Ezekiel 36:26-28

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry His Word with us wherever we go.

This week we are continuing to commit Ezekiel 36:26–28 to memory by adding verse 27. God promises the presence of His Spirit to His people.

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. I will place my Spirit within you and cause you to follow my statutes and carefully observe my ordinances. You will live in the land that I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God.”
—Ezekiel 36:26–28

@Shaena- Prayers for your situation! I think it’s awesome that you made that agreement on church attendance! No we can’t force Jesus on someone, but being around positive people and “hearing” the word couldn’t hurt?! Must be tough regardless. My sister has a rebellious child living under her roof- not against her, but a very reckless and harmful job, yet kinda gets to come and go freely and does her own thing. It’s very hard to navigate and know what works best.

Church was really good today and really helped my feelings of disappointment since talking with my nephew. Basically, it reiterated that we aren’t meant to defend our faith, just walk and speak the truth No it may not be a happy ending of them being saved that moment…we don’t know when those seeds will be watered and start growing, but we can pray and hope that they will get it one day!

@Kelly and Churchmouse- Thanks for your encouraging words each day!
@Dorthy- Glad to hear good news with Finley! Praise God!
@Victoria E- Hope it’s going great and you are snuggling that little one lots! Wish we could see a picture!

Hope everyone else had a great wkd!

PRAISE THE LORD!!!! Great news about Finley, they have figured out what antibiotic will work and will know today or tomorrow which anti fungal will work, she has both an e-coli infection and yeast infection in her wound area. The best news is that they can be treated without IV access — we can give them to her through her g-tube. This means she can come home sooner — maybe Tuesday or Wednesday — the Lord is great and definitely answers prayers. She is “not out of the woods” yet though, until we totally get rid of both infections and get the wound healed we won’t be. So prayers needed still. Finley and parents also got their first good night of sleep. I also had a good night sleep. GOD IS SOOOO GREAT!!!

I have been reading and praying for all those who need prayer.

Lord, Your Spirit fills me and help me to “stay on track” with following Your ordinances and laws. Jesus, You died for me to have everlasting life and have it abundantly, I thank You over and over and over again for this. The Holy Spirit within me is and will be my guide if I let, I WILL LET LORD, GOD AND FATHER. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Amen.

  6. Churchmouse says:

Grateful for the indwelling Holy Spirit Who brings Truth to my mind that I might not sin against God. Amen.

  7. Lily M says:

Thank you so much for this recommendation. The prayer of my heart this morning in worship.

Hello sisters. I have had a busy few days. My son is back home and due to his 2nd shift work schedule he chose to go alone to the later service at our church. He is not happy about our house rule of church attendance but he is following it. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will pierce his hardened heart. He is in service as we speak, anyone who has a moment please say a prayer ❤️ I am struggling with trying to control this situation so I am praying for surrender and trusting in God’s perfect timing thank you ladies. I plan to enjoy the sunshine on my porch and go through my prayer list today. Have a great Sunday!

Amen, Kelly (NEO). We too prayed in our fellowship today that these leaders would have the same experience as Nebuchadnezzar and repent of their evil ways. Lord, have mercy on them and cause them to see their deeds as You see them and publicly turn and acknowledge You! Amen

These words are words I have prayed countless times over my niece, her friend, and others. I want to echo KELLY’s request for these words being used as prayer over people beyond our borders… lifting up the people and leaders of Russia, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and beyond. We have an aching WORLD, not just country… May God move through us, our prayers, and our examples of Christ’s sacrificial love. ❤️

  11. Searching says:

Praying through the requests, especially for unsaved loved ones. I was one of those for many years and looking back, I cannot understand (thank you, Jesus!) how I could have been so blind, naive, not comprehending the wrongness of my choices. Thank the Lord that He is all powerful and can provide the strength to walk, or rather run, away from evil to His welcoming, open arms.

VICTORIA E – praying for rest, patience, a deep breath now and again – you can do this! I know moms that have pumped and then bottle fed their babies (freezing any excess for later), if that is an option. It also provided the opportunity for family or close friend to come over and handle feedings for a few hours so mom could sleep. And those that had to or wanted to go the formula route – their little ones are just fine, healthy, strong and growing (echoing what another sister said – maybe Heidi?)

  12. Rhonda J. says:

Happy Sunday Morning She’s! I pray for refreshing for you on this day of rest! For your minds and for your hearts! We get to go to church and worship, (which is a praise report after asking for prayer to find a home church in our new home that my husband and I would both like and become active in) halleluiah! Put on some praise music and do what makes your soul happy! :)

  13. Morgan Latham says:

I’m lifting prayers up for each of you. Enjoy your Sunday, ladies!

  14. Stormi Messmer says:

    ❤️

  15. Michelle Patire says:

Thank you for your kind words and helpful reminders, friends. And the prayers!! :) I appreciate you all. God bless you and your Sunday. He is with us <3

Margaret — I pray God gives you the strength to pursue what is His best for you. I know that is not easy, but He can give you the words to speak and the courage to do what you need to do. May He bless your faithfulness. and May He provide wisdom to the man whom you must depart. May grace cover you both.

  16. Sharon Jersey Girl says:

Thank you KELLY NEO for your prayer – I pray it on agreement with you. And thank you ELIZABETH LAWRENCE for suggesting the song Take Over, it’s really beautiful! LORD melt our hearts of stone, daily purify our hearts that we might live for Your honor and glory. Amen…a blessed Sunday to all my She’s!

  17. Diana Davis says:

Good morning ladies. Thank you for being such a wonderful group who prays. I had asked for prayers for my husband back in January because he was struggling with Covid. He recovered completely, praise the Lord! I have a new request today. My dear friend Ashley found out she has stage 3 or 4 colon cancer. They are still determining that and she starts chemo on Tuesday. We are birthday sisters and turn 40 this year. I pray for courage, strength and healing for her and ask that you join me. I want to be a supportive friend so prayers and advice are welcome too. Thank you, friends.

  18. Janice Milley says:

I will listen right now. I love Shane and Shane. Thanks for sharing.

  19. Kelly (NEO) says:

Lord, thank You fir a new heart and the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit. I am nothing with You.

Be with Your people in Ukraine and Afghanistan today. May they sense Your peace in the midst of the chaos around them. Give them the courage to serve those around them in Your name.

Lord may Your Spirit move to convict the hearts of the Taliban and Russian leaders of they evil they are inflicting. May they have Nebuchadnezzar-like revelation of who You are and repent. May they turn to worship You and relent of their atrocities.

    Amen.

Be thankful as worship the Lord today, Shes.

  20. Elizabeth Lawrence says:

I highly recommend listening to the song Take a over by Shane and Shane. It is in theme with this study. The prechorus includes ‘so take this heart of stone and turn it into flesh’
