    RHONDA, J, I hear your excitement in being used for God’s glory and I rejoice with you! May He continue to open those doors of opportunity to share Him, particularly with your family in the coming weeks. I too find praying out loud difficult so your comments encourage me to pray for both of us to step out more with boldness and see what He can do!

    Amen & Amen!!

    Hello She’s!

    Hope you all are having a good start to your wkd! We have a long, long trip ahead of us (well, not as long as YOU going to Europe Traci Gendron!! Have fun!!) We are going back home, 19 hours for a couple of weeks to see family and my husband to work! I pray for patience, and gentle voice between the two of us! We tend to bicker on our drives. If you all could pray for our safety!

    I was so blessed serving the homeless last night. I initiated a group prayer at the end, thinking it would only be a handful of us serving, but with an invite to the homeless, 3 came and joined our circle!! Hallelujah!! God is working and moving!! “I” said the prayer, which is waaaay out of my comfort zone! Hopefully the Holy Spirit said something good for them!! I get so nervous. But that is 3 aloud prayers this week!! Wow…still gets me excited! I definitely have been praying for decades for God to use me to “do more!!” Sometimes that’s a scary prayer, although I have been a Christian all my life!! God is continuing to move my husband as well! I am thankful that he goes with me.

    Thank you for the continued wisdom you all shed on us other she’s! And I pray for all of you so much! God hears us! It may seem like the world is lost, but I am confident that God hears our cries, and He is calling His sheep to hear His voice and many will be saved if we keep moving toward Him. I hope to show His love as I am around my unsaved family and friends over the next couple of weeks! Let me be a light Lord!! You are Lord of Lords, our Heavenly Father, King of Kings, and I shall worship you all the days of my life! Amen

    Dear hearts, praying Gods blessings over you all for your comments re Friday and today… ❤

    From the day I ‘set foot’ here, it has always felt like home. Safe. Warm, and a respectful and genuine love for each other..
    Our journeys are different..but… here goes..

    BUT GOD..

    Has gathered us together to encourage, love and speak our truth in His love.. to walk together in grace and understanding that we each are different and yet, we all have a story to tell of how He(God) saved us. How He protected us. How He was faithful to us. How He walked with us in our storms. Our stories are different, yes,but we have the same God who lives in us, protecting, guiding loving us and giving us hope.

    I have loved, and continue to love this space and the sisters here who have been kind, encouraging, warm comforting, whose words here have been and are like a letter from home.. loving and much needed.

    Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

    Sending love and hugs from a very grateful heart straight to yours from across the pond…❤

    Tina, my dear sweet Christian sister, I do know how you feel. This last week I have been crying out to both my earthly father (who is in Heaven) and my Heavenly Father. The situation with my sister has totally changed and I’m not certain what to do. BUT GOD…, He knows what to do. I just wish He would quit taking His “Own sweet time” to tell me. Love you Tina and hugs across the pond.
    Angie Mills, I listened to the song you suggested. WOW!!! Such beauty and wonder. Thank you for telling us about it.
    Mari V., I’ve found that if I read what ever it is out loud to myself I comprehend it better — I too have difficulties learning but with the Lord’s help I made through nursing school. I have faith in you.
    I always enjoy reading everyone’s comments and many times gain a lot from them.
    Be blessed and know the Lord hears every word you say to Him.

  10. Mari V says:

    Good morning beautiful SRT sisters! Been having challenges with the app but I’m still here. I too, like everyone else, thought of Tina yesterday. Tina, you’re an amazing godly woman. Thank you for all your comments and vulnerability. I can’t wait to meet you someday. Sisters, I start a child development class on Monday. Please pray for me as I’ve always had challenges with comprehension and here I find myself in a hybrid course. Please pray for my brain that I would comprehend and that I would do well in this class.

  11. Michelle Patire says:

    @Tina– I agree with Searching. You should keep record of yesterday’s devotional- clearly, you have impacted this community.

