Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry His Word with us wherever we go.
This week, we will commit to memory a proverb about how wisdom is a sure foundation for our lives.
A house is built by wisdom,
and it is established by understanding…
—Proverbs 24:3

Happy SUNDAY from sunny Cal where it’s been over 100 degree weather!! Love and praying for you all! This morning I will be visiting another church (by myself). Not sure if I know anyone there, but that’s okay. I really love the church where my kiddos go, however I wanted to visit a couple of churches before making a decision. Enjoy your places of worship! Oh…..sleeping in tomorrow as it’s Labor Day!!! See you later morning tomorrow.
I’m also looking for a church to
Praying for you Ana. My daughter and I are spending an hour praying as part of the church community. I’ll be praying for you to find a church community where you can grow in your faith and make godly friends, a family.

1. I rejoiced with those who said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord.”
2. Our feet are standing in your gates, Jerusalem.
3. Jerusalem is built like a city
that is closely compacted together.
4. That is where the tribes go up—
the tribes of the Lord—
to praise the name of the Lord
according to the statute given to Israel.
Psalm 122:1-4

Welcome, Marlene! ❤️
Lord, we praise and thank you for your Word and that as we have studied the Proverbs this week we have been reminded over and over that seeking you, abiding in you and committing our hearts to walk in your ways is life giving and life changing for us. I pray Lord for my fellow SRT sisters. Your wisdom and knowledge is what we want in our lives. We meet in this space, Lord to know you more, to understand your heart, your ways and your plan for us. Increase our desire for you, Lord, give us a longing, hunger and thirst to seek your wisdom, your truth and to build our house upon you. As we may have opportunity to gather today in persin with our church communties may we have a greater understanding in our hearts as we hear from your Word. Holy Spirit, teach us, mold us, shape us, convict us. Give us ears to hear, eyes that are open to see snd hearts tender to your Truth. As we join in song, may you be praised and lifted high and magnified in our lives. Amen ✝️

Happy Sunday friends! Praying for each of your requests!
Good Sunday Morning Dear She’s!!
It has been a really good week up here on vacation and seeing family!!
I usually feel so isolated in my love for Jesus when I’m here, missing my groups and friends and all, but I asked God to give me opportunities to share Him this time. And of course, every day HAS BEEN good opportunities!! Thank you Jesus!! Yesterday was especially SO crazy good (and really sad as well) with my grandson that some of you have prayed for many times over the years and I just have to thank you, thank you, so much because God’s hand HAS been there although it has been a horrible time for him. (he’s 17 now!!) I want to share more on FB page. But even when we think we can’t fix a situation we do get to pray and it is powerful! I still covet your prayers for Brayden, he just needs to get through this year.
Also, I get to meet my son for church here in …whoa…gotta get ready!! It’s freezing up here so it’s not gonna be much cute wear anyway! Love ya’ll. Keep praying for God to use me here to keep sowing those seeds in the awkward!! :)
Continued prayers for Brayden. Praise God for all the opportunities He has given you!
Praying for you sweet lady. And how wonderful your son will be at church this morning! Praying for you! Sounds like your having fun and having opportunities to serve HIM!
Happy for you, Rhonda! Continued prayers! [heart]
The dear son…overslept, so did not make it out but was tuning in online to “be” with me at church! :/ Kids.

Proverbs 24:1-4
1 Do not be envious of evil men,
Nor desire to be with them;
2 For their heart devises violence,
And their lips talk of troublemaking.
3 Through wisdom a house is built,
And by understanding it is established;
4 By knowledge the rooms are filled
With all precious and pleasant riches.
.
Such good caution and guidance the Lord provides us!

Happy belated birthday, TINA! ❤️

Good morning Martha and Happy Sunday!

Psalm 95:1-7
“Come, let’s shout joyfully to the Lord,
shout triumphantly to the rock of our salvation!
Let’s enter his presence with thanksgiving;
let’s shout triumphantly to him in song.
For the Lord is a great God,
a great King above all gods.
The depths of the earth are in his hand,
and the mountain peaks are his.
The sea is his; he made it.
His hands formed the dry land.
Come, let’s worship and bow down;
let’s kneel before the Lord our Maker.
For he is our God,
and we are the people of his pasture,
the sheep under his care.”

Bring your offerings of honor and love today to our great God!

