Scripture Reading: Hebrews 11:30, Joshua 1:1-9, Joshua 6:1-21, Psalm 98:1-3
After you finish reading today’s scriptures, come back and use the blurb and question here to dig deeper into the themes of faith, hope, obedience, and suffering. Join your fellow Bible readers in the comments to reflect and chat about what you’re learning!
The Israelites had faith in the power of their God to make a way against an enemy that appeared stronger and overwhelming. As we face our own enemies—like the pain or suffering that make us want to cower when we feel their power—our faith has the evidence found in Scripture of the Lord’s power on display against strong enemies.
What surprised you in today’s reading? Why was that surprising or unexpected?

One thing that stood out to me was how God called Joshua. He promised to never leave or forsake him just as never left Moses. It allowed to me think about the legacy of Moses.
Amen
Amen! Be strong and courageous, brave sisters!
“For the Lord God will go wherever you go”. He is with me always. Every step. I’m never alone. Before me beside me and my rear guard.
Amen!
What stood out to me was that they had to remain silent as they walked around Jericho until the day they were to shout. It reminded me that sometimes u need to be still/silent before the Lord even when I am waiting for my Jericho walls to fall down. So much has happened in my life this year that I feel like the Israelites. May God give me strength and courage as I face my battles.
Amen! Thank you for this thought, Sarah. I had your same initial thought, but I love and appreciate your application!
What surprised you in today’s reading? Why was that surprising or unexpected?
It surprises me just how big Moses’ role was in getting the Israelites into the promised land. Through the various acts of God he was able to lead them out of Egypt, keep them alive in the wilderness, and his last act of dying allowed the people to finally enter the promised land.
It’s surprising because this is the first time I really understood the parallels you can find in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection allowing us entry into heaven to the act of Moses’ death being the final part of the Israelites journey in the wilderness and now having access to a land filled with milk and honey.
I’ve heard this parallel being made on the SRT podcast a couple of times now, but this was the first time I really got it, the first time I could really visualize it.
After reading this story, I was reminded that God works in mysterious ways. I think it’s crazy that just the shout of his people could bring the wall down. I believe God just wanted to strengthen the faith of his people through this exercise and cause them to feel like that had some kind of role in overtaking Jericho.
This account of marching around the city really reminds me of the Million Women March- an Esther call that just happened in Washington DC in October 12. I was so blessed to pray along and partake through live streaming. The million women march, they fasted and prayed, the event was set up outside the White House in Washington DC, with the White House in the background as they worshipped, then blew the trumpet with the ram horn, and the prophetic act of smashing the altar of demonic entities. I was so touched. This shows me that the Lord is still instructing His people what to do today, He is still with us like He was with Joshua and the people. For that event, almost 400k women showed up, and they were there for 12 hours with no food (fasting), interceding for the election, repented on behalf of the nation and cried out for the cleansing of the nation, the saving of the children and younger generations. And the Lord came through! (If you don’t know what I am talking about and curious, search “A million women: an Esther call on the Mall”, Oct 12, on “Nate & Christy” youtube channel). And after this march, and the “wall of Jericho, walls of evil oppression” has fallen down. In my city, there have been prayer walks that my friend’s church has done a while back in small groups, but not something I see often anymore.
.
Prayers lifted up…
@MARGARET W: for your son and your family situation, may the Lord strengthen your heart that nothing is impossible for Him if we place our faith in Him.
@LINDA IN NC: relief for your arthritis pain, and more clarity for Gene, I am so sorry. I was following a natural doctor, and she mentions castor oil heals arthritis naturally (after months of daily topical application). Perhaps it’s worth a try.(your message today was so sweet).
@TINA: for strength and comfort for today, may the vision of Julee running in the meadow fills your heart with joy. And for Emma, your daughter’s friend, struggling with breast cancer and her five kids to have strength going through the ordeal, and the salvation of their souls.
@SEARCHING: prayers for JUNE that the Lord will speed up her recovery after the stroke, and please tell her don’t give up. Have faith June. Faith is the evidence of the recovery you are hoping for but not yet see.
.
Have a nice weekend sisters. God bless you and keep you strong in your faith.
❤
Thank you, MERCY❤️
I’m reminded how many times He has to tell us to be strong and courageous. He will always protect us,, so why do I worry?!
