Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
Throughout this plan, we will memorize verses that remind us of the holiness of God and call us to worship Him. This week, spend time memorizing Revelation 16:7.
Yes, Lord God, the Almighty,
true and just are your judgments.
—Revelation 16:7

Oops, I thought my comment posted this morning right after Kelly’s, but I guess I didn’t hit send good enough!
I don’t remember all of it but this much I do remember:
I mentioned praying for all sisters approaching the holidays without precious loved ones. ❤❤❤
.
I also thanked Tina ☺❤☺ for helping me think of this song:
Who You Say I Am by Hillsong-
Lyrics
VERSE 1:
Who am I that the highest King
Would welcome me
I was lost but He brought me in
Oh His love for me
Oh His love for me
CHORUS:
Who the Son sets free
Oh is free indeed
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
CHORUS 2:
Who the Son sets free
Oh is free indeed
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
In my Father’s house
There’s a place for me
I’m a child of God
Yes I am
BRIDGE:
I am chosen
Not forsaken
I am who You say I am
You are for me
Not against me
I am who You say I am

Love, hugs, and prayers! ❤
Happy Sunday before advent. I hope everyone got their books already. If not, they’re either sold out or about to be. They did however, pull out the advent archive for the first time ever.
❤
It felt very fitting that today was Christ the King Sunday at our church! One of the scripture readings was from a portion of Luke including “Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” I love some of the hymns we sang today “Lead On, O King Eternal” and
Good stuff! ❤
“…true and just are your judgments.” I believe this promise, though I am sighing and taking a deep breath. I believe this promise, even when waiting is hard. Perhaps I’m being given the time to take care of other very important matters that I was willing to “let go” but very important. Please continue to pray as seek my Lord. Sigh…I know it will be hard, but the outcome would benefit my kids and I. WENDY, thank you for your encouragement! The interesting part is I already met with a lady from my new church regarding women who have been through a divorce, but you never know where that could lead. Meanwhile I appreciate your prayers and I will continue to pray for guidance.
❤
Lord, God, Almighty. This is our Heavenly Father, the One and only True God. He reigns above it all. He is just in all His ways.
Thank you Lord. May we give all praise and honor to you and trust in your mighty hand to be at work in making all things right. Amen
Sharon – GREAT song :)
Nicole- so sorry for your loss. May the Lord’s comfort be near.
Mari – praying for patience as you wait and that the Lord would intervene to quicken the process
Tina – relief from pain and healing
Lynne, Tami, Mia Faith and others that are walking through a season of sorrow and deeply saddened with the absence of a loved one, may God’s loving arms of presence and comfort surround you all❤️
Appreciate the encouragement and responses to my sharing yesterday of the testimony time at my church. I did further respond to Mari’s reply with a few more details, but I just want to reiterate again, please share your story. It honors and glorifies the Lord, it silences the enemy and brings such great encouragement to the body of Christ.❤️
Sunday Blessings, SRT sisters. God be praised✝️
Thank you Wendy! I love your reminder and encouragement to share our stories, it matters! ❤️ Thank you for always sharing yours!
❤ Wendy, have you heard the song, Reign Above It All by The Worship Initiative? Beautiful! ❤
Yes! love that song:)
❤️
Amen!
.
Feels like His justice isn’t coming when we see all the crazy in the world.
.
But it is and will.
Love that song, Sharon! Yes Tina! Loved every comment so far!
Praying for all the requests! You are all in my heart! For those without loved ones over the holidays! It is tough but God will be with you. In 1999 on 12/12, I lost my dad and 12/31/2000, lost my mom, a year later on 12/31/2001, my daughter met the young man to be her husband whose birthday is 12/12. My younger daughter’s youngest daughter was born on 12/12/12! Isn’t God good to replace ashes with beauty!
WOW. ♥️♥️♥️
Love the God winks!
Amazing. What a beautiful way to be reminded that the Lord is deeply vested and connected to our hearts and the details of our lives.
Amen.
GM ladies. I’m just now catching up with the reading and all of your comments.
TINA – praying for swift healing.
NICOLE – so sorry for your loss.
RHONDA – all your comments! Wow! Praying for Shalan and Stacy. How is your nephew?
LYNNE FROM ALABAMA – praying as you go through all the firsts. We are also and I’m especially concerned for my nieces. Between now and Jan we have all the holidays and all of their birthdays, including my brothers
MARI V – praying for patience in the next 6 months and that on May 1 it will be declared “it is finished”. Your kids are so sweet to pray for you! WOW!
MERCY – when are you getting on the pulpit??
SHARON/SEARCHING/KELLY (NEO)/CEE GEE/ and other I’m sorry for leaving out – thank you for your faithful, daily comments.
As an update, I am still struggling to keep up and am finding it hard to find a rhythm in this season. The 2 new classes (preps) are a lot of work! I come home so tired and now it’s dark and cold! I feel like I’m not giving God the time he deserves, but I know He knows. Pray I would be able to carve out some time during the day, even just a few minutes here and there, to sit with the Lord and breathe. And please pray for my family as we enter this season without my brother. Thank you!
Praying for you to have strength!
Tami, you have journeyed through a very long, heavy, hard session of seeing a loved one suffer and then grief that follows. Jumping back into all things “life” – running a home, work demands, relationships etc becomes all the more difficult when you are grieving is very hard – additionally so, when you are supporting your family, your brothers kids through their sorrow too. Praying the Lord will meet you in many tangible, unexpected and beautiful ways, reminding you of His love, presence, strength and comfort even though you feel spread thin. But, also give yourself grace for this time as your heart feels heavy. May He be ever so near❤️
Yes, amen to this!
Thank you Tami for checking in, I miss you! I am so sorry you have so much burden right now. Remember He is our rest and peace, cast all your troubles on Him, and just rest at his feet. Sometimes we carry so much burden for all the kids/family and then your own grief. It’s so much. My sister carries so much. I don’t know if I said, but my nephew got 4 years in prison, it was a hard blow for someone that has never been in trouble and is pretty straight laced. So prayers are appreciated. His name is Christian, he is not a believer so praying for that!
Agreeing with Wendy! ❤❤❤
Prayers for you and your family Tami! ❤️
❤️
Even when we can’t understand, we still know the truth – God’s judgments are true and just. Amen.
.
As KELLY (NEO) mentioned, praying for those facing the holidays with a new empty seat this year. And for those with any empty seat, no matter how long it’s been empty.
Busy morning, but Tina gave me an idea for song share ☺☺☺
Thanks, Tina! ❤

