pray {without ceasing}

Open Your Bible

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

SO – how is everyone liking the prayer reading plan?

We are loving it so much.

It’s different, right?
No bible study or extra reading.
Everyone having the ability to hear their own thing and interpret the scripture and it’s significance in our prayer lives however the Spirit leads.

As a team, we love that there is absolutely nothing wrong with learning from one another and learning from the wisdom that God has given each other. Not only is there nothing wrong with it, it’s how God designed us and it’s really what holds this website together. The beautiful fact that God made us feel better when we’re together.
But what we love about this prayer plan is that is points out the real One we NEED communion with.
The fact that we long for company and people to speak into our lives is a direct result of how we’ve been made to crave relationship with our Father.

It is refreshing and good to read His word and just talk to Him.
And give Him space in our days and in our hearts to talk back.

Thank you for getting creative with us and getting quiet before Him with us.
Later this week we’ll read 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 so why don’t we just go one step further and memorize that bad boy.
Whatever we’ve got planned for the week, whatever trials or blessings befall us, whatever direction we need or comfort we long for –
here is the will of God in Christ Jesus for us.

Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in all circumstances for this is the
will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1 Thess 5:16-18 ESV

We are praying for you and praying WITH YOU.

Good post. I learn something more difficult on completely different blogs everyday. It is going to all the time be stimulating to learn content from different writers and practice just a little one thing from their store. I’d prefer to use some with the content on my weblog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll provide you with a link on your net blog. Thanks for sharing.