This! Makes me think how we want our kids to trust us, he wants that for us and for our complete good just like a loving parent.
Nothing surprising or unexpected in this reading, but I was reminded, as I was earlier in this study, that the key figure was no spring chicken! Joshua was 90 years old when he stepped in for Moses! Also, the words of Psalm 98 really stood out to me today!
.
Wiersbe gives us something to think about in his comment on Joshua 6:2: “Victorious Christians are people who know the promises of God, because they spend time meditating on God’s Word (1:8); they believe the promises of God because the Word of God generates faith in their hearts (Rom. 10:17); and they reckon on these promises and obey what God tells them to do. To “reckon” means to count as true in your life what God says about you in His Word. Christ has conquered the world, the flesh, and the devil; and if we reckon on this truth, we can conquer through Him. It’s possible to believe a promise and still not reckon on it and obey the Lord. Believing a promise is like accepting a check, but reckoning is like endorsing the check and cashing it.”
.
Another comment from Wiersbe (this one re: Joshua 1:8) –
“The Hebrew word translated “meditate” means “to mutter.” Consider the benefit of “muttering” God’s words throughout the day, either through reading or memorization of Scripture. What an encouragement and blessing for believers!”
.
May my muttering turn from murmurs of complaining to mutterings of PRAISE and thankfulness.
.
TINA, sweet sister, you and Julee are on my heart today. I know you are into late afternoon now – I slept in and got here a little later- but you were in my prayers before sleep and when I woke up. Sending big love-wrapped hugs to you along with those prayers of comfort! Love you! ❤❤❤
Love this!
Thanks for sharing!
❤️
❤
Kristy, I will be praying for your daughter! I hope this blessed her as you were hoping it would! ❤ Thanks so much for sharing that! Hugs!
I did not know Joshua was 90 then, thank you Cee Gee for the insight!
❤ you’re welcome, Mercy!❤
Ah I screenshot this. So good and so true! Exactly what has been on my heart but to perfect words. I have known his promises my whole life, I’ve taken the check, but so many times I don’t cash them in. Thank you for this. Yesterday was a very rough day with our soon to be 12 year old believing the lies of the enemy instead of who she really is in Christ. I cannot wait to share this with her after school.
Kristy, I will be praying for your daughter! I hope this blessed her as you were hoping it would! ❤ Thanks so much for sharing that! Hugs!
❤ thank you Ceegee!
Ver welcome, Vicki! ❤
Awesome, thank you!!
❤ very welcome, Elizabeth!
To always be strong and courageous and wait for the next move
By faith….. everything happened by faith. Look at the headings of all these readings. By faith… God says if we don’t have faith, we can’t please Him. So, where is my faith? How much do I have? All these great things happened because someone had faith. What do I need today? Do I have the faith to see it thru?
Not so much about what surprised me but what struck me. God told Joshua that he was to lead His people in taking the land. Three times in Joshua 1:1-9 he is told to be strong and courageous. But crucially, I think, alongside that commandment Joshua is told to meditate on the Book of the Law day and night and be completely obedient to what is written. Joshua’s continual courage and strength depended on him staying close to God, in an obedient, faithful walk with Him.
Our footprints find God’s footprints when we are daily seeking Him through His Word.
“Our footprints find God’s footprints when we are daily seeking Him through His Word.”
.
I love that, Vicki and I meant to highlight that earlier today, but had several interruptions to my comment reading/replying! ❤
The Lord told Joshua I have given you every place where the sole of your foot treads, just as I promised Moses…. And no one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. I will be with you, just as I was with Moses.
He made sure that Joshua knew that His promises for Moses were for him too. And that just like he was with Moses, He will be with him too. Same for us! These promises are for us… they are alive and breathing. Thank you Jesus for your promises. They are yes and amen!! I can be strong and very courageous bc of YOU in me.
He won them the victory!
The Lord made His victory known!
The ends of the earth seen our Gods victory!
Amen, Kristy! ❤
It strikes me that bravery and courage are only used to describe acts God instructed them to do in Josh 1:6-9. Also, marching around an enemy city silently, then making noise must not have felt very scary, but maybe ridiculous or embarrassing especially for soldiers trained to fight and kill….. courage almost seems to be used for facing embarrassment
GM
It’s surprising that it takes work, and strange ways that seem crazy. Why can’t things come easy, why didn’t the walls collapse on the first march? Why didn’t they fall with one breath?
