Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry His Word with us wherever we go.
During this reading plan, we will commit Esther 4:14 to memory. Read through the verse out loud a few times. Vary the way you say it, each time placing the emphasis on different words or phrases to help you remember what is happening. This week, focus on memorizing just the first half.
If you keep silent at this time,
relief and deliverance will come to the Jewish people from another place,
but you and your father’s family will be destroyed.
Who knows, perhaps you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.
—Esther 4:14

For such a time as this!!!….GLORY!!!!❤️
Awesome reminder that we are the Calvary. Jesus isn’t sending another army to save his people. We are it! And he has called us on the biggest adventure of our lives. So, let us raise a banner, shine His light to all the world, and know the God who defeated death has His holy spirit living in us
Amen!

Thanks for sharing and I totally agree, but how do you know the purpose God has for you?
So good!!

This verse completely convicted me. Life is so uncertain and we have been given a purpose to fulfill. If we do not answer the call placed on our lives and obey, God can and will use someone else. I no longer want to live afraid, questioning every move I make or leading of the Spirit. It’s time for me to step out n obedience and do what he has purposed me to do.
Obedience is what Esther had. God saved His people through her because she had obedience to God’s plan. God said go and she went. Thank you God for this reminder. I struggle with this at times, but you are always there to say “let’s try this again.” Thank you Jesus for teaching me and leading me in God’s ways.
I love the discussions in the podcasts. Not only am I learning more about the scriptures, but I’m learning how to read the bible with questioning for understanding. It’s been so long since I’ve read literature for learning, I’ve forgotten how to do that. Thanks Ladies!

I love that he knows God will save his people no matter what. It was not a matter of her saving the Jews through her actions. It was a matter of obedience and God was going to save them anyway. Powerful faith!!
I love the part of the scripture that says “perhaps you were created for such a time as this.” This is a great scripture to live by. Sometimes the mundane things that occur in our lives could be life changing for someone else. You truly don’t know who’s life you are impacting. God has the vision. He has the plans. Let His will be done.

Amen. ❤
As I write, I am in the middle of feeling pretty confident of certain conversations God wants me to have, while also being terrified of having them. Between the discomfort of vulnerability and being uncertain of what to say, I’ve been dragging my feet. I just keep praying that I will get over my fears and initiate these conversations (rather than finding excuses not to), and that God will speak through me when I do because I feel like I’m going to say the wrong things. I’m also praying for peace no matter the outcomes, trusting that God is working in ways beyond what I can see in front of me. So grateful for this study right now, as it is helping me sort out some of these challenges.
Wow, this is thought provoking
For me it’s always been that “tug” of my heart. The thumping. The nervousness. And sometimes even a little shaky. This is when I know I need to say something or speak and witness to that person that Jesus is wanting me to. Whether it’s sharing Jesus to them, or maybe my testimony, and sometimes rebuke (gently) to them. I love what Churchmouse said this morning: His words. His tone. His timing. My dear SRT sisters I need to work on my “tone“.
Amen
Amen!!
Amen!
Community is so important. We need to be reminded and we need to remind fellow believers of the Lord’s promises and faithfulness.
May we all respond “yes” when called by God!!! ❤️

God IS going to move, that isn’t in question. The question is whether you wanted to be a part of it. He will use someone, be ready when it’s you!
I need to be in lock step with the Holy Spirit in order to know when to speak and when to hold my tongue. His words, His tone, His timing.
If we do not respond to Gods guiding then He will use someone else to respond and do His will and we miss out on His pre-appointed direction.
