Day 21

Weekly Truth

from the The Parables of Jesus reading plan

Luke 21:33

BY She Reads Truth

Memorizing Scripture is one of the best ways to carry God-breathed truth, instruction, and reproof wherever we go.

This week’s verse is a promise that we can lean on the Word of God, no matter what happens in this life.

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”
– Luke 21:33

Write this passage down and post it on your mirror or at your desk, in your car or on the fridge—anywhere you’ll see it often. Save the image below as your phone’s lock screen so you can read these words of truth throughout the day.

We want to be a community that is intentional about Scripture memorization. Will you join us?

I know this is well after you asked and you may have gotten the answer you were looking for, but this video by The Bible talks about the purpose of both heaven and earth. It helped be understand the concepts of heaven and earth and what Jesus means by both heaven and earth “passing away”. Hope it helps! It’s about 5.5 minutes long and very easy to follow.

He is our firm foundation. His words are truth. He delivers on every promise. Without. Fail. (I’m on my knees in gratitude.)