We instead have to wait on the Lord. We have to have a trust and a faith, regardless of the way that things come about. It’s one step at a time. The soldiers must have thought, this is the craziest, most ludicrous way to WIN a battle and take over a city!
I will say it over and over—this is why we have to be women in the word, reading and studying the Bible daily. And following God’s orders and mandates. There is NO compromising on what he says. No gray area. We can’t be idle. I was compromising for most of my Christian life- but not anymore. Jesus did too much for me, and now I will not be a part of this world, I am set apart!! We are not going to be loved when you minister and go against main stream. God said specifically..in this passage and many more, do not conform to this world, do not take the goods for yourself, don’t save anyone except for the one(s) I tell you too. That must have been hard, but we have boundaries and instructions from God, not our own emotions and feelings.
Look to the Lord. He wants us to be strong and courageous in all we face. We have the Spirit in us, that should embolden us! I want to run the race strong—and finish even though it’s hard. There are hard choices…but our faith and love for Jesus should affect every aspect of our lives.
This is so good, Rhonda! You’re right- we do need to be strong and courageous women of God, in our daily lives. There’s no time to be wimpy Christians!
Blessings to you, and all of you dear She’s!
So good Rhonda. What stood out to me in what you said is :don’t save anyone except for the one(s) I tell you too. Wow, this is true. We are not sent to everyone. And Jesus says, “And if anyone will not welcome you or heed your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town” (Matt 10:14). God’s love has BOUNDARIES and His own standards.
I always read the Matthew passages to mean that some people were not ready to hear the gospel and for the disciples to move on to those that are. To me this does not exclude them because some time in the future they may be open to God’s invitation, for example, after seeing and hearing from those that initially were ready and listened.
The love of my God is never limited and neither should ours as Jesus commanded us to love God and love others.
What I was in awe of, is the unity of God’s people when they obey! If we, the Church, could be silent for a moment and listen to Him and be in unity with one another under our Holy Father, imagine the walls we can fell.
Yes, good point! The church (big C) should be in unity! Odd there is so much division.
❤️. Imagine what we could accomplish if The Church was unified!!! Imagine the church in Paul’s day, trying to unify the Jews and the Greeks. Jesus loves all and we are brothers and sisters in Christ. We are to consider the other person more important than ourselves.
I honestly never noticed how beautiful Joshua 1:1-9. I’m reading it thinking “Wow— this God commission to Joshua is beautiful and powerful.” And it’s not only because it is the changing of the guard, sort of speak, but also the beautiful and loving delivery by God. It’s not just the words, but the message of strength, courage, faithfulness, and reassurance to Joshua that He will be with him as He was with Moses, while commanding him to be “strong and courageous” multiple times. I think God knew that Joshua probably was a little intimidated to step into Moses’ shoes, so I love the gentle reassurance He gave Joshua.
Hundreds if not thousands of people were killed after the walls fell because they were guilty in Gods eyes.
Caroline, this reminded me of the great day of judgment still to come! The people of Jericho (I read) had many opportunities to repent. God is merciful, yet He is just and He could not risk the influence of that people on His people. Thanks for bringing that up! ❤
“Only be strong and very courageous,” oh boy if this isn’t a word for us today I don’t know what is. Some days I want to crawl back to bed and not get up but God says be strong and very courageous! The battle is His! Keeping you in my prayers today Tina. May God provide His peace and love over you.
From the First 5 Devotion this morning:
Father, may our commitment to You cause us to treat others in loving ways that are noticeably different than the ways of our culture. May how we treat others mirror Your kindness and compassion for people. Help us to love and care for those around us well.
♥️
How God specifically told Joshua to be bold and courageous then all the others will inherit the land.
I loved how God sent the ark before the people, with the priests blowing the trumpets continually. When God goes before us, we can worship and feel confident that He will provide and overcome all obstacles. Increase our faith, Lord!
Yes! I loved this too. I try to imagine having God in such a tangible way in our lives. What a sight that must’ve been!
