Sad for the end of my time teaching at the Christian school. I’ve been there six years, and it’s the only school my kids have known. Praying for God’s guidance as we move to a new city and apply for new opportunities.
NIV: When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love,Lord, supported me.
When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.
This verse is SO true. I’m sure many of us can testify to it! Having JESUS in our lives sustains us through the power of the Holy Spirit. Without it, I could not do this life of mine.

If I could repeat my prayer request from yesterday in case anyone missed it …
Please pray for Kevin and Amy Seekell, a family in RI (friends of our friends) that tragically lost their 21 year old son Isaac this past week in a plane crash. He was a flying instructor and was the only one onboard at the time of the crash. The family are all believers. The funeral is on 5/27.

What a comfort to the family though that he said that wonderful, was it a speech, or presentation, or post…that look toward our heavenly home! We just never know when our day is here. I know I look forward to my heavenly home..! But oh so hard for the ones left to mourn! It tells us to love good while we can!
Continued prayers for Kevin and Amy and for those who heard their son’s message through him and through Amy’s post. ❤
At supper last night we were talking about traffic in town. Our son said a lot of people say their favorite part of the day is getting off work. He said his favorite part of the day is getting home because that’s not a given. That gave me the opening to share young Seewell’s words. ❤❤❤

Good morning, precious sisters! I love this scripture reference and it has blessed me so many times. I really like to start with verse 16. This has been a great study especially as I continue to let the Lord turn my mourning into dancing.
You are all so precious to me! Like many of you I have been with SRT for ten years or longer and am here first thing every morning. I go back and read the comments from the day before and pray for each request. There are many of you that I pray for by name every day. We are such a sisterhood and I have felt your prayers helping to carry me during the hardest of times. I look forward to the day that we will all meet in person and be with our Lord forever.
I’m so glad you are here Lynne, and that I’ve gotten to “meet” you. It is a blessing to read your comments. I continue to pray for you as you adjust to your new normal. ❤️

Amen! Oh what a beautiful reminder I needed at this time. Thank you Lord for your Word, your promises, your faitfulness, support, comfort and presence. All my hope is in you. Amen
Praise & prayer I got a call late Friday afternoon that there is great concerned about the tests and results. I have been triaged as urgent and will likely get an appt time early in the week. The urgent part is concerning, but so thankful that labs and reports made it back before days end yesterday, that they have a bit more info and that things are moving forward. Please pray for clarity, answers and direction as they figure everything out and peace, energy, and always for healing for me. God is able.❤️
