searching says:

    AIMEE ROGERS – praying!

TRICIA CAVANAUGH – thank you. The round trip made for a long day, glad to be back home ❤️

KRISTIN SPARKMAN – praying for your daughter & youth group on their mission trip

MERCY – I love what you shared! “God can increase you, but can you stay humble?”

DOROTHY – congrats again! Praying for Dani & baby George, and wow, 8 weeks for your son for paternity leave. What a blessing that the 3 of them can get things sorted out together in those early weeks. ❤️

LISA CHAPEK – great post! I’m going to print it out & work through those scriptures. Thank you.

HEIDI – yes, I also pray before I start my devotions to understand and gain knowledge that I can apply, among other things. It can be easy to skim and treat it as a history lesson that was “way back then” and think what does all this have to do with me. Thankful we are all learning that it has everything to do with us and continually points us to Jesus, Hallelujah!

  18. Elaine Morgan says:

Thank you Father for the hope you give us through your son Jesus! ❤️ Have a God day sweet sisters!

Jump back to v.18 and 19 and see God’s faithful love rescuing, too. So His faithful love rescues us and rests on us, as we put our hope in Him. Amen!

  21. Mary Ann Graves says:

Thank you Lord for your love and grace

  22. Heidi says:

What an absolutely complete and perfect thought to meditate on today. Praying the peace and hope of God rests on mine and my families hearts and minds today/this weekend specifically. Biblical meditation (as compared to Eastern-religious meditation) is such an amazing practice. Instead of emptying our minds and finding just “blankness”, we get to sit and focus intentionally and FILL our minds with the wonders, thoughts, directions, hope of our living God! :)
Praying you all find that peace in Him today as well! ❤️