Two thoughts come to mind as I read this. The first one is that God really does ask His people to demonstrate faith in ways that are not the World’s ways. Noah builds an ark when it isn’t raining. Moses raises his arm to part a sea. And now Israel’s army marches around a city blowing horns instead of attacking it. All of these take tremendous faith and it seems like it would have been hard to obey in THIS way instead of doing what a human would plan to do: wait to see if it rains and make a plan, go a different way and avoid the Red Sea altogether, attack Jericho. God’s ways are not Man’s ways.
The second thought was again, all the life that was lost. In all three of these examples: God wiped out everyone on Earth but Noah and his family, God wiped out the Egyptian army, God instructed the Israelites to destroy everyone in Jericho (except Rahab). It really can be a faith journey to trust God. Faith in God can really rail against our natural human emotions. Why, God do all of these “innocent” people have to die? Can’t you just save everyone and we all live happily ever after? These are big thoughts to ponder. I don’t necessarily have the answer but again, I do come back to WHO God is and I am certain that He is good and He does what is best. So I have to believe that He knew the hearts of these people who were killed. Like I said yesterday, I don’t believe He goes around willy-nilly killing people for His own pleasure. He created all of us in His imagine. Why would He want to then destroy us for no good reason? But God hates sin. He hates those who hate his people. And He also desires for all to come to know Him. So this is where faith comes in. And if you don’t actually have a true relationship with God, then I think this will be a stumbling block to you.
Last thought of the day. There have been some differing views on the election on this format. Whether your candidate was voted in or not, we can remember this: Joshua 1:9 Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
A candidate cannot change the fact that God is with us and will remain with us. He promises that to us and He never breaks His promises.
Amen ❤️
Thank you, Laura, for your insight this morning. Amen❤️
The hardest part for me is that children and babies were among those God ordered the Israelites to kill. I really don’t understand that but welcome anyone’s perspective.
Back in King Saul’s time, God told him to kill all Amalekites, but Saul disobeyed and spared some, including young children. And Haman, an Amalekite, who was a child and witnessed all, grew up to be a man full of hatred for Jewish people and became a prime minister equivalent to a Persian king (in Esther’s time). Haman manipulated the king and got the king to approve a political decree to annihilate all the Jewish people from young to old, kill all. If it had not been for Esther’s intercession, with Mordecai’s counsel, the Jewish people would all be executed by the child that Saul spared. Saul disobeyed God. Consequences are not immediate as in this case, but generations later. God can see the future inside out, backward and forward, He sees through man’s heart. So when God tells us to do something that we don’t understand, it could be a matter of life of death if we choose to obey or disobey.
Thank you for sharing, Mercy.
You’re welcome friend :)
That’s amazing, I don’t know how I missed that! I watched one march and it was cold and snowing, but one of my favorite Pastors, Greg Laurie gave the opening prayer. And it was cold, everyone was bundled up, and it dawned on me how I would probably not go because of the cold. Many of us do not want to do things out of our comfort or if it “cost” us anything these days for the Lord. But in our study of Ephesians…we should WANT to honor the Lord and live changed!! I can’t apologize for living on truth and fighting for those values. To say we shouldn’t be political is absolutely crazy…God is in every part of our lives (not that I am doing it perfectly, but I sure do want to be more holy this year than I was last year)!Thank you for sharing!
Sorry, that was for your post Mercy!
But then I was going to reply HERE, that I did not know THIS!! So good to understand.
Amen Rhonda. I remember on Lisa Bevere’s recent podcast/youtube, God told her to repent from her empathy for Jezebel. Repent from the empathy we have for satan that works behind forces. And Joyce Meyers too, she said so often that stop apologizing for the truth.
This is such a helpful background – thank you.
AGREE with your last thought Laura. Joshua 1:9 is one of my favorite verses. OUR GOD has everything under control.
Amen, Laura. My thoughts exactly. We will be strong and courageous. God is with us.
I have felt His presence in the passages assigned over the past few days. So, I will continue to “Trust in the Lord and lean not on my own understanding.” Proverbs 3: 56
❤ thank you, Laura.
That number of people obeyed. Some had to think it was crazy. But they obeyed. And God moved. Obedience and faith go together. Amen
SEARCHING – please tell your friend in assisted living we are happy add our prayers for her progress~~my mom was in assisted living for 5 years and to be honest I was pretty surprised at how well they held each other up despite their own troubles, sometimes literally and figuratively! Just reminds me that together we have power in God’s will.
