Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
During this reading plan, we are memorizing our key verse. This week we will memorize the second half.
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
—2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV

Heavenly Father we thank you for your perfect plan. I can read in these messages all of us are in battles that seem insurmountable on our own but one of your promises is that you will never leave us, that you are always with us, you are always for us. You say that when 2 or more are together and agree about anything on earth it will be done. I agree with my sisters here that we need your supernatural healing for ourselves and our husband and children’s not only of the body but of our soul and Spirit to be able to be in your presence and know it and feel you and hear you. Supernatural provision in every area of our needs, financially, faith and your goodness and double portion of your blessings to fall upon every family represented here. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen!! Hallelujah!!
Sweet shes…we need your prayers.
With all the stress over our business financial problems, We aren’t sleeping well or resting well.
So today, Steve took a pretty bad fall- hit his head on the door frame. Thankfully, our son-in-law moved quickly and was able to help him get back up. That’s one of my biggest fears…if we had been alone I couldn’t really help him up. So God was already on top of that (not surprisingly). Anyway, just scared us both and he doesn’t seem too badly hurt. But it’s just a reminder to us both that he isn’t completely healed and we really need to take time to rest.
We’ve got meetings this week with bankers but we really need a miracle!
And I don’t know what to ask for….
If sales don’t drastically improve, it looks hopeless. There are too many bills and not enough coming in to pay them.
And then Steve falls….
lifting you and Steve up in prayers
May God bless you and keep you both in His righteous right hand and bring healing to body and soul and your business.
Sue, I am so sorry! ❤ Prayers for favor in getting those bills paid whether it’s with leniency or increased revenue! Praying God fills your hearts with peace so you can sleep well.
Praying for the Lord’s strength, wisdom, protection, provision and favor as you navigate these difficult days. I’m so sorry you’re going through this.
I was heading to bed right now. A little later than I normally do and I decided to come here SRT before calling it a night. I’m glad I did. Praying for you and your family GramsieSue.
My GOD thank you for your promises
In the message at church this morning, this thought was given… “When backed into a corner, remember that our omnipresent God is in the corner WITH us.” I was, like, AMEN… that is the biggest YES in His MANY promises! He is always with us and to the end of the age, even!
❤ amen!
Amen!
Happy Sunday sweet She’s! Had something all written down and hit the wrong key and BOOM!!! Everything erased!!
I hate when that happens!!! I’m sure you wrote something profound!!! :). Have a great day, sister!!!
Aw…Lynne…. just reading your words made my evening!
I have been really enjoying this study on the Promises of God! I wanted to share about a book we have called Really Woolly “Bedtime Bible Promises.” It’s a great book for kids about the promises of God, fits perfectly with what we have been learning about! They are great reminders for me too! Have a wonderful, refueling, restorative Sunday!
❤ thanks, Nicole!
Verses 21 & 22 clarified our memory verse for me.
.
21 Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, 22 who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
.
All God’s promises, every one of them, are fulfilled in Christ. Amen, we can count on it, and the Holy Spirit is our guarantee from God of our eternal salvation through Christ and every promise made.

Have a blessed Sunday! Get up and go to church if you are able.
Praying for all! Pray for newborn Levi. He is having seizures and a brain bleed. Also for his family.
I have put off going to church lately due to some drama that I want no part of, but last night I thought maybe I’d try again and then I saw your comment! I’m going today. Thank you for that nudge. Also praying for Levi. I had a granddaughter born last night as well. Stevie May. Thank you Cheryl Blow. I appreciate you today!
Praying now for Levi
Praying for our adult children and grateful that when we are confident in Him, He hears us. Keep praying, asking, knocking. Sharon Jaynes wrote on how to pray over them from head to toe and Stormie Omartian’s little pocket sized prayer book is comforting when I pray. I pray for my daughter, nieces and nephews, friend’s adult children and praying over the requests here. (My nephew Brandon 26 and homeless, niece Katie 32 and lost job and health issues, my friend’s son Nate 26 and gay and taking advantage of his Mom making bad choices in finances and taking care of himself) Happy Belated Birthday dear Rhonda and praying you, Mercy, Ashley S and others are feeling better. Praying A Walton’s mother is better and praying for your family to be in your new home soon. Praying for Kellie NEO’s houseguest and job and her place to live.
Amen
No matter how many promises God has made – He is faithful to fulfill every single one. Amen!

The Celebration of Life Service in honor of Matty (Matthew) was beautiful. Jeff’s words were beautiful and perfect. God is good. Thank you all for your prayers. Continue please to remember Jim & Debbie. Matthew was their world for 24 years. They spent every day fighting for his rights as a special needs child, and now he is gone. It will be quite an adjustment.
—
@Rhonda – Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry to hear you were down with the flu, feel better soon.

Happy Sunday She’s.
Prayers for Jim and Debbie in that transition. I know Traci gets it and I saw a cousin going through that after the death of her adult special needs child. ❤
AMEN ❤✝️

Oh yeah, one of my favorites but it’s hard to type while tapping feet and clapping hands! I can’t sing a single note in tune but have sung this many a time (along with other toe tappers) when trying to quiet and distract a crying little one in the car. ❤️
❤ you are too funny! ☺☺☺
Love this…never knew all those verses. LOL
I had forgotten some, too! ☺❤
I looked up the lyrics for that song too, but decided not to post it. Obviously God wanted them posted.
Thanks!
