Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
During this study, we will memorize our key verse, 1 Chronicles 17:20. Use this week to commit the entire verse to memory, and then we will test our memorization on Day 14.
LORD, there is no one like you, and there is no God besides you, as all we have heard confirms.

Our God is so big, so strong and so mighty. There’s nothing our God cannot do!
Andrew went home from the hospital Friday evening! They are treating the pressure at home with medicine. His mom said he is more sleepy than usual because of the meds.
I will hopefully get more details later today. Thankful for the prayer, SRT!
She also said Saturday he’s not in pain, so that is good. ♥️
“…as we all have heard with our own ears.” (NIV) Happy Sunday sweeties. Its gloomy here this morning as it was yesterday. Thankful there is NO God like our God! Had a family/sibling meeting yesterday. Sigh… though for the most part it went well, there were things said, even from me that were hard. Trusting my Jesus who has never left me or abandoned me that HE will continue to take care of me no matter the outcome.

Thank you, Father that there is none like you. That you are the True, mighty and Holy God. Seal it and imprint the precious truth of your Word on my heart. I praise you Lord, my Savior and King. As we have opportunity to gather in worship today, may You be exalted and lifted high but also, may it not only be today, but all my days, be magnified as Lord of all. Amen✝️

I think of the millions that either don’t believe in anything other than themselves or put their faith in other ‘god(s)’ that have no life, no power, that are not immutable, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent nor the Almighty God of everything. As I drive past their gathering places, I pray the truth of the one and only true God will become known to them.

The whole of chapter 17 is so good how David talks to Lord God!Such an example of the combination of honor and love, and thankfulness. Learning to just sit in the presence of God, and communing with him, is a practice that becomes so special. Yes we can talk to him casually as we drive, or do the dishes, but something about being in a church building kneeling at the alter, or in a prayer closet, or on our knees by our bed and shutting out the world and being fully with Him. Relationship is built. Trust. Bond. Love. Giving him our time is something lost today, when we should put Lord God before all things, for the things of this world will pass. Our relationship with God is should come first always. For he is worthy of all our praise and worship, worthy of devotion and love, worthy of trust and faith. Lord- forgive me of the times when I put other desires and idols before you, spent my time in my owns selfish ways, putting you off until I needed you. Threw a prayer up here and there, or checked an item off the list. You now are my heart’s desire. I see the wonders in my life, how you were there in all my days, pursuing me and loving me as I was a stiff-necked Israelite, trusting in my own ways. But God, I now know I was blind…but now I see and my ears hear. You alone, Lord of lords–NONE BESIDES YOU! Lord, align my heart with your heart, desiring what you have for me! Thank you Lord.

Yes, LORD, the TRUTH is, there is NONE, WHATSOEVER, like you, none.. And throughout the journey of my life, I can attest to David’s words, for I have known that YOU alone are God, MY GOD, MY LORD,.MY HOPE, MY FIRM FOUNDATION.. MY PEACE,..
So yes, There is none like you, LORD GOD, and YOU alone are God.