Thank you, Mae!
Joshua was told to be strong and courageous three times by God. I’m not sure why He repeated it, but I’d think it’s because he knew Joshua needed to hear it over and over. I’m thankful that if God knows what we need and if it’s to hear the same thing on repeat until it sinks in, that’s what He does.
Thinking of you today Tina. May God continue to speak peace over you until that peace sinks deep within your soul.
Yes! Good reminder, Jess. I noticed that repeated phrase and thought it appropriate–then and now. We (too often) need to hear something repeatedly to either let it sink in or believe it to be true.
I want to ask you sweet ladies whom I offended on Wednesday with my comments to please forgive me. That certainly was not my intention at all! I love each one of you and never want to hurt anyone.
Gene’s procedure is now scheduled for Nov 20 at 11:30. These past few days he has cognitively unclear. I’ve been I quite a bit of pain because my Dr stopped one of my arthritis med. Wasn’t able to contact
my rheumatologist for help in getting the pain to a manageable level. Your prayers and love mean so much to me!
Although I wasn’t hurt or offended by your comment yesterday, we are all Sisters in Christ and Daughters of the King and daily show grace and love to each other and I am confident today will be no different. Will be praying for you and Gene – that your needs – ALL of the will be met in a mighty, miraculous way! Much love to you!
Praying for you and Gene, Linda ❤️
❤️
Praying for your pain to ease and for Gene’s procedure to go smoothly. Have courage!
Hugs to you ❤️
Joining our sisters in praying for pain relief for you, clarity for Gene, and strength and endurance as you wait for the procedure. Love and hugs! ❤
Praying for you and Gene.
It was not what surprised me today because it’s an all to familiar story, but more in light of this story with the other hall of faith stories so far, that God asks His people to do some different things to show their faith. Build an ark, hold a rod, March quietly around a city, sacrifice a son. What different thing is God asking me to do?
Insightful, Danielle…
What different thing is God asking me to do? Am I listening, like Moses or Joshua? Or is the noise of the world (or my fears) drowning out His request?
All together now:
–
The Lord told Joshua to go to Jericho,
And to march seven times around;
He followed faithfully the blessed Lord’s command,
And the walls came tumble-ing down.
–
Chorus
Yes the walls – Yes the walls – yes, the walls – Yes the walls,
Came tumble-ing down,
Joshua, Joshua, Joshua, Joshua,
Marched seven times around;
Then the walls – then the walls, mighty walls, All the walls
Came tumble-ing down,
And the walls came tumble-ing down.
–
If you are trusting in the power of the blood
And you hope to wear a crown;
Go forward quickly, and obey the Holy Word,
Walls of doubt will tumble down.
–
The Lord is calling, sinner, come to Him today,
Turn from this vain world’s renown;
If you will follow Him in faith, like Joshua,
Walls of sin will tumble down.
–
One of my favorite stories and Sunday School songs!
–
A familiar story of faith and obedience, not by just the leader but by all of those under him. No doubt in my mind that the armed men in the group were anxious to do something besides marching, and obeyed anyway.
–
can I show restraint when I’m ready to get going on something? Can I pray, and keep praying, until I feel peace before jumping right into some idea I had that may not be God’s plan? Can I do things God’s way rather than my way?
–
MICHELLE P – praying, little sister ❤️, for all the courage, wisdom and words needed for the open mic night! May the Lord be glorified as you continue preparing, may He give you guidance and peace, may efforts by the enemy be stopped. Keep the Armor of God in place, sweet girl! ❤️

Prayer request for JUNE, a lady I’ve talked with many times as I visit my relative in a skilled nursing facility. Not sure of her age (late 80’s, early 90’s maybe) – she’s been working to recover from a stroke for over a year and has made some progress- but is feeling very defeated that progress seems to have stalled. I told her my Bible study sisters would be happy to join me in praying for encouragement and signs of progress snd improvement to her left side function and mobility. If any would like to reply with encouragement to her, I’ll print and take it to show her. Thank you, sisters!
Thankful for how far you have come as you work on your rehabilitation June. Praying for peace, progress and patience for you as you continue your journey “back” from your stroke. God will give you the strength you need ❤️
Dear June, Praying that you will feel the Lord’s presence and that He will renew your strength. He loves you so much.
