Studying the book of Daniel has been so wonderful and I really loved being reminded of how much faith Daniel had in God and in his friends. And to remind us that no matter what the future hold for us one things for sure that we know is that God is always in control and he is the one who knows the end of our story. We have the privilege to rest easy in Him under His wing, knowing that we are being held by him regardless of what is happening in the world.

I’m so glad we read Daniel right at this time to embolden us to be brave and to stand for our values and Jesus Christ! We will have to account for what we did with what we knew, right!! We know that God will honor it, and give us the strength and courage!
Brayden might have a cousin that can let him stay with him. He is older and married I believe! Praying that this is God’s direction. It would put him out by my old church that I used to take Brayden. Thank you for your prayers for him.
Oh, I also wanted to share what someone said that put it into a WOW perspective..Daniel 11 is like someone now predicting who would be the next prime ministers of Israel up to 2250! And it coming true. That’s what chapter 11 does with 100% accuracy! It really is crazy! Yes, that’s 22-50!

The study of Daniel was wonderful. I loved being reminded of the faith of Daniel and his friends. And the reminder that no matter what the future holds, God is in control, and knows the end of the story. We can rest easy, knowing we are held by Him regardless of what is happening in the world. ✨️
And I love today’s verse. What a gift is God’s grace! I’m so thankful for His grace. Without it, there would be no hope. With His grace, I have become a Child of God. My eternal future is secure. ❤️

I am ALIVE in Christ! This is where at want to be every day. Even on the hard days! Happy Saturday sweet She’s!!! Slept SO well and have been lately for which I’m so grateful.
I’m officially on Fall break and SO excited to sleep, rest, spend time with friends, ESPECIALLY my kiddos! I’m so excited to study LUKE with all of you! I’ll be joining you a tad later BUT will be here!

THANKFUL He loves us so much that He made/makes a way for us. He doesn’t promise us an easy life, but He promises to walk beside us.

As we finish off the book of Daniel I am left with this thought, “the rest is yet to come.”

The things Daniel saw and heard disturbed him – and I can imagine that I would have been “disturbed” too. But the take away for me from this study is that God is sovereign – He is in control of all past, present and future events. We have nothing to fear as long as we remember that the One who holds everything together, holds us in the palm of His hands.

And today – the reminder that we are made alive in Christ, no longer dead in our sin because of God who is rich in mercy – Hallelujah!

Oh, how I love those two words!

Unlike us humans, weak, lost, broken,

Who is rich, with an endless supply, an absolutely overflowing, never ending amout in mercy,

Because of His great love, His faithful love, His transcending love, His agape love, that He has for us,

Made us alive in Christ.. what a gift for those of us living now, but for those before Christ who were spiritually dead due to sin and or wrongdoings.. Goodness, don’t hear me wrongly, we, now, can also be spiritually dead, but for the gift of JESUS, and because of God and His great and deep love, boundless mercy, not giving us the punishment we deserve, and grace.. the unmerited , and without a doubt unearned favour of God.. we are made alive, through Salvation..

Totally and utterly grateful for this gift for without Jesus.. I truly have no idea where I would be.,

Reminded that my salvation is a cherished gift, from God Himself. God is rich in mercy, has great love for us, made us alive when we were born again through our salvation made possible because of Christ’s sacrifice. I especially love v 10, that God prepared good works for us ahead of time – He is already there in every tomorrow. Thank you, Lord.

Good morning, sisters! Just a quick check in from my mission trip in Clarkston,GA! We arrived safely yesterday and had an orientation. After breakfast we are doing mission projects. Thank you for your continued prayers! My cough is still hanging around.
Thankful for safe travel, and praying for safety in the return trip. Praying for receptive hearts and minds through each of the mission projects and for healing of that cough! ❤️
Ahh, my dear.. prayerful you, and those with you, know His presence on your mission trip.. what a gift to those around as you settle into doing the needed projects..
