      Thank you CeeGee :)
      Class went really well!
It was fun being back in my element with teaching exercise! I love it so much, and I love how the terminology goes hand and hand with our Spiritual life!

On a sad note, my friend, that I co-led our chronic pain group with, passed away early this morning. I found out right as class was starting..so that was a little awkward. It was shocking and so sad. But he is no longer in excruciating pain….with the Lord! Amen!

      1. Cee Gee says:

Oh, Rhonda! Excited for the joy this class will bring you, but sorry (for you) for the loss of this partner in pain. Thankful he knew that he would spend eternity with God!

    Warren Wiersbe notes:
[This affirmation of faith comes from Psalm 118:6. This is a messianic psalm and is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, so we may claim this promise for ourselves. It was a source of great peace to the early Christians to know that they were safe from the fear of human beings, for no man or woman could do anything to them apart from God’s will. People might take their goods, but God would meet their needs.]

Such profound truth. I can confidently say… The Lord is my helper.
    .
The creator of the universe is my helper. What then could possibly cause me to be afraid? The one true God – the only God, will care for me and work all things out for my good and His glory.

Father God, help me to truly take these words to heart. Help me to look to You, my shepherd when doubts and fears assail. Remind me that I am always safe under the shadow of Your wings and that I am kept and loved by You.

Blessings to you all on this Saturday morning. May the joy of the Lord be your strength today. ❤️

‘Accidentally’ clicked on translation in BG that I didn’t know existed- Easy To Read Version. Here are today’s BG verses in that version .
    Ephesians 3:17-19
17 I pray that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. I pray that your life will be strong in love and be built on love. 18 And I pray that you and all God’s holy people will have the power to understand the greatness of Christ’s love—how wide, how long, how high, and how deep that love is. 19 Christ’s love is greater than anyone can ever know, but I pray that you will be able to know that love. Then you can be filled with everything God has for you.
    .
KIRA H thankful for Harper’s discharge, praying for her full recovery.
    MERCY ❤️❤️
WENDY B praying for a sooner appt, sooner than June 11 even!
    CEE GEE ❤️
MICHELLE P ❤️ praying as you continue to settle in
    KATHY ❤️ Plan A ❤️
    KELLY (NEO) ❤️
RHONDA J ❤️ praying for these ladies as they seek the Lord
HEATHER STORIE ❤️it threw me off at the beginning and then it clicked with the sections highlighted in each book – tugging the string that joins Genesis to Revelation. Reminds me in a broad sense of the Walk Through The Bible – recently saw roughly 50 5th graders go from Genesis to Matthew, loudly and in sync, as part of their graduation ceremony.

    1. Tina says:

      Much love Searching..❤️

    2. Cee Gee says:

My mom had a Bible like that late in her life. I usually pass up that translation on BG so thanks for sharing that today! ❤
What a great thing to hear from those kids!!! ❤

    3. Nicole Burke says:

Those verses were read at my wedding!! ❤️

    4. Rhonda J. says:

I started reading the verses and I’m like..oh that sounds like our Memorization verses today! HA! It is! Ephesians 3:17. I wrote on a big white board and had them read it twice at the beginning, and then I erased words throughout class. By the end I think we said it about 6xs!
Our class was being ROOTED and grounded in in his love.

  15. Hannah Carmel says:

    Amen ❤️

  16. Ruth Levandowski says:

    Amen

  17. Tina says:

    The Lord is my helper;
    I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?
    —Hebrews 13:6
    .
This verse truly is a matter of trust and belief in Father God! Let’s face it, we can say anything, sometimes things are said, because there is a belief that’s what the other wants to hear!
    .
Of the world, these may not mean much, .
    BUT WITH GOD..
    .
These words ring true as they are said, they are a salve to a heart that is in trouble, a mind that is racing, a soul that is in distress.. they are hope-filled words, that change the trajectory of one’s thinking!
When you believe, and not just speak, and you have hope, and you know God, personally and Who He is, these words, will carry you because you know the One you speak of, you have tasted and seen Him move mountains for you, you have experienced His presence when all around felt void, you have witnessed the Goodness ‘sprinkled’ over your life daily.
These words are not said ‘off cuff’ ‘ad hock’, or to impress, these words can only be said, because they are the truth you carry in your heart.. whatever is going on, you are able to stand on these words because you truly know where your help comes from.. and there is no fear in that!
    .
    AMEN.
    .
    .
