Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
For this plan, we are memorizing our key passage, Psalm 8:3–4. We will continue with the fifth line.
When I observe your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you set in place,
what is a human being that you remember him,
a son of man that you look after him?
—Psalm 8:3–4

Thank you Lord for who you are. Our Holy, mighty, awesome Father, creator of heaven and earth, giver and sustainer of life. Our strength, our wisdom, our guide, our healer, our Prince of Peace, faithful friend, Lord of provision, Redeemer and Savior. We worship you Father, give you praise and love you. Amen✝️❤️
Phil Wickham’s version of Awesome God is running through my head as I think on this. Sunday Blessings SRT sisters. Praying for all that you have shared. May your hearts be encouraged today ♥️

Isn’t it amazing!?
Another Son-Day under a sovereign Lord!
It gives Him pleasure as we arise.
Partake of it in prayer, Dear SRT family.
Things may not be all right, planet wise, but let us rejoice anyway.
A new heaven & new earth are not beyond reach.
Thanks be to God!
I love this
Love this as well.

Thank you for the verses from Habakkuk!
Praying for all!
Our God is an awesome God!
Lord, your creation is so vast and beautiful, and yet you notice me. Thank you for seeing me, for caring for humanity, for giving us worth. Help me live in a way that honors this care. Fill me with humility and gratitude.
I love this. This is a good praise response to this passage.
❤

Rhonda J ‘s comment brought this song to mind;
JESUS WE LOVE YOU
All things have passed away
Your love has stayed the same
Your constant grace remains the cornerstone
Things that we thought were dead
Are breathing in life again
You caused your son to shine on darkest nights
For all that you’ve done we will pour out our love
This will be our anthem song
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore
The hopeless have found their hope
The orphans now have found a home
All that was lost has found it’s place in you
Ohhhh
You lift our weary hands
You make us strong instead
You took these rags and made us beautiful
For all that you’ve done we will pour out our love
This will be our anthem song
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore
Our hearts adore
You are the one our hearts adore
Our hearts adore
Our affection
Our devotion
Poured out on the feet of Jesus
Our affection
Our devotion
Poured out on the feet of Jesus
Our affection
Our devotion
Poured out on the feet of Jesus
Our affection
Our devotion
Poured out on the feet of Jesus
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore
We love you Jesus
You are our heart’s desire
We pour our love on you like oil
We want to tell you, “love you”
We sing this song to you, Jesus
We want to tell you, you are everything
We love you, Jesus
We love you, Jesus
Because you first loved us
Jesus we love you
Oh, how we love you
You are the one our hearts adore

I love this song! Going to listen to it while I get ready for church. I’m going to my kiddos church this morning.

Oh how the comments about our aching, sagging bodies resonate in this season of pain and inactivity! Some days are worse than others but all are rough. Poor Gene has to help care for me instead of me taking care of him. This certainly hasn’t helped his cognitive abilities.
I don’t know what God’s plan is in this season but I’m thankful that each day I’m awaken in His goodness. I’ve joined as often as possible with y’all and am lifting your cares and needs to the Lord.
Please pray for us as we navigate these difficult days and for the solution to improving my functionality so I can once again care for my sweet husband!
Love to each of you! Happy Sunday l
Linda, my heart goes out to you and Gene! I join you in praying for restored function and brighter days! Love you, sisterm ❤
❤
Praying for you and Gene!
Precious Linda, I pray for both you and Gene every day! Caregiving is so physically and emotionally demanding! I pray God’s healing and strength for you! ❤️
Praying for you Linda and Gene as you lean on God and that things get easier.
Praying, Linda, for healing and restoration of functionality!
Joining our sisters in prayer for you sweet Linda and your sweet Gene.
Oh Linda- I’m so sorry, I know chronic pain is so challenging, especially when it spikes and more persistent than ever. :/ I pray for some relief for you sister.
Flabbergasting! Amen!!

Oh, Kelly, bless that baby’s heart! May God give him the desire for nourishment and heal him. Thank you for these messages of hope in the midst of this struggle. The passage in Habakkuk is one of my favorites.
I join you in rejoicing in my God even though our spirits are weary from waiting. Together we pray, trust, and wait. We are here to hold you and young mama up!
This comment was a reply to Kelly. ☺☺☺ I scrolled to proofread and it moved here!
We PRAISE You Lord! You are wondrous, you are magnificent, you are beyond all words. As we soak in you glory this morning and blessings, we give thanks to you.
I’m listening to “Center” as I write, and I do want him to be the center of my life. “Everything.. for the honor of your name…My whole life…! Oh Lord, how I love you! Let my days tell the story of you.
Oh how I love you, oh how I love you…
Jesus I love you…
My heart belongs to you, your the one I hold on to, for the beauty of your name..
Soak in his goodness today.
hugs to all.
I’ve never heard this song before will play it as well. I already queued the one CEE GEE wrote out for you!
❤
Amen
Compared the the vast universe, the size of the sun and the moon,we humans are so small. Yet of all this grand creation, the creature who was made in God’s image is the one that rebels against Him. Still He loves us greatly and wants us with Him for eternity. Flabbergasting, no?
.
RACHEL, RHONDA J, CEE GEE, CHERYL BLOW, AZ WALKER, TERESA DONLEY thank you for your responses yesterday. I appreciate all you She’s lifting my young mama’s and baby’s situation before the Lord.
.
HIS SPARROW- praying for your husband’s stepfather.
.
CHERYL BLOW – continued prayers f
for Tammy’s miracle, and for Levi to continue to improve.
.
TRACI GENDRON – praying your BIL is improving.
.
Update: as of yesterday afternoon, baby is “snaking” on a a bite or two of solid food but is not taking breastmilk (either from mama or bottle) so the doctors want to insert a feeding tube today.
.
Habakkuk 3:2, 17-19
“I have heard all about you, Lord.
I am filled with awe by your amazing works.
In this time of our deep need,
help us again as you did in years gone by.
And in your anger,
remember your mercy.
.
Even though the fig trees have no blossoms,
and there are no grapes on the vines;
even though the olive crop fails,
and the fields lie empty and barren;
even though the flocks die in the fields,
and the cattle barns are empty,
yet I will rejoice in the Lord!
I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!
The Sovereign Lord is my strength!
He makes me as surefooted as a deer,
able to tread upon the heights.”
KELLY, I typed my comment here but it appeared above!Pasting it here to be sure you see it! Hugs!!!❤❤

Flabbergasting! Amen!!

Praying, Kelly, for this little one – for nourishment, desire to eat, smooth process if food tube is inserted, discovery of what has caused this situation- it breaks my heart.
.
And the verses from Habakkuk brought tears this morning- thank you for sharing. ❤️
Good morning Kelly going back to tomorrow’s comment and join in prayer.
I keep wondering if they tried a formula instead of breast milk. Thinking there may be something off putting in it.
❤️
Thank you, God, for your amazing creations!
