Today’s verse is such a reminder to me of how God and Christ are with us even when we don’t realize it and at the times we least expect it. Too many times we forget about how the Lord is watching over us until something happens or someone does something special. Have a blessed and wonderful weekend my SRT sisters.

Thank you Jeannie, what a great idea!

  3. Amy Quam says:

I love the message version of this verse!

“We though, are going to love – love and be loved. First we were loved, now we love. He loved us first.” ❤️

  4. Anne Jones says:

Isn’t it amazing and beautiful how love brings us together. We all meet here in this study from so many different places, not ever having met each other…and we share love for each other because of Jesus. Greatful!

  5. Mari V says:

This week was filled with both joy and hardship.
Thank goodness for reconciliation and the goodness of God.

  6. Doris says:

Love is love! It is shown, it is given, it is received.
God showed His love toward us, God has given us His love, and we have received His love.
Now we show it, we give it, and we receive it from others. Unconditional love is what we have received and unconditional love is what we give. To understand that the actions of others should never hinder me from loving is a revelation of God’s love for me. He never stops loving. Why, He is love.

Now my prayer would be the one in Ephesians 3:18,19

May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breath, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that we might be filled with all the fullness of God.

This has been a tough week dealing with sickness and a very strong personality clash with another member of the church Pastoral Search Committee I am chairing. But God…has provided this study and you lovely ladies to come along side me and encourage and convict me. It is a privilege to be a part of this special “Sisterhood “ and I pray we all will continue “walking in truth” and striving to shine with Christ’s love in all that we think, say ad do.