    @Jennifer Loves Jesus — your comments have been so good the past few days. Thank you for sharing God’s words to you.

    @Lisa M. – I hope you comment more! I enjoyed your comment the other day about being writing a lot with good sermons :)

    I’m just catching up with yesterday’s devotional. David’s heart is so beautiful to me. It stuns me how many times the wicked were after David’s life and how often he sits there in praise while his very life is threatened!!! Oh how I want to be like David, singing of God’s faithfulness in the middle of a trial.

    I wrote in my notebook:
    “Our trials prove God’s faithfulness to us.”

    <3 be blessed Shes :)

    We read Psalm 23 this week and today’s verse is about Jesus being our Good Shepherd. “The King of Love My Shepherd Is” is my favorite Psalm 23 hymn. Michael Card has a good version on his Starkindler album.

    1 The King of Love my Shepherd is,
    Whose goodness faileth never.
    I nothing lack if I am His,
    and He is mine forever.

    2 Where streams of living water flow,
    my ransomed soul He leadeth;
    and where the verdant pastures grow,
    with food celestial feedeth.

    3 Perverse and foolish, oft I strayed,
    but yet in love He sought me;
    and on His shoulder gently laid,
    and home, rejoicing, brought me.

    4 In death’s dark vale I fear no ill,
    with Thee, dear Lord, beside me;
    Thy rod and staff my comfort still,
    Thy cross before to guide me.

    5 Thou spreadst a table in my sight;
    Thy unction grace bestoweth;
    and oh, what transport of delight
    from Thy pure chalice floweth!

    6 And so through all the length of days,
    Thy goodness faileth never;
    Good Shepherd, may I sing Thy praise
    within Thy house forever.

    -H. W. Baker, 1868

    May this hymn help you as you meditate upon our Good Shepherd and King, Jesus Christ.

  15. Anne Jones says:

    Thank you Jesus for the women here. For their wisdom and courage and love experience they so willingly share. I learn so much from this community every day. I please be with them all.

  16. Kelly (NEO) says:

    Ps. 55:22
    “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you;

    he will never allow the righteous to be shaken.”

    Amen and amen

  17. Angie Mills says:

    We read Psalm 23 this week and our verse today was about Jesus being our Good Shepherd. This is my Psalm 23 hymn. It is called “The King of Love My Shepherd Is”.
    May the words help you to meditate upon King Jesus Who is our Good Shepherd.

  18. Searching says:

    All of John 10 reminds us how much we are loved by Him. Thank you Lord for Your love, sacrifice and patience.
    John 10:27 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.”

    TINA – please mark yesterday’s devotion and comments so that you can find them again. If you ever have a cloudy, out-of-sorts day and wonder about your impact, purpose or whether your words have an effect, you only need to look through those comments to feel the love we have for you and the thankfulness for all you’ve shared. ❤️

  19. Becky Berube says:

  20. TIna says:

    Waking up this morning to a new season without the wisdom, guidance and love of my second dad, whom we laid to rest yesterday, I realize reading this verse that.. It is well.

    So absolutely well.

    Dad did his bit, here on earth, but the Heavenly Father, He is the main stay. He is here with us no matter what.. He was here with my dad. My second dad. His dad. Grandads dad and the generations before..and he will be with the generations to come.. being the good shepherd, the guide who leads us along the right path, who leads us to quite pools of water for refreshing.. who walks beside us protecting in the storms of life that come.. those that threaten to ‘derail’ us .. to those that take our breathe away..

    It is well.
    It is well.
    Because the words of my heart and my mantra say..

    BUT GOD..

    AMEN.

    BUT GOD..

    AMEN.

    Never changing ever faithful God.. He is here..
    It is well.
    Thank you God. Thank you.

    I love you guys.. ❤

    Happy Saturday, every minute of it wrapped so loving in hugs and prayers ❤
