Day 6

Grace Day

from the Genesis reading plan

Isaiah 54:10

BY She Reads Truth

Use this day to pray, rest, and reflect on this week’s reading, giving thanks for the grace that is ours in Christ.

“‘Though the mountains move
and the hills shake,
my love will not be removed from you
and my covenant of peace will not be shaken,’
says your compassionate LORD.”
Isaiah 54:10

“My covenant of peace shall not be removed,” says the Lord who has compassion on you. PEACE. I’m needing that peace that can only come from my Jesus. So thankful this morning as God is reminding me, ASSURING me and you that HE is with us. After yesterday, I needed to hear this.

church mouse, I, too, celebrate with you of your Julia’s confession of faith and the Lord’s salvation. I pray for the Lord to grow this child through the sanctifying work of the Spirit in her life every day until the day of completion and we meet Christ face to face!

Grace, love, compassion and peace are such beautify attributes of the Lord our God. In our brokenness, in great need of healing from our own sin and the sin done against us, I rejoice that we have hope that comes through Jesus Christ our Lord. As I continue to feel the groaning of a deep wilderness experience, I also feel this incredible presence of our God who has promised us help and freedom, some in this age and the fullness in the age to come. Therefore, I groan with hope!

I am using today to catch up/make up and move forward where the enemy derailed me earlier this week! I will continue to pursue Victory with the help of Jesus and am thankful that no matter what the enemy won’t win!
