  1. Katrina P says:

Turning to the Lord is always the direction we want to be in! Not just in our actions but in our hearts and our TRUST – His love will then be with us always!

43 So he brought his people out with joy,
    his chosen ones with singing.
44 And he gave them the lands of the nations,
and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples’ toil,
45 that they might keep his statutes
    and observe his laws.
    Praise the Lord!

  2. MarmeeCotton says:

37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
Truly a reminder of His great loving kindness. This verse has resounded with me in a very really way today.

  3. Betsy Cooley says:

“Seek his presence continually”…this is what jumped out to me today, and every time I read this Psalm. The ongoing communion of my soul with the Almighty God is the the answer I’m always searching for everywhere else. He would be the balm to my anxiety, the joy to my discouragement, and the lifter of my head…and he graciously is as soon as I run to him, however delayed that moment is!

    1. Christina D. says:

“…the balm to my anxiety”…beautiful words. Thank you for this!

  4. Terri-Kate says:

43 So he brought his people out with joy, his chosen ones with singing.

God delivers His people. Always. I wonder how many times I forget to say thanks and praise Him for what He had done for me? Praise the Lord that He is always good when I am not.

  5. Lucie says:

39 He spread a cloud for a covering,
and fire to give light by night.
40 They asked, and he brought quail,
and gave them bread from heaven in abundance.

Such a good reminder that he can do anything and cares for us so much!

  6. Caitlin says:

5 Remember the wondrous works that he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,

Lord let me never forget the wonderful things you have done for me

  7. Alysa says:

I love this Psalm. What a great reminder that God always keeps his promises!

  8. Alexis C. says:

    14 he allowed no one to oppress them;
he rebuked kings on their account,
15 saying, “Touch not my anointed ones,
do my prophets no harm!” —-and so He still does for us today, though we do not always see it. He is our Protector.
