Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.
Because of the LORD’s faithful love
we do not perish,
for his mercies never end.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness!
I say, “The LORD is my portion,
therefore I will put my hope in him.”

Amen. New mercies. Thank you, Merciful Jesus.
I want to thank each of you sisters who has prayed faithfully for me this week. I am still in NYC with my son, visiting my daughter, but things are going pretty well. I’m tired from much more walking than I usually do back home, and my daughter is stressed from having two extra people in her tiny apartment, but overall it has been a good visit. I have almost been able to forget the traumas associated with this time of year, and that is a beautiful blessing. ❤️
❤
Great is His faithfulness! ❤️ His mercies are new every morning! Such wonderful comments this morning. Have a wonderful weekend sweet She’s! ❤️
His mercies are new EVERY MORNING…
Because of God’s faithful love, we can come to Him and ask for our daily bread and confess our sins, knowing that He listens, forgives and provides. May we seek You every day and delight in doing so. Have a blessed weekend ❤️
I went back to Tuesdays devotion because I never got a chance to do it during the day and was too tired by the time I got it. A glimpse of heaven on earth from scripture. I also missed yesterday’s but I’ll do that another time.
Glad you are with us, Caroline ❤️
Good Morning Shes
Meditating on the word “portion”…
“The Lord is my portion”…
Meaning a “part or share of something larger”.
That something larger is His eternal kingdom.
A God so big & bountiful that all who believe benefit.
He never runs out.
There is more than enough.
Like the loaves & fishes.
Like the widow’s cakes of oil.
Like the wine at Cana.
There is no scarcity.
Manifesting & Multiplying.
Morning by morning.
Great is His faithfulness.
Amen & Amen
Amen ❤️
Yes and amen! More than enough food, finances, shelter, safety, drink, healing, mercy, grace, love, peace, etc. Everything we need; we have in Him!
“They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness!” I need a do over. I feel like I need a do over almost every day. THIS verse came just on time as a reminder that HIS love for me never ends, HIS mercies are NEW every morning! Its a new day. I can do better today, with HIS help of course. Happy Saturday sweet She’s! NorCal is finally getting a break from the heat (over 100’s). This morning its cool temp of 60 degrees (a little cold for me as I have my devotions outside) but that’s OK as most folks around here needed this break. I love you ALL, enjoy your weekend with your loved ones.
❤️
Do overs for me each day too, Mari! ❤️
I went back to Thursday, as my brain is working correctly, without a fever…2 Cor. 7:10 For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, but worldly grief produces death
–
Let us all turn away from sin, sweet sisters, and look forward to our eternal salvation without regret.
–
Be blessed today and every day.

