    Good Morning She’s!

Yesterday my prayer was to make a real connection with some of the homeless people as we serve them food and give out clothing. So I walked around, asked names, and listened. There was one young lady there, beautiful, Jerrica, that my friend prayed for and we talked with, learning a little more of her story. She has a young boy and a toddler girl that live in foster families because she had a major drug problem and prostitution. But she said she knows God is working in her life and she is trying hard to stay away from those ways. But she is sleeping in the park where it is a struggle. It’s so hard to find a way out of that situation when you don’t have lots of strong help and specific steps to really make the transformation. She sang us some verses of a Christian song and it was so beautiful, (she has an amazing voice!) that she said she sings at night sometimes when she needs to be close to God. Please pray for her.
Some other names I would love for you to pray for are Agnus and Taylor.

It’s hard not to have an air of self-righteousness as we pass by homeless people maybe begging on the corner, or asleep on a sidewalk. We often ignore or look down on them with disdain or sadness. But none of us want to give out money to be spent on drugs, so we don’t know how to help. I pray God leads us to know the answer.

We saw how prayer made a difference yesterday with the ruling! Thank you heavenly Father that the abortion law was revoked! That was a huge moving of our God speaking! Now let’s be more intentional and available to those mothers in need! And share the love of Jesus!

Glad I found you on fb @ Michelle Patire! Anyone else want to connect? I am under Rhonda Johnson in Fort Myers.

    Have a great wkd!

Such timely verses for the state of our nation. May they know we are Christians by our love.

Thank You, Lord for the gift of the Bible. Thank You that You have given us a way to know You and Your purpose for us in this world.

Praying for those in this world who do not have access to this gift. Make a way, Lord for Your truth to be revealed to them.

Did you read the surrounding verses? So good!
Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. 14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Praying through the requests and missing some of the “regular” sisters.

Praying especially for the new moms and older “moms”, I echo others comments that it does get better and confirm the awesome work the Lord is doing through moms of all kinds when these children hear and see Jesus through you. Not a mom myself but have helped raising some of the grands in the family, thinking at times that some things would never end, like the sleepless nights.
They do end and I wish I had cherished that time just a little more. Trying to remember to cherish each age as they grow up.
