I’ve never before noticed the total normalcy of that exchange before Michal and David. Classic exes! Makes me smile to think about how we’re all just human.
One word that stood out to me in both passages today was “rejoice.” Recently I’ve been in out of the hospital 4xs in the past 2 months. My health has completely gone in the opposite direction, diagnosed with celiac disease and several other digestive disorders. There are so many days I don’t want to rejoice, I want to sit and sulk and be alone. But there is much to rejoice about. Though my outer self is wasting away my inward self is being renewed day by day. The God of peace himself offers restoration, sanctification and glorification and that gift is far more valuable than any physical gift. Let us rejoice with all our might today as David did. Inviting others to dance along with us and throwing all caution of how others may view us, to the wind
Yes! Isn’t it true, our perspective on life changes when our bodies start to have issues. All of a sudden our faith in the LORD is all we have. Yes, in spite of our physical infirmities, I’m rejoicing in HIM with you today, Amber!
Amber I so know how you feel. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and have been hospitalized many times for it. As hard as it is sometimes, there is always reason to rejoice. God is with us, even in the dark painful nights spent in hospital beds. We are in the presence of the Almighty who fought for us and won, and we can dance in joy. I’m praying for your healing and celebrating with you!

Does anybody know Why does Uzzah have to die? I know it’s the ark of God but if it was about to fall then what else should he do?
