Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
He who comes in the name
of the LORD is blessed.
From the house of the LORD we bless you.

Sumire, you’re not alone and will never be. We all will walk through hills and valleys, the Lord is and will always walk with us and carry us through. Praying for you

These grace days remind me that how God gives me grace on my backsliding so I can feel welcome to come back home to Him.
Jesus I’m so exhausted. I wish I didn’t have to fight flesh everyday. I know you find joy in my small victories but please understand my failures hurt me bc I wish I could be just a little more perfect I regret so much
I’m so thankful for this day that the Lord has made! Happy Saturday sisters! ❤️
Hi Sumire, I can be your friend. I am glad you are here. I hope to see you around more in the comments. You are not alone. Blessings to you my new friend :)
I wonder if the people who sang and shouted this as Jesus rode in on a donkey, realized that they were saying the exact words from the Psalms. I wonder if they realized that the prophecies were being fulfilled, and that they were a part of speaking them out loud in front of the Savior of the world.
@ Jamie Trice :)
Completely agree !!
This entire reading of Mark has just amazed me in ways I have never felt when I have read it before. I feel in awe so much more of Jesus. I am thankful for His time here on earth. And I am doing my best to put myself in the disciple’s shoes and imagine I don’t know the whole story yet. So many times I judge them and think, geez, why can you not realize this or that. I now think, well, would I have though about it that way? Thank you God for opening my eyes to this book in a new light.
Your so cute Sumire. I love your openness. We may not all see each other, but you have friends here at She Reads Truth. We will be praying for that special friend that you need to “see and talk” with.
Agree Churchmouse. Resting in the Lord is better. And for me, if somethings going on I can’t even rest in bed. I get up and rest in the Lord knowing that He has it all under control. It’s the best place to be.
Praying too dear sisters!
Praying for you, Erin and Sumire.
Katie B, you posted yesterday and I wanted to let you know I’m praying for you. I two suffered from anxiety with my last child (12 years ago) but I remember it like it was yesterday. Our bodies go through so much and our hormones go haywire!!! My surroundings were not good and that caused even more panic attacks. Thankfully, my husband was there to console me when he could. Things that helped me. 1. Walks-fresh air. 2. Medicine to calm me. 3. Blood work to see what vitamins etc I was lacking. My anxiety was evening, so I made a point to watch something funny. 4. Prayer, quote verse and songs that encouraged me. 5. Breath of fire. Quick breathing in and out of the nose about 6x repeating until my heart rate comes down.
Hi Sumire, how open and real you are! Thank you for asking. I will pray God gives you his perfect peace and a dear sister friend in Jesus to walk life’s journey. ❤️❤️❤️
So glad you’re here with us at SRT! I echo Maura’s prayer for you.
I have been praying for a close friend as well, Sumire. You’re not alone.
Resting in bed is good but resting is the Lord is better.
I often feel this way too Sumire, you are not alone!
