Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We observed his glory, the glory as the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
—John 1:14

I love it when you read scripture and it falls on you with fresh meaning. Building on Leviticus and the readings in Hebrews this week, today’s words from John are invigorating, full of grace and truth indeed! Amen
Amen, Angie! Thank you!
Amen Angie Mills
ANGIE MILLS, thank you for your prayer. I’ve written it in my journal and I will be praying this all day today.
So very grateful that Jesus did not just move into the neighborhood but gave us His Spirit so that wherever we go He is within us. Jesus the God man limited himself to the boundaries of Judea. After His Resurrection He released the Holy Spirit to indwell His believers. What comfort and counsel He has given us. He said He would never leave us or forsake us. He kept His Word. We are the beneficiaries of that promise. So very grateful.
Praying for your requests, KATHY, and other needs mentioned by this amazing group of sisters.
Amen, ANGIE MILLS, amen!
Lord Jesus, thank You that You humbled Yourself by
taking our flesh upon Yourself and leaving Your
home in Heaven to dwell among us for a time.
Thank You that
You lived as we live,
You were tempted as we are tempted,
You suffered as we suffer,
You died as we all die.
Yet, You did all of these things without sinning.
We have seen that Your appearance commands
respect. You are worthy of all honor,
glory, and
praise.
You are full of grace and truth.
You are always gracious and good toward us.
You always tell the truth and
do what is right and good.
Thank You
For Your atoning work that allows us to be reconciled
to Your Father,
That You rose from the dead so that we have the
hope of eternal life,
That You ascended into Heaven and sit at Your
Father’s right hand interceding on behalf of Your
people.
You are good and You do good, Lord.
Continue to teach me Your ways so I can honor,
praise, and glorify You.
Amen!
