17Only let each person lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him. This is my rule in all the churches.

I completely agree. I am married to a believer but feel very strongly and urgently there are certain things that God has called me to do in this life. One is to foster and adopt. For the past 3 years, my husband has not been on board. And in our state we both have to agree. I think it’s important. If I was single, this would not be an issue but I am not able to live out God’s commands until my husband and I are both united on this issue. Please pray for unity in our family!