God,my creator and redeemer.
Thank you, Kelly! Vs 6-7 were the BG verses for today and there was a chorus we sang in church years ago from this psalm. I found a few versions online but not the one I remember.
Amen!❤️

Happy birthday Tina❣️I’m sorry I missed it yesterday. Wishing you a year filled with peace and joy!
Good morning, precious sisters! I apologize that I seem to be absent lately. I assure you that I am here every day but very early (usually no comments). I start off reading comments from the day before then do the reading for the day. I am praying for each of you and your requests every day.
Please continue to pray for me. This past Wednesday was six months since Jack went home to be with Jesus. My heart is still breaking. Everything is a memory and is hard. I joined a grief support group last week for people who have lost a spouse. It’s comforting to know that these people can relate to what I feel.
I’m sorry I missed Tina’s big day yesterday! I hope you had a wonderful day, sweet friend! ❤️
Thank you for letting us know how you are doing, Lynn. ❤️
Grateful you are in a support group with others who can process grief with you. Knowing that you are not alone can be a huge help in combating the lies Satan whispers in your ear
Amen to what KELLY said! Lynne, I am so very glad you are coming here every day. We love you and are here for you, too!
Hard to believe it’s been 6 months, but I know it feels like a lifetime to you. Right now those memories may be painful, but I pray that in time they will be tremendous blessings. Hugs across the miles, sweet friend! ❤❤❤
Thank you Lynne for dropping a comment for us and letting us know how you are. I know there is so much outpouring at the time, then people seem to ‘forget” how hard walking alone that first few years really are. I am so glad you joined a grief group, and for spouses is a plus. They know how you feel mostly. I still think of our dear Martha Hix and pray for her, and it was just 3 years! At our church, I have several friends that are recent widows. My friend started a small group just biweekly, and they meet and eat and talk (keeping focus on the Lord, but no book or anything specific). They just love their kinship they have formed. Anyways, lots of love and prayers for comfort for you dear friend! I am glad you have your job and church, and mostly a love for Jesus that is unwavering and unshakable!! :)
Praying for you Lynne ❤️
Good to see you, Lynne! What CEE GEE said – doesn’t seem like 6 months to us, but totally different feeling for you. Praying as you continue to grieve, and pray that knowing he’s with Jesus brings some peace to your heart. Love you, sister ❤️
I keep you in my prayers Lynne.
Lynne, thank you for sharing with us how you are doing. I’m sorry it is so difficult; the enormity of your loss is so deep. A grief support group can bring such comfort and support. Our church has on and my Mom attended one in her community when my Dad passed away and the resounding feedback is it is so helpful. It is not easy to take that step, but so beneficial to surround yourself with compassionate, caring, understanding. The enemy would want us to suffer our grief in silence but community will bring comfort and hope, a balm for your heart. May the Lord be near.❤️
I’m glad you were able to join a support group! May you find comfort in knowing you are not alone!
Hi Lynne! So good to see you here this morning! I often wonder how much more complicated grief is when it is preceded by an extended time of intense caregiving. Seems like there could be layer upon layer of emotion. I am thankful that you have found some companions for this journey and pray that new mercies meet you every morning. We love you!
Praying for you, Lynne! Grief is so painful and having support of others is so helpful. It has been 3 months since my husband, Michael, suddenly passed. I go to a grief group at church. God sends people into your life to help you heal. God will hold us and carry us through. Sending love and a hug!
Oh Joy, I am so sorry for your sudden loss. That is heartbreaking as well, the unexpected, no time to even process the thought. I pray God will comfort you in your pain, and bring His peace that only he provides. And that you are surrounded by the people that help and bring you happiness and laughter when you need cheering up. And that you are able to pour out your heart in saddness at the feet of Jesus or to special “angels” in your life.
Dear Lynne, continued prayers for you as you mourn your loss. Six months is such a short time, your grief is great and it will take time. Hugs & prayers from NJ. ❤️
Lynne…….I was JUST thinking of YOU this morning!!!
Dear, sweet Lynne. Thank you for checking in and sharing your burden and grief.
.
You are loved by Him, your family and us.

Happy belated birthday dear Tina❤️. I hope that your day was filled with love, laughter and many new memories❤️
Holy Spirit, please give me wisdom and help me to walk in love with it!
