Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.
As we read Scripture about the kingdom of God, we will memorize the Lord’s Prayer together. This week we will memorize Matthew 6:9–10.
“Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”

I just wanted to say thank you for mentioning this book, I just by chance saw your post and looked up the book and read first chapter, and cried through it and purchased it and it’s been such a blessing because I have been through something similar in my marriage. I don’t think it was by chance Jesus let me see your post, and I have never posted on here but felt Him urging me too respond and encourage you to pick that book up also. It’s been a blessing for me!
