Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Hosea 10:12

Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

Sow righteousness for yourselves
and reap faithful love;
break up your unplowed ground.
It is time to seek the LORD
until he comes and sends righteousness
on you like the rain.
—Hosea 10:12

Good morning Shes, made it to California with minimal pain. The memorial service was beautiful! My cousin and her husband of 50 years were believers. My scripture readings were Psalm 46 and 2nd Corinthians 5. Thank you for your prayers ❤️. Praying for pain free travel home tomorrow.

    1. Rhonda J. says:

    Good Morning !
    Have a super Saturday, Shes.
Off to the local farmers market this morning in search of the finest peaches to make jam, my husband’s favorite.
I will praise the Lord as I choose among the produce of His good earth.
And for everyone, whatever your day may hold, I wish & hope & pray beautiful & bountiful love.

Thank you for special people like you who love on little kindergarteners. My granddaughter turns 6 today and starts kindergarten on Wednesday. She told grandpa on the phone the other night that she is scared to go to kindergarten. She keeps saying she doesn’t want to go. It is comforting to know there are people like you there to love on them. ❤️

      1. Rhonda J. says:

Yes, So true! Thank you for saying that, and bless the teachers and the beautiful Mari V loving on her littles! And this job coming from prayers a couple years back!!

  5. Cynthia from Alabama says:

I love this verse! I write it in cards for graduation to encourage the person to pursue the Lord in the next phase of life. May we all break up the fallow ground of our hearts. Lord, please send your Holy Spirit to revive us to pursue you!

SEARCHING – Your comment reminded me of my favorite ‘seeking’ verse:
    ***********************************
    Jeremiah 29:13 NIV
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
    ~
Have a blessed weekend, sisters, and know that you are in my prayers! ❤

    Happy People–they have found are

    More grateful
    More forgiving
    Having family and friends
    More humble
    Aware of their sinful condition
    Hungers and desires God!
    More merciful

Let’s be happy people that we are called
to be! When there are clouds ahead and around, let’s bring out the sunshine for others! People are not are enemies..the devil is our enemy! Situations are stressful and tiring, but we have a Jesus, a Savior! Thankful today.

    1. Mari V says:

LOVE this Rhonda!!! Thank you sweet lady!

  12. Searching says:

“It is time to seek the Lord” reminds me of another verse, Isaiah 55:6 Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.

Praying for us all, sisters, that we will continue to seek the Lord. Especially praying for our lost – that they will seek and turn to Him.

Thank you for the prayers, Searching. I am a bit anxious about the knee surgery. Maybe a whole lot anxious!! My eyes are on Jesus and hope for better days ahead.
Prayers are with you as you search for answers to your pain. May the Lord lead you to the provider than can help you and bring relief. Also prayer that the meds help in the meantime.
