Grace Day

Open Your Bible

Psalm 32:6-7

Take this day to catch up on your reading, pray, and rest in the presence of the Lord.

Each Saturday we are turning from the tragedy of Judges to the hope of the gospel in Psalm 32, a psalm about joy and forgiveness.

Therefore let everyone who is faithful pray to you immediately.
When great floodwaters come,
they will not reach him.
You are my hiding place;
you protect me from trouble.
You surround me with joyful shouts of deliverance.    Selah
—Psalm 32:6–7

  1. Abigail Colon says:

    “Therefore let anyone who is faithful pray to you immediately” psalms 32. Our first initial response to anything should be prayer. Prayer is a gift and it is powerful. Prayer is a way to connect and converse with the Father. He loves and He listens. It’s sad to say that I sometimes take prayer for granted by not diving in deep to prayer like I am offered to. But whenever I do there is gratitude for being able to do so.
    Thank you Jesus for the gift of salvation that tore the viel. Thank you for allowing prayer to be something to connect with the Father in heaven and nothing can separate us from Him.

    Im able to use the book to read. But it doesn’t include the devotion, nor, of course, the comments from each of you. Someone mentioned maybe it is due to turning the clock’s back. I think that’s a reasonable cause as well.