Prayers for June. Lord, please encourage June and allow her to progress in her recovery. Amen
One of my favorites too Searching! Of course we will
pray for June as she strives to recover! Please let her know that it will be a privilege!!!
Praying for June to make progress she can see and that she will experience encouragement and peace.
Praying for dear June as she works to heal. May God lift her up and encourage her and definitely give her patience as she is restored to full health! ❤️
Praying for you June, that the Lord will strengthen your body. You are a child of God and he hears and sees you. Much love ❤️
Thank you for sharing this song!
We are praying for June and her recovery, especially for her left side mobility and function.
yes, prayers for June to continue to improve in her stroke recovery. Prayers for strength, endurance, and peace in her progress. ❤️
Joining with our sisters here in praying for June! June, I have a dear friend near your age who is in recovery from a stroke several months ago. Like you, she is ready to be done with the slow recovery. I pray God will help you focus on how far you have come and remember that He is right there with you – at every stage of recovery. He is not giving up or leaving you to struggle on your own. Praying for endurance and an extra measure of strength to get the boost you need to restore your hope and confidence! Thank you, Searching, for allowing us to gather around June with prayer and virtual hugs! ❤❤❤
Dear June, I’m thanking God for your progress so far. I pray that He will strengthen you in patience and refresh you with renewed encouragement in your recovery. God is with you. Amen
June, be strong of heart and courageous! Better days are to come. Keep up your therapy and trust God for the rest! May you sense His peace in the struggle ❤️
Thank you Search. I should hear early next week.
V10 Do not shout or let your voice be heard. Don’t let one word come out of your mouth until the time I say.” Reminds me of yesterday’s reading when Moses told the Israelites in Exodus 14:14 the Lord will fight for you and you must be quiet. No fussing, no complaining, no worrying, just trust.
Reminds me of the song, “Surrounded: fight my battles” by Michael Smith
This is how I fight my battles
This is how I fight my battles
It may look like I’m surrounded but I’m surrounded by You!
Amen!
Amen!
Thank for that insight and connection to yesterday’s scripture, Tami!
Yes, that is a great song! Also Phil Wicham “Battle Belongs to You!”
❤
I love that song. Thanks so much Tami for reminding me of it :)
As an aside, God’s number, 7, was mentioned a LOT in Joshua 6. Everything God does is perfect, His ways are beyond what we can comprehend and so good!
I’m so thankful for the constant remind that our Lord and God is with us wherever we go. He is in our future, our now, no matter what. So thankful for His consistent presence!
Beautifully said, Erica. Have a great weekend.
What amazed me? For six days, the troops circled the city without speaking a word (vs.10)! Another amazing point was considering the size of the city, Joshua was able to communicate to all the troops to give the simultaneous shout. Only God knows how that happened. Hope to interview Joshua about that one day. :-)
.
There is a fantastic video on YouTube about the archeology find of the fallen walls of Jericho. It is called “Jericho Unearthed” on the Expedition Bible channel.

CANDYCE ABBOTT – (sorry if I missed it) did you hear back about the job you interviewed for on Oct 23?
Thanks, KELLY! I’ll look for that video.
Thank you Kelly!
Thanks, Kelly! I love Biblical documentaries and will definitely look this one up. Have a he eat weekend!
I appreciate your comments ladies, but would like to add that these are BIG things that God did for us. I pray we open our eyes to day and see all the little things he does!
Amen! Let’s look for the little things! Everything God does for us is important… the ‘little’ things as much as or maybe more than the ‘big’ things as there are so many more of them, and they add up!
Amen, Mary!
And all they had to do was walk out in obedience.
Father, help us to do likewise.
Happy Friday Ladies.
I need to get better at believing God – sometimes, it’s like I’m afraid to pray a certain thing because I think that “there’s just no way that could actually happen”. Really, God brought down walls and parted seas for His people!
Mary, I understand completely. I need to remember that God does amazing things every day. I ask God now to please give each of us a mustard seed of faith that He can grow into a giant tree!
Mary, this is so relatable. I always think that my prayers may be too big or too bold, forgetting that this is THE GOD I’m praying to. He can make anything happen that is His will.
Yes, same!! He is a BIG God..that does AMAZING things…may I be bold in my prayers!! And pray with expectation in seeing WALLS fall, and seas part!