“Therefore listen to me, you men of understanding.
It is impossible for God to do wrong,
and for the Almighty to act unjustly.
For he repays a person according to his deeds,
and he gives him what his conduct deserves.
Indeed, it is true that God does not act wickedly
and the Almighty does not pervert justice” (Job 34:10-12).
.
One day all wrong will be made right and death will be no more.
.

This song came to mind – That’s My King by CeCe Winans…
.
I wish I could tell you
Wish I could describe it
But I can’t contain it, can’t keep it to myself
There aren’t enough colors
To paint the whole picture
Not enough words to ever say what I found
Wonderful and beautiful
And glorious and holy
He is merciful and powerful
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
We declare the glory
Give him all the honor
Altogether worthy
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
There’s no one before you
Yes, we will adore you
All of this is for you
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
Jesus, you’re my king,
I’m not letting the rocks cry
Without joining the chorus
There aren’t enough notes to make the harmony
It’s the song of the angels (angels)
Through all of the ages (ages)
It’s all of the earth and heaven’s symphony
Wonderful and beautiful
And glorious and holy
He is merciful and powerful
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
We declare the glory
Give him all the honor
Altogether worthy
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
There’s no one before you
Yes, we will adore you
All of this is for you
Who we talkin’ about?
That’s my king
That’s my king
Is he your king tonight?