The Lord is our portion therefore I will put my hope in Him! He is all I need! His mercies are new every morning. He gives His best to us what more can we give Him than our best.
Praying for all! Have a blessed day!
❤️
Amen! So thankful for His GREAT mercy (mercies!) that await me in the morning and go with me through the day. As Kelly said, His mercies never run out. I am going to find the Cece Winans/Carrie Underwood version of ‘Great is Thy Faithfulness’ that another sister mentioned recently!
~
Continued prayers! ❤
❤️
❤️
I just listened to that beautiful version by Carrie Underwood and Ce Ce Winans. So beautiful with tears streaming down my face as I read the lyrics as they sang. “Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow. Blessings all mine with 10,000 beside. Great is thy faiithfulness , Lord unto me”. So grateful for mercies that never end. ❤️
❤
Good Morning She’s!
I love this verse..”His mercies never end, they are new every morning”! I learned it as His mercies are new every morning! Thank YOU LORD! Boy, do we ever need it every morning! It seems we start good..and the day goes on, and we fail, lol, some big some small, yet feeling deflated that we can’t seem to get it right! Well, thank goodness we are all projects in the works!
So last night at Feeding the Homeless, another few good highlights to share! There was the friend of the guy that won the bicycle last week (Owen was not there), his name is Brodrick. I know Brodrick from last year, for he was there every week. He was very standoffish, not ever engaging with me when I would try. A few weeks ago he was standing near Owen and I when I was telling Owen how things will get better if he puts his faith in the Lord and I prayed over him, then the next week he won the bike after praying over his tired feet! So yesterday when I started conversation with Brodrick he actually responded, and I asked if I could pray with him, and he was very responsive and joined me in prayer! We even talked about how he didn’t want to talk last year, but he is breaking out of his shell. Thanks be to God that he is coming to God! I had prayed before I went to be able to say the salvation prayer to someone. I believe God is preparing his heart, and I will make sure to dig a little deeper next week! Another lady as well said that she thought about the things I had said to her all week, and even attended a church service there in town for the first time in forever! That she was really touched! So this ministry that I found SO hard last year to crack the door, they are hungry for the Lord, and I am so thankful the Lord drew me back there again this summer! His mercies are new every morning FOR EVERYONE at any time…lets make sure that us believers are there to help and guide them!!
Amen and Amen! Thank you Lord, thank you!
Prayers Michelle and all other needs!
My sister is in town to visit! She got here a couple hours ago and went right into our little guest suite, so I am excited to spend the next several days with her and her husband and son!! The son is the one that is a non believer..but said, yes, he WOULD call on the name of Jesus if he knew he was gonna die after me saying to please do that! What does he have to lose, right? lol. Well, we know he has everything to gain!! I have been praying for years that he will be like a Paul, and get hit with Jesus! lol!
Happy Saturday!
Wow, Rhonda J! I am out of breath just reading that; I can only imagine the adrenalin running through your veins! Enjoy your precious sister time. Lraying for your nephew!
Haha! Yeah..and I was trying to sum up quickly..BUT so good..that it was how he had the wall up last year, and that I see coming down!! I love that GOD uses serving and discipline for OUR growth, to see the signs and wonders!! WHOOOO! It fills me weekly with overwhelming giddiness!! Can you imagine going to heaven and hearing all the stories of God’s great redemption plan!! That’s why we share and connect, and grow, and GO! The devil has his minions there as well, but I prayed against those on the way there!
❤❤❤
Amen, Rhonda! With God everything is possible ❤️ Have a good time with your sister!
His mercies never end. Praise God, they are new every morning!
Blessings to you all on this beautiful Saturday morning!❤️

As I sit here before the sun is up over the horizon, I look for a day packed to the brim with God’s mercy ro begin. The wonder of it is that by the time I lay my head down to sleep tonight (even as I sleep for that matter) I will not have exhausted His mercy for me.
Great is His faithfulness indeed!

Hi Shes, can you please keep praying for my work situation? I know Jesus is with me and has made that clear to me. But I still don’t know how to create clear and lasting boundaries with my coworker. My friend and I were praying yesterday and she helped me see his need for accountability and discipleship. I can’t be a dumping ground for his emotional needs.
Thank you so much for praying.
Praying you have God’s wisdom and grace in this.
Prayers for you Michelle as you go off to work today. May you have the wisdom to know how to address this situation.
Praying for wisdom and peace for you this morning!
Oh, Michelle! AsvI said before, I have lots of experience with this type of personality. I have tried everything under the sun to no avail. It works in that moment, but doesn’t change the attitude. That is on him. Maybe you could defer by reminding him that you are busy, on the clock, and that it is not the time or place for… Let him know that your job is very important to you and you are committed to using your time wisely. Just a thought. Sending up prayers for just the right words and timing and for a heart change for him. ❤
Praying for you and your work situation..know His peace and grace every minute of this day.. blessings..❤️
Dear Michelle, joining my sisters in prayer for your work situation. Hugs ❤️
I am going to say a resounding AMEN to these beautiful and heart warming verses.. For truly I say to you, with my hand on my heart, dear sisters..
The Lord is my portion, therefore I WILL put my trust, no questions asked, no doubt whatsoever, in Him. IN Him whose faithfulness is great, and whose mercies are new each and every day, giving me a new opportunity to get things right, and whose faithful love, surrounds and covers me always, causing me not to perish even when I have not deserved it!
.
BUT GOD..
.
AMEN.
