Weekly Truth

Open Your Bible

John 14:6-7

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the gospel with us wherever we go.

This week, we’ll memorize one of the “I am” statements of Jesus—a reminder that He is the only means by which we can have a relationship with God.

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, you will also know my Father. From now on you do know him and have seen him.”
–John 14:6–7

The way isn’t a path; it’s a person. Jesus is the only way.

So thankful that you have drawn back to God Christine! These SRT studies are wonderful and bring together a community of women from all over who are longing to be closer to our Lord and to fellowship with each other from afar. I praise God for you today!

  3. Christine Fruin says:

This has been my very first SRT study and what a glorious one it has been as I have come back to my faith and feel that I am getting to know Jesus for the first time.

  4. Audrey Flores says:

Ah He is just so amazing! I’m learning about Jesus and who He really is. I barely knew about Him until I was saved. I hope to have the same love and faith for Jesus as the sinful woman in Luke 7:36-50.

So glad I met HIM during my teen years. Through ups and downs and walking through the valleys I’ve always known that HE is the only Way, the Truth and the Life. There is no other way. I’m glad it’s simple into the point. My dear sisters have a blessed Sunday as you attend your places of worship. And please pray for my daughter and I as we had a disturbance. I know we can do this because God is with us.

“He (JESUS) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation…For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell…” (Colossians 1: 15, 19) Knowing Jesus means I know God Himself. As a child, I longed to know the way to God and at 18 years of age, He drew me to Himself and I have never been the same. Only Jesus. Resting in this truth today, and every day. Blessed Sunday, sweet sisters!

What a blessing . . . being in the know!

May our hearts be burdened to help others find The Way, The Truth, and The Life! May our actions help others to Know Him!

Grateful for this wonderful study – I know Him better for having gathered here with all of you. Thank you SRT sisters, those who provide the devotional content and those who share via comments. I am so blessed by both.

I appreciate the plain speak in these two verses. Unequivocal. Undeniable. Jesus and the Father are one and the same. Jesus is the only Way, the complete Truth and the fullest Life. If you want this, you need Him. Plain speak.
