Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Hebrews 9:28

Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
—Hebrews 9:28

Wow Lynn! What a scary time to be in surgery for so long! God bless both of you as moving forward, and I pray for continued healing for Jack, and prayers for you in your need.

Martha Hix, dear Martha…You have come to mind often over the last year and your sudden loss. I am so glad you have your children with you and even in the sad and the joy, that you know God has the plan in His hands and He sees you all.

If I could ask for prayers again for my grandson and grandaughter, Brayden and Riley. Brayden has grown up with constant belittling and criticism from his parents and it has been hard to watch over the years, and the little sister, Riley, is kinda stuck in all the caus. I got a video call from her today as the fighting was going on in the background as she said she wish we lived near like we used to. It is hard and heartbreaking to know this happens so often in their young lives. Braydon is now starting high school so it is only going to get worse I’m afraid. I just ask for prayers to lift these two precious children up and that God will be there for them and somehow help them in this situation. I did say a prayer with her while on the phone. I don’t get to talk to him because they take away access. Thank you She’s.

KELLY(NEO), SEARCHING, and other She’s who have checked on us–Thank you so much for your prayers and for checking on us. Jack came home after 22 days in the hospital (when he was only supposed to be there 2-4 days). His surgery was 10 hours (when it was supposed to be 3-6 hours) and the doctor could not complete the reversal due to extensive scar tissue in his abdomen. We were both disappointed but not defeated. God is still in control. Please keep praying for healing and strength (for both of us). I am praying for each of you!

By the way, sisters— if you have the SRT Bible there is a simple diagram of the tabernacle’s set up at the beginning of the next book, Leviticus. I know I’ve been trying to visualize it and this helps.
