Text: 2 Corinthians 4:18
Memorizing Scripture is one way we can carry the Word of God with us wherever we go—to have God-breathed truth, instruction, and reproof in our hearts and minds as we live unto Him each day.
This week, let’s memorize 2 Corinthians 4:18 together:
So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
-2 Corinthians 4:18
Write this verse down and post it on your mirror or at your desk, in your car or on the fridge—anywhere you’ll see it often. Save the image below as your phone’s lock screen so you can read these words of truth throughout the day.
We want to be a community that is intentional about scripture memorization. Will you join us?

The unseen moves me; the whisper in my heart of His voice, the promise of an eternity unlike anything we’ve ever seen on earth! The unseen moves me to act on the notion that He is for me and GOES before me on my behalf, for His glory; The unseen helps me “see” my friends the way God sees them — and helps me know how to pray for them. Oh that we would always FIX our eyes on what is unseen!!
Praise Jesus
I just turned the page of the study guide and realized… Time to move on to Moses tomorrow! I know I will carry the teachings of The Resurrected Life with me as I had into this next study with you all. The Resurrected Life has been a challenging and thought provoking journey. I’ve been so blessed. And I’m excited to walk alongside Moses and see what the Lord will teach me through him. Thank you, SRT, for providing the opportunity.
Such an important reminder! Focus on what is unseen, because it is lasting and perfect. Happy Sunday SRT sisters ❤️
this is worthy of a sign lovingly made and lettered onto ol fence wood boards. i love this.
I am grateful for the Grace Day and the Weekly Truth each weekend. They help me press the pause button so that I might review the Scriptures, devotions and notes. Enhances my Sabbath rest! Keeps me focused on the “unseen things” that are of premiere value. Thank you, SRT. Praying we all pause to praise.
